Perfect location, walking distance to everything & closest tram is the next street over so very close. 4 minute walk to The Regent & Atheneum theatres, 9 minute walk to Her Majesty’s Theatre. Shopping all al around, will definitely stay here again

Wouldn’t say it’s a dislike but the tv in the room never worked, the heater was intermittent at working so was often cold. Also no view except for a brick wall & loud streets & hotel hallways until the early hours but is to be expected in Melbourne CBD 😊

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we went to Hamer Hall for a show. We went to a restaurant on the way. Ideal position.

The lack of clear communication. I had paid the night prior to our stay and on our way, I received another email requesting payment. I am as yet to check whether I have paid for two car spots. They should have asked for payment for both rooms all at the one time. When we arrived at the venue, one of the receptionists said we had only paid once, then the other one said that we had paid twice, all was good. When we went for breakfast, which I assumed we had paid for as per early booking, were informed by the restaurant, it was not paid for. Was not happy with this.

I liked that the rooms were cleaned each day with fresh towels and beds. I liked that we were given shampoo conditioner and body wash. I love the location

The staff I interacted with were not the most friendly. When I was checking out I asked if I could leave my bag in the bags room for an hour. The staff who I interacted with was not eager to help me with no smiles or courtesy. He very much acted like he didn't want to be there. The staff in mister Munro however were loveley

Staff were always amazing. Great vibe. Fantastic location for exploring the CBD. Family friendly. Parking at the establishment was handy, but plenty of parking within the street. Trams are a short walk away, and Flinders St train station is only a couple of blocks away, linking you to the rest of Melbourne.

Doors are definitely not sound proof and loud when they close. We could hear when people were coming and going which was a bit annoying in the early hours, and felt like we could invade their conversations easily. Next time we say, I will make sure to ask for a room tucked away in a quiet corner.

We loved the central location, minimal street traffic out the front. Staff were helpful and friendly. Leaving bags prior to check in and after check out while we waited for our airport departure was really helpful! Our beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. A daily service was much appreciated. My boys liked the gym and pool facilities however they are in MUCH need of a deep clean and freshen up!

I felt our room could have been a little cleaner (specifically wardrobe tracks full of crumbs, hair and fluff behind bathroom door, potato chips down the back of the bed.) providing spare/different height pillows in wardrobe would have been good. We had a family of 4 and the room only had 2 chairs in it and no table. We used our ironing board for more bench space!? The pool and gym facilities were great however both were very dirty! The pool needed a deep clean and the floors throughout this area were gross and filthy. Bandaid beside pool.

Welcomed by admin staff who were lovely & friendly, room suitable and housekeeping great.

Staff at the restaurant couldn't care less, not friendly. Probably needs retraining or get alternative employment

The secure access to not only the building late at night but also to our floor as you need a key card to even use the lift. The bathroom was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, as well. Awesome location. We were able to easily walk everywhere we needed and it was easy to remember where the hotel was located.

The only thing that didn't work well was the TV. The streaming apps were glitchy and the only free TV available was a couple of channels. Upon check-in I was informed that our booking was under my guests name, not my name (I was the one who booked it). A little strange it works like that. It had me worried for a second that my booking didn't exist because my name wasn't in the system at all. Thankfully the staff helped us figure it out.

Location, right in the city area and close to everything. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

I waited outside the hotel whilst my husband checked in. There was parking for the hotel but upon check in, he was directed to another parking lot which was a 10 min walk away. Wouldn’t have been an issue, but we had to walk in torrential rain so we were soaked by the time we got back to hotel. He also enquired about breakfast, but we decided to give it a miss as they said it was $50 pp. I then got a message from the hotel after check out time, stating we could get breakfast at a discounted rate of $25 pp. This would have been handy to receive upon check in time and not after check out.
