The apartment is clean and fully equip. location is great.

noisy! the garbage trunk and workers came really early down the street at 4 and 5am and made a lot of noise!

We really liked the location—close to all the spots we needed to go. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and the place was clean and neat. As a big family, it was great to find something so affordable ($438 for two nights), which allowed us to enjoy two nights and three days in the city.

A few suggestions that might help improve the space and to make it look more appealing: the bathroom could use a simple refresh, like some regrouting, tile replacement, a coat of paint on the walls, new tap spouts, and fixing the toilet leak. Adding more hooks for clothes would also be helpful. The split system might need its filters cleaned, as it wasn’t blowing out much warm air.

Fantastic location, close to everything in central Melbourne and a few minutes walk to Flinders St Station. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to help. For example, they helped get us a parking spot out the front to unload our luggage. The apartment is spacious and the historic building it is in is very nice. The view from our apartment was spectacular.

Very minor points here. The kitchen was quite basic, like a hotel apartment. Although it served our needs well. The apartment is a little dated, but a redecoration and moderuzation would make it so amazing that it would like be out of our price range!

the room we stayed in we got to see out the window and see a lot of street art on the wall which was absolutely amazing. but also we could see the fourm which is where we had a concert Wednesday so we thought it was absolutely amazing. the room was amazing and well taken care of. there was little incident that happened and they were so polite about it which made me feel a lot more comfortable about it which was absolutely amazing.

the windows didn't open all the way which we weren't to big of a fan off. the showers drainage didn't work 100% the shower wasn't on much of an angle so a lot of the water ran out of the shower and onto my clothes instead of into the train

Our room felt homey, the kids loved the mermaid dog painting on the wall, fantastic location close to trams, rod laver and plenty of food places, water pressure in shower was amazing! The staff were all so super friendly and helpful as well

Being in the basement apartment we heard lots of street noise all night but became like white noise in the middle of the night once we got used to it and the family above us were heavy footed or had kids that were running so it vibrated the ceiling until they went to bed or maybe it was them using the staircase above us a few times not sure.

It is the perfect location to go to an event at the Rod Laver Arena and Flinders Street area. The room was nice, but a bit expensive.

The workmen in the morning were very loud and we couldn't sleep in. We had travelled 6.5 hours from Mildura and then had a concert and had to drive back 6.5 hours and this meant we were very tired. There was nowhere to return the keys when reception was closed. The car parking dockets didn't work and I was charged $35 when I could have just paid the car park fee of $20 online. Car parking is usually free where I stay most times and the extra cost made this a very expensive night. The price was a lot more than I usually pay for any accommodation and it was nice, but we literally just slept there. There should be a refund of a small amount when there is no lounge or kitchen cleaning required. We were in the room for less than 12 hours and woken up by the noise in the morning.

The best thing about our stay was the staff. We asked for early room access (10-11am!) but they said that would be unlikely, understandably so. And on our arrival, that was the case. But just as we were finishing our checkin (and bag storage), our room became available (this was before 11am). Fantastic! And then, next morning my daughter woke up (late) with conjunctivitis and a headache; we were supposed to be out in a matter of minutes! But they said ‘no worries, take your time’! So accommodating. The second best thing about Flinders Landing is the location, especially if theatre is your attraction. So convenient, but also well situated for Fed Sq, the NGV, etc. and getting some eye drops from the chemist!

There was some terrible art in the room, but so what? I think there was a drippy tap too, but with the bathroom door closed you could no longer hear it. So no real issues here…

It was very comfy,clean ,spacious and is in a great location! We drove down love that the Wilson Carpark is only about 80 metres away! Guests of the motel get a discounted rate. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This was the second time we have stayed there. Would stay there again 😊

Had a small issue with the dishwasher leaking. Just a suggestion but I would like an information sheet in the room on how to use appliances, where to put excess garbage what to do if dishwasher leaks when office is closed etc

We had a great stay, location was excellent, apartment was huge, we had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Separate living area and kitchen. Lovely view. Everything we needed for a longer stay of 5 nights in the city.

As the apartment was big it did take a little longer for the place to warm up as it was quite cold and our stay was in winter. They had plug in heaters which we had to use to warm up the apartment. Being an older building the heating system could do with an upgrade.

Great central location, nice sizeable apartment for an affordable price. Apartment included iron and laundry facilities, tea and coffee, dishwasher and fridge plus extra blankets. Was clean when we arrived, comfy lounge set up with a slightly dated but perfectly functional TV set up, and we got a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff when checking in and out. Perfect stay for our weekend into town!

Only issue we had was the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work, which is such a tiny thing overall. Everything else was golden!
