Very spacious apartment with all facilities one could expect in an apartment. Bed was king size and very comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful. It was great value for money especially in Melbourne and there was an IGA supermarket right next door. Easy to get to on a tram from Southern Cross Train Station. Will definitely stay there again when in Melbourne.

The only problem I had was the shower over the bath. After 2 knee replacements I have difficulty getting in and out of a bath. Reception told me that the one bedroom apartments have the shower over the bath and only the 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms with a walk in shower. However the lovely man told me that if we come again they will open the second bathroom for me. I assured him we would only use the one bathroom (with the walk in shower) so that the cleaner didn't have to clean 2 bathrooms!! Definitely NO other complaints or issues.

Great location to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Great budget value for 6 nights . Rooms spacious with a very comfortable king bed . That was so good. The only thing that could be improved is the bathrooms and coffee facility( coffee pod machines would really top it off!)We asked for a bath and was a shower bath so my partner who had 2 hip replacements couldn’t safely get in and out but the lovely receptionist opened the other small bathroom with a stand alone shower and solved the problem.

Just the small bathrooms and toilets not separate. Otherwise great value

It is a spacious apartment with a kitchen and washing machine / dryer which is very welcoming when traveling.

The bedroom does not have an ensuite which isn’t a major issue but having access to at least a streaming service on the TV would be more than welcoming. The bathtub’s high rim can be challenging to step over after a shower or bath as there are no handrails for support. Relying on the glass shower screen for stability poses a safety risk and could easily lead to an accident. Water from the shower spray over the bathtub onto the floor as the shower screen is not wide enough.

Adina Flinders St is in a fantastic location - easy to walk to Fed Square, Flinders St Station, the Arts precinct, MCG and more. We stayed as my husband was participating in Run Melbourne - the start line was a few hundred metres away so very convenient! The rooms were large and very comfortable. The one bedroom apartment with balcony was brilliant, large fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, great lounge/dining room set up. Parking on site was fantastic, worth getting there early to take advantage of this. We only met a few of the staff members but each interaction was exceptional.

Small things really but the kettle and toaster are small and old, could do with an upgrade. And not unique to this hotel but the doona between sheets if highly over-rated!! Small things that didn't impact the quality of our stay.

My partner and I went to the hotel to see a gig at rod laver and the room we got hit all our needs plus more with a huge room big telly full kitchen and laundry and the staff were awesome aswell checkin and out super easy and was greatful that even though we checked in maybe 4hrs before our room was ready as requested 😀

Look there wasn't anything to bad to say about the room which is pretty much the same with all the rooms I've stayed in around Melbourne but the only thing i can say there was a smell in the room and didn't mention anything to the staffed straight away because we didn't really notice it til the morning but im sure if we mentioned it earlier it would of been taken care of straight away and the shower was alil weird and kinda small but otherwise was an awesome stay and would go back in a heartbeat

We had booked for a 2 day stay when, soon after our arrival, my partner had a medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. I didn't know how long he would be in for, or if he would be able to travel, and if so, when. I explained my predicament to Terry on reception. I was concerned as the hotel was busy over the Easter weekend and there was a big match on at the MCG. His expertise and calm approach reassured me and I was able to stay there until my partner was able to travel, 6 days later. I am so very grateful to Terry and the hotel for the support I received.

Great communication from the Adina apartment hotel from when we booked the accommodation two months ago to when we arrived at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The two bedroom room was on level 12 with a balcony. The apartment had everything you would need for a family of 4. There is 2 bedrooms, two full bathrooms with toilets, lounge area, dinning room, big kitchen, plenty of storage space throughout. Great communication as it has a small IGA beside the hotel. Tram stop right outside the hotel. The balcony overlooked towards the MCG area, Rod Laver Arena. Great location. Would highly recommend.

We booked a 2 bed apartment, and it was absolutely amazing. Huge, well-appointed. Comfy beds. Great heating. little balcony. The room was quiet, however, the walls are quite thin. Be mindful if you stay here.

While the staff were very lovely, they had experienced some kind of network outage and were very stressed. This resulted in a bit of a line of people trying to check in. Unfortunately, the receptionist behind the desk barked out at us 'we only have one computer so its slow'. And almost made us feel like we were huge pains in her backside. I understand some customers can actually be pains in the backside, but we were just wanting to checkin in and she was already grouchy with us. Not a good first impression.

Friendly staff, spacious and very clean one bedroom apartment, comfy bed and rollaway bed for our third person, excellent kitchen facilities with dishwasher, full oven and stovetop and full-sized fridge. IGA supermarket with lots of foodie products right next door. Walkable to everything in central Melbourne including shopping areas, NGV, botanic gardens, Vic market etc. Paid parking in same building - we found best to enter off Exhibition Street into carpark entry behind hotel in Malthouse lane a few metres into Exhibition St from Flinders Street (this is a different car park to the Wilson's car park on the corner of the same lane on the right).

Our stay was pretty much perfect.

It's a little dated but very clean. The living rooms were spacious and well appointed. The bed was king and comfortable. The location was great. Staff were very helpful and obliging. They needed to be as they had to assist us to leave as the lifts were out of action, and we were on the 13th floor. Not their fault, and bad luck I think that both lifts were affected at the same time. I think it was a great place to stay in Melbourne and certainly would book again
