Loved the modern and clean unit, with ocean views and the breeze. Especially liked the back security gate on the unit as we could lock this and still have the front and back doors open to catch the breeze (hardly used the airconditioner). Loved the ensuite and view of the master room. The roof top pool was a great amenity.

Lack of follow-up when a maintenance request was made. One family member had a finger injury from the dining chairs as the legs required tightening, but Front Reception stated the maintenance person was away for the week and nobody else could fix this. We obtained the tools to fix ourselves, then reported this, when advised by another Front Receptionist that a Manager could have helped, but this was not offered.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the main city shopping area. Directly across the street from the building was the park and then onto the beach, the view if you were staying in a front unit would have been spectacular. We were in a back unit facing west couldn't hear any street noise at night. Liked that there was a locked gate entry into the your unit, then the door that you used the one key for both. The water pressure in the showers was very good and we had hot water right down to the 4th person going in there. There were cafe/bars right under the building and within walking distance north and south to choose from.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like, other than there was no info/booklet in unit in relation to navigating the television or the fan remotes, but we worked it out.

great location handy to lot of eateries. Private parking available. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was tile floor was dirty the tiles looked clean but when going bare footed got very dirty feet and TV was not working couldn't get local channels to watch Rugby League Grand Final. I know first world problems. Trey were only minor problems anyway enjoyed our stay so much we have rebooked a sea view apartment here for same time next year. Would recommend this place to stay when in Yeppoon.

Great location, friendly staff

Cleanliness was suboptimal- the dishes were dirty, cups all had coffee rings, cockroaches on the balcony. The specific apartment (306) we had was functional - didn’t have sea views (we asked for a paid upgrade twice but didn’t get one) and the furniture especially in the lounge was worse for wear/jaded. It definitely didn’t compare to our friends apartment (205). Having an uncovered window pane, defeated the purpose of black out curtains with the sun bursting through.

The property was in a great location, within very easy walking distance of Yeppoon CBD. The patio space was excellent, with some nice afternoon sun. As our stay was during winter, we didn’t access the rooftop pool, but it looked like a nice space for warmer weather. We also really liked the secured parking under the property.

We had a small issue with our unit’s sink leaking to the floor below, but management dealt with that while we were out one day. It did leave some water in our unit, as well as a dehumidifier, but management came to remove it at the end of the day.

The large bed was comfy and spacious for a tall couple. The single beds were suitable for all. The room was large and was big, especially with busy kids. The kitchen is large and has good equipment. The location is great with shops and playgrounds close by and the beach across the road.

Our carpark was very small, especially if you have 4wd. But there is unsecured parking which suits. We were made to register online for check-in, which is fine, but there was no in room compendium to help us for our stay. The were parts of the room (drawers) not cleaned after the last guest. Not anything worth complaining about but just those extra checks to help score higher.

Location was great. Right IN town, on the front. Car parking was secure. The building was an interesting design with central courtyard, and wide verandas access, Lifts were good. Car entry was very wide and reception easy to find with LOTS of visitor/casual parking. Aircon worked well.

We booked via Booking, but there was a total TOTAL miscommunication mixup in bathrooms (I had made it clear: we needed a walk in shower, BUT which wasn't the case.) They were unable to change our booking at the same price. This spoilt our stay quite a bit as my wife had great difficulty climbing in and out of the shower. The reception came good with a non slip mat. Our allocated car park was in the middle of a water puddle (caused by aircon run off). This made it impossible to unload the car without wet feet. A real mess.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, modern and fully equipped. The location was excellent with the beach and kids waterpark across the road. Parking was free and onsite. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and other coffee shops etc were at the front door and very good. Supermarket (IGA) was a couple of minutes walk with Woolies and Coles a short drive. Everything was better than expected. Highly recommend.

Location and view.

The elevator broke down and we had to use the fire stairs from level 4. This was however not the fault of the complex as someone had damaged the elevator the night before. Also just to note that the cleaners should clean under the couches please as we had some of our grandkids visit us and our grandson found a vape implement under the couch. Lucky he was old enough to know not to try and put this thing is his mouth. We did stay in this same unit with our son and daughter in law 2 weeks before this and the baby lost a toy. We looked under the couches and when we went looking for it we found a rotten grape and other rubbish under the couches. I vacuumed in under the cushions because it was quite dirty. :(

Location is fantastic. Bed is extremely comfortable. Water pressure is great. Car parking is secure.

Contacted the property to inquire about the accommodation and booking, spoke with a lady who said she would get someone to call me and am still waiting for a call. Booked online and did not receive a code via text message to gain access to the property. Then upon arrival at the property the phone number available to call was unhelpful, the lady on the other end of the phone had no idea why we had her number to call for access as she was located on the Gold Coast. Unorganised and no communication for arrival correspondence. Finally got access to the room and unfortunately there were not enough towels for all of us to have showers after travelling for 8 hours.
