Views from our rooms were amazing. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was exceptional, as were the staff at breakfast. Location was spot on, right in the center of town and close to everything. It was easy to get to the places we wanted and needed to visit from this location. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The onsite parking was very tricky, but the alternate off-site parking made it easier for us, we had a large vehicle. We stayed for 7 nights and would have liked to have had our bed sheets changed at least once during our stay.

Fantastic location with views of the ocean, beach and park. The birds nesting in the pine trees across the road just before dark was amazing to hear. The room was modern with a comfortable bed and most of all the friendliest staff I have ever met. The breakfast was quality food and freshly prepared. 10/10

The only thing that comes to mind is the one-hour window for breakfast each morning, which was too early for my partner but it did force him to get up earlier so we could do more during the day. One more thing, I didn't like the $3 charge to hire a towel for the hotel pool.

7th floor View was stunning & the location was great. Close to cafes & restaurants. Room had been refurbished & was almost....... kitchen area was like a camp kitchen, with the very old microwave & bar fridge near the original & equally old wardrobe. Very odd that 85% had been upgraded & that wasn't.

Fairly noisy at night until about 1pm (it was the weekend though) when night venues closed, probably because I like my balcony door open & my room was closer to that area. Friends at to opposite end heard nothing. We didn't have a car but parking is an issue if you do.

The location was perfect. Close to all amenities within walking distance. We had an ocean view room and the the view was fantastic.

The parking is a big disappointment. We were able to park under the building on the first night, but when we went out to visit relatives, we were unable to find a park under the building or in the parking area just up the road from the hotel. We had to park over the road opposite the Strand Hotel, and we were a bit worried leaving the car parked out on the street on a Friday night when you can hear the festivities going on at the pub.

Location was perfect. Breakfast honestly exceeded our expectations...it was great quality, great variety and very generous, and the breakfast room was pleasant to sit in.

There was no hand towel in the bathroom. Also, the soap dish in the shower was missing and made it a bit difficult for my 83 year old mum, having to bend down to the floor to pick up shampoo etc. I'd suggest installing a shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner suspensory like in most hotels, for more convenience.

Fantastic position and our room looked out over the water - the winter sunsets are absolutely incredible and why we keep returning to Yeppoon at this time! Pat and her team were so lovely and accommodating.

Parking was a bit hit and miss (depending what time you returned). Our lower level room was a bit noisy (traffic) for the first night - then completely fine for the rest.

Unfortunately, The smoke alarms with off on Friday night at 11:20 PM. The fire brigade was notified, but the local one in Japan was out on a call. So the one from Rockhampton had to come. The manager was called in the first 10 minutes but surprisingly knew nothing about it All residents were sitting in gutter across the road waiting for the fire bragree One resident who had been living there for 20 years said this is a common occurrence at least once a month because people go out on the town get quite drunk, come back and try and cook a meal But full asleep on the bed, the burnt food sends the alarm off Following morning there was no mention of anything in the office. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience.

Great sized apartment with kitchenette and full size fridge. Beds were comfortable although pillows were flat and only 1 supplied per person. The location is fantastic with the beach right across the road and walking distance to IGA and the Lagoon & restaurants. Amazing views to wake up to with Great Keppel Is visible

They need towel rails. The little hooks meant our towels didn't dry out properly and were smelly by the 3rd day. Also there is a pub across the road that plays their music ridiculously loud & it could be heard from our room. We did stay there a Fri, Sat & Sun night though so it probably isn't like this during the week

The view. It was awesome being able to listen to the ocean and have an unobstructed view. The unit was spacious and met our needs. It was clean, and the location was perfect and central for access to shops, along with getting around to Rosslyn Bay/Emu Park

We weren't provided the complimentary dishsoap and hand towel to clean the dishes when we checked in. We requested it from reception and got it the following day. There is no recycling, so it was heartbreaking to put recycled items in the general waste when you're accustomed to the habit

Bayview Tower continues to improve with their facilities, and they appear to be always upgrading. The location is perfect, and the views are great. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms have been modernised and the included cooked breakfast 🥞🍳 is excellent. Staff are friendly and professional.
