The location was perfect for our needs. Close to all the main shops, and a few lesser known but very cool shops. The stand out was the staff, could not fault them for attentiveness, kindness and, just general all round greatness. We rang to check on parking ahead of arrival and were given perfect instructions. The staff were so friendly and caring. We would stay here again for sure, if planning another overnight Perth City trip. Loved the Urban Jungle products, devine smell.

The room was street side and it was quite noisy out there with people screaming and the crosswalk right beneath our window. Not controllable unfortunately from the hotels point of view, just mentioning it as if you are a light sleeper and external noise bothers you maybe check when booking if you can get a room in a quieter section?

Spotlessly clean Great location Bed comfortable 24 hour reception

Rooms very tiny. By the time you put the cases on the benches no room for anything else We had very noisy people above us who were arguing, swearing, banging things around etc This was around 3 am the first time then around 5 am. Called reception both times they spoke to the people. Next night same again, and complained again. We were suffering from barely no sleep for 2 nights. Although not the motels fault we weren't offered a room change or compensated. The other 6 nights were fine. Only 2 hooks on the wall for your clothes to hang, no chairs to sit on only the bed, which isn't always appropriate

The Hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Central Perth and its surrounding areas. For example, the train station was a 10 minute walk and from there, places such as Fremantle were a 30 minute train ride away. Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained with the beds being comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and the fridge was really good. The staff were very friendly and dealt with any queries quickly.

The only things I would comment on would be a lack of a place to store clothes in my room, which meant living out of my suitcase for three weeks.

Nice room, comfy bed. I would recommend this hotel, it was close to Perth CBD and the staff were friendly. They do take a $200 deposit before the stay, which we didn’t realise but was released a few days after. The only downsides: - Wish there were more hooks to hang clothes up, and more storage space but it was fine. There was only 2 hooks, 3 hangers and one suitcase stand. - Needed to use the key card to go up to the room in the lift, which was a bit inconvenient if one of us went to the room before the other. Probably could have asked reception for another keycard though. - Shower was a bit niggly at first to get it warm, but was fine once we worked out how.

Great location and super friendly staff. The place was very tidy and clean, which we really appreciated. We were also very grateful to have access to a reserved car park for $35/day — especially since public parking in the area is quite expensive.

There’s a step into the bathroom that’s quite high, and even though there’s a ‘watch your step’ sign on the door, I still managed to trip over it during a middle-of-the-night bathroom visit (and I wasn’t even drinking!). Also worth noting — the underground car park is quite small and can be a bit of a challenge for larger vehicles or novice drivers like me.

The location is outstanding, very short walk to the train station, the free black CAT bus in Pier St, short walk to the river precinct, shops, Perth concert Hall. The staff were terrific, good check in, extra tea and milk easy to obtain. A very nice sitting and table area in the foyer. Big bottles of shower soap, shampoo, conditioner etc in shower and hand basin. The tiny fridge worked a treat.

Housekeeping wasn't done on the Sunday and Monday public holiday. We got a note slipped unde the door to tell us. It wasn't a big deal for me because I don't do the bed and change towels everyday anyway (every little bit for the planet), but for close to $Au200 a night... mmmm.... not sure about that?? Although staff shortages are dire in some industries in Oz.....

It was modern, clean and comfortable and the large car parking space was very convenient. The staff were friendly too.

We could hear people yelling from outside to people in the room near us. Soundproofing may need to be improved. Also I was unaware that the day before our arrival that the $200 bond would be taken out. This was inconvenient as I booked the room originally with my own private card, and was planning on paying and using my work credit card at check in. If I had known this I would have booked with my work CC at the time of my booking.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around. While the room was small, it was clean. The check-in process was fairly quick, and the staff were courteous. There’s a temporary parking spot right at the front entrance, which is helpful for those on self-driving trips to unload luggage before moving the car to the hotel’s parking lot (reservation required in advance).

The only drawback is that the hotel charges for parking, and the space is limited. If you have a larger vehicle, you’ll need to be extra careful when entering the parking area. The hotel price is also a bit on the high side.

I was staying in a very small room but it was cosy and comfortable. There was no iron though. The hair dryer was the best I have every found in any hotel rooms so far! Great location, you can walk to the cbd and pier and the nearby restaurants and cafes in just 5 to 10 minutes.

The car park is suitable for a small/medium car only. There are only a few spots for larger vehicles - often all taken - and the overall parking space is quite tight. If you have a larger vehicle I recommend using either of the public multi-storey carparks nearby.
