It is a spacious apartment with a kitchen and washing machine / dryer which is very welcoming when traveling.
The bedroom does not have an ensuite which isn’t a major issue but having access to at least a streaming service on the TV would be more than welcoming. The bathtub’s high rim can be challenging to step over after a shower or bath as there are no handrails for support. Relying on the glass shower screen for stability poses a safety risk and could easily lead to an accident. Water from the shower spray over the bathtub onto the floor as the shower screen is not wide enough.

We had booked for a 2 day stay when, soon after our arrival, my partner had a medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. I didn't know how long he would be in for, or if he would be able to travel, and if so, when. I explained my predicament to Terry on reception. I was concerned as the hotel was busy over the Easter weekend and there was a big match on at the MCG. His expertise and calm approach reassured me and I was able to stay there until my partner was able to travel, 6 days later. I am so very grateful to Terry and the hotel for the support I received.

Great communication from the Adina apartment hotel from when we booked the accommodation two months ago to when we arrived at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The two bedroom room was on level 12 with a balcony. The apartment had everything you would need for a family of 4. There is 2 bedrooms, two full bathrooms with toilets, lounge area, dinning room, big kitchen, plenty of storage space throughout. Great communication as it has a small IGA beside the hotel. Tram stop right outside the hotel. The balcony overlooked towards the MCG area, Rod Laver Arena. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, spacious and very clean one bedroom apartment, comfy bed and rollaway bed for our third person, excellent kitchen facilities with dishwasher, full oven and stovetop and full-sized fridge. IGA supermarket with lots of foodie products right next door. Walkable to everything in central Melbourne including shopping areas, NGV, botanic gardens, Vic market etc. Paid parking in same building - we found best to enter off Exhibition Street into carpark entry behind hotel in Malthouse lane a few metres into Exhibition St from Flinders Street (this is a different car park to the Wilson's car park on the corner of the same lane on the right).
Our stay was pretty much perfect.

We booked a 2 bed apartment, and it was absolutely amazing. Huge, well-appointed. Comfy beds. Great heating. little balcony. The room was quiet, however, the walls are quite thin. Be mindful if you stay here.
While the staff were very lovely, they had experienced some kind of network outage and were very stressed. This resulted in a bit of a line of people trying to check in. Unfortunately, the receptionist behind the desk barked out at us 'we only have one computer so its slow'. And almost made us feel like we were huge pains in her backside. I understand some customers can actually be pains in the backside, but we were just wanting to checkin in and she was already grouchy with us. Not a good first impression.

10 minute walk to tennis centre, Fed square across the road. Parking onsite. Massive living space, modern decor and wall to ceiling windows let in plenty of light and doors opening on to small balcony was great to let in fresh air. Comfy bed and lots of hanging / wardrobe space. Friendly and helpful staff. Late checkout (11am) and extended car parking available.
Couldnt find how to enter and had to call them. No mini bar and unable to scan the barcode on the card to order. Lifts can be a bit tempermental and dont always seem to engage on correct floor. Other travellers spoken to said the same.

Roomy and spacious, well equipped kitchen and there was a shower head and a bath tub in the washroom and towels were provided (no toothbrushes, etc). A working fridge; microwave and oven as well - we didn’t try using the oven or the dishwasher though. There was also a washer dryer that was a little scary to use because it was a little bit loud but it worked, and they provided some washing powder for 2 loads of clothes!
The lifts… kept breaking down! Through no fault of the reception or anyone working there, they were just somehow always breaking down… one of the days we had to climb the stairs to the 9th level, it was a bit of a workout after a long day spent walking around exploring haha.

Kelly, our receptionist at check in and during the night, was super friendly and attentive, absolutely loved talking with her and she made the experience from start to finish so very pleasant right from the get go. The room was spotless upon arrival with great space and a lovely view. Being able to order amenities via our phones was extremely helpful. Parking was a smidge tight but definitely could have been much worse. If you're of legal drinking age and enjoy vodka, don't hesitate to try out the boozy brand drinks you can order from the mini bar - the 50-50 ones were delicious!
Found the beds just a bit too firm for our liking, but still slept alright. Found that the sounds from the train tracks were rather loud even on the 11th floor, so perhaps looking into double glazed windows may help dampen the sound? Also be careful in the bathrooms with bath/shower combos - the step out is a bit bigger than you might originally expect.

The hotel is excellently located to access all that Melbourne City has to offer. We did not bother to access all facilities available but those we did were great. Excellent staff, polite, efficient. Lovely spacious apartment, well appointed. Very comfy bed.
The immediate environment was very noisy even for a big city. I prefer opened windows overnight which were available, but the noise was too much, had to close them again. I think proximity to the railway lines causes this - inescapable. Very average water pressure in the shower.

As first time visitors to Melbourne, we needed somewhere very central so that we could explore on foot. The hotel was exactly where we needed to be. Close to laneways, restaurants, bars, the Yarra River etc. On the day we flew out, and several days after we had checked out of Adina, we had several hours to spare but had our luggage in tow. The staff at Adina very kindly allowed us to store our luggage for at least 5-6 hours before heading to the airport. They agreed to our request without question. We were so very grateful
