The apartment is clean and fully equip. location is great.

noisy! the garbage trunk and workers came really early down the street at 4 and 5am and made a lot of noise!

Fantastic location, close to everything in central Melbourne and a few minutes walk to Flinders St Station. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to help. For example, they helped get us a parking spot out the front to unload our luggage. The apartment is spacious and the historic building it is in is very nice. The view from our apartment was spectacular.

Very minor points here. The kitchen was quite basic, like a hotel apartment. Although it served our needs well. The apartment is a little dated, but a redecoration and moderuzation would make it so amazing that it would like be out of our price range!

It is the perfect location to go to an event at the Rod Laver Arena and Flinders Street area. The room was nice, but a bit expensive.

The workmen in the morning were very loud and we couldn't sleep in. We had travelled 6.5 hours from Mildura and then had a concert and had to drive back 6.5 hours and this meant we were very tired. There was nowhere to return the keys when reception was closed. The car parking dockets didn't work and I was charged $35 when I could have just paid the car park fee of $20 online. Car parking is usually free where I stay most times and the extra cost made this a very expensive night. The price was a lot more than I usually pay for any accommodation and it was nice, but we literally just slept there. There should be a refund of a small amount when there is no lounge or kitchen cleaning required. We were in the room for less than 12 hours and woken up by the noise in the morning.

Excellent location right in the heart of Melbourne's vibrantly chic yet gritty CBD - an easy short stroll to hipster cafes, exotic eateries, trams and trains, classy department stores and funky shops... The bed was soft and comfortable and the unit clean. Also the staff are so helpful and friendly!

Although a great space with generous proportions the decor was tired and scuffed, a dining room chair had a broken back. But all quite forgivable considering the super helpful staff and central location. Be warned that the city never sleeps so don't be surprised by the garbage trucks compacting at all hours, and the bar staff noisily tipping out empty bottles! But worth it for all for a dose of the big city heartbeat...

The location was perfect for our activities on this trip. Easy walk to Flinders Street Station or trams. Cavendish Apartment 4D was spacious and comfortable with a large screen TV. Got a great night's sleep in the king size bed. The little balcony was fine for morning coffee. Had a couple of issues which were rectified very quickly. Overall a most enjoyable two night stay and would have liked to stay on.

Not many cheaper eateries in this vicinity. There was not really any view (just buildings), but was not expecting one.

Loved staying here. We had a later flight which unfortunately got cancelled the first night and moved to the second night of the stay. The staff were very understanding and accomodating. They also had a late check in option which was very helpful. The instructions were very clear on how to access that. The apartment was very spacious for 2 people. All amenities were clean and stocked. The view was lovely too. 5 minute walk from Flinders station.

This is a fabulous hotel for a city stay. Location is perfect and the price is great. Easy to find and parking is close by, at a cost. The room and facilities were clean and the linen was good, it was comfortable and a good size. Two bedroom booking for friends and we had plenty of space. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful before and during our stay. It was very close to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to main cultural and shopping precinct. This is my third visit to the apartments and I could stay there for a week comfortably .

There are two minor negatives which really make no difference at all but I have to mention them. The apartments and housed in two buildings and are a little difficult to find your way around. The lifts work well and are no problem but just saying it is a little "interesting". Some of the rooms I have stayed in are a little tired and the furniture needs updating, beds are comfortable and so is the lounge furniture but it is a little scruffy . If it were to be updated it would be more expensive so I am happy to recommend it. Do not expect sparkling but it is clean and very much worth the stay. These are not complaints at all as I love this place.

Great location , great view we had 2 apartment The penthouse was a great view great open space well lite natural light The second apartment was 1 floor below different side of building so no view and dark due to proximity to other building Staff very courteous and helpful Great location - shops cafe river trams 😊

Location of one of the apartment made it dark and a bit dreary. Older building only 1 lift working Maybe a fresh paint on internal and external window etc but I otherwise would def recommend for larger groups

Location was exceptional for a city weekend 2 bedroom apartment was great use of space , great facilities very much a homely feel to it Staff were very warm, friendly & helpful

They are in middle of renovations in some apartments to which ours is obvious in need of particularly bathroom renovations - couldn’t get access to fresh air with windows not opening - felt overpriced for its current state however it was a pricy weekend everywhere

Your receptionist, Natasha, has been fantastic—very engaging, helpful, and accommodating. The location was excellent, and I also truly appreciate the upgrade in the reception building.

The window in the main bedroom does not lock properly and rattles when it is windy outside. Additionally, the windows do not seem to block street noise effectively. Investing in double-glazed (thermopan) windows could significantly enhance the comfort and cosiness of the apartment.
