The location was unbeatable, right in the city and very close to the train station. The room was very spacious, with plenty of room to move about even with a generously sized table, sofa and bed.

The soundproofing wasn't great, but that was only really an issue on Saturday night, and to their credit they did supply earplugs. The shower was a bit disappointing: very little pressure!

The location was great. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

The fridge was set to freeze, and we woke to our food frozen, unable to eat. A lesson to check fridge settings wherever we stay from now on, though.

We weren't sure what to expect to be honest. Pleasantly surprised. The location is central, pretty much within the shopping precinct and close to Yagan Square and Northbridge. Our room was larger than average. It had a kitchenette. It was neat and clean. There was tea and coffee making supplies. Generous toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. The breakfast downstairs was buffet style, so you can help yourself as often as you like, with lots of hot and cold options, tea, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, etc. $20 if you book in advance. To us that was great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is fabulous. Very central for trains and buses. Easy walking distance to city stuff and conveniently across the road from a Coles supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped. Shower had excellent pressure with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer supplied It is an older property but well maintained

Bed probably could do with a new mattress. Yes, as others have said, the A/C is extremely noisy but very efficient and you are supplied with ear plugs. We were ok with the noise as we didn’t use the A/C all night. Only 1 chair at the table which was a little strange in a room for 2.

Excellent location. Major retail district close to trains and buses and there is even a comedy lounge just up the street. Comfortable and spacious. If you are in a car arrange your Wilson Parking through the hotel with a hotel voucher. Do not arrange directly through Wilson. Wilson have a poor reputation. Read the reviews on Product Review.

Room Airconditioning units operating at floor level close to and onto one side of the bed. Placed a chair in front of the vent to direct cold air away from the bed. It was not possible to use the access lift from the street. When I tried to suggest to staff that they check it more frequently, and set it so that it would work, they misunderstood and kept explaining that it was misuse by guests that meant it could not be used from the street. It was difficult to get into the building with our luggage the first time.

The room is in what Feels to be the Heart of the City with Gucci and Louis right at the front Doors! Food within 750meters a bar in the lobby as well. Kebabs and Smokes at the end of the Block probably less than 250meters away. The staff lovely and friendly, will joke and laugh with you. Absolutely amazing atmosphere as far as what I've been told about Perth goes this hotel is the total opposite. So prepare for a great time and to meet some of the loveliest people of your life locals included. You'd be lucky to travel more than a day without having some wonderful conversations. I hope everyone else enjoys the stay as much as me. Check the milk before drinking it in the fridge and be prepared for thin walls but relatively quiet having said that! A lot more than you'd expect. Also had purchasable welcome bundles, room service and lots of free water bottles!

The milk in the fridge, thin walls (still a lot more quiet than I expected. Everyone seems very mindful here.) I couldn't find anything else wrong if I tried maybe Funny layout but even that was great to explore. I genuinely think you'll regret missing out on this opportunity!)

Excellent location for central Perth and RAC arena. Staff friendly and accomodating. Stayed in studio room had everything you need. Fridge nice and cold on arrival. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner great quality! Parked in CPP car park approx 3 min walk, it was on a Friday and cost $20 for overnight.

Bathrooms a little dated, tiles could do with a deep clean. Toilet paper pretty poor, does not match the high standard of toiletries provided.

Superb location. Walk to everything. Free bus outside front door. Stay was very quiet and gave us a free upgrade when we returned for a second visit. Short walk less than 1klm to bus port and main train station. Lots of dining options and hotels in close proximity. Happy hour at the on site bar was good value. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. If don’t book breakfast for the stay . If you tell them the night before you $ 10 discount and then it becomes good value. They stored our bags pending a late afternoon flight.

Our room was not serviced however we knew this when we booked. Maybe book a served room next time.

I have stayed here on average two weeks every month this year. This was the first time I was greeted with a welcoming smile at check in nor was I made to wait until the staff finished their personal conversation to serve me. A number of the staff could take welcoming guest classes from the young lady who served me - thank you Mary!

I think that any hotel reception desk staff should instigate a salutation at any time of day for any guest that walks past. Too often I have walked past on my way to/from the office and the staff at the desk have not responded nor instigated this basic courtesy. It may be trivial, but its simple to fix, and makes a guest feel welcome

Great helpful staff along with clean and inviting room. In a great location, very near the train station, bus port along with being close to shopping and restaurants close by.

The bed felt that it needed replacing. The homeless people bugging you for money when you’re near the front entrance can be very annoying, but again there’s not much the hotel management can do. If you’re a guest staying there, please ignore the homeless, as there are many soup kitchens in the Perth CBD for the homeless to get a feed, they are simply wanting money to feed their addiction’s.
