We stayed here for one night on our way to our ski vacation in the Alps. The hotel was an excellent value for money, the location was perfect for us: literally next to the subway station, which takes you to the city center and close enough from the freeway so that we wouldn’t waste a lot of time getting to it. Therefore, we got to enjoy a walk through the city centre and see the Christmas markets easily and seamlessly, given our short time in this beautiful city. The room was surprisingly spacious (especially appreciated the panoramic windows), the bathroom was also big, the bed was comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The staff was nice and helpful, the paid parking offered by the hotel was also very easy to get to and very convenient. The reception looked very cozy and modern. We did not have breakfast, but I am sure we would’ve enjoyed it.

Nothing negative to say about it, we will use it as “pit stop” the next time again!

We stayed in a lovely corner room that was spacious, with a large bathroom and an excellent shower. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was quiet throughout our stay. The TV worked well and had plenty of channels to choose from. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The only downsides were the cost of breakfast and parking. At €22 per person, breakfast felt too expensive for what we’d likely eat, so we skipped it. Parking wasn’t free either – we received a discount, but it would have been nice if it was included in the room rate.

Very close to the metro station, but also the tram stop, so very convenient to get to anywhere in the city. It's also close to most convenience stores, and has a bar open until late in the evening. Reception is available 24/7 and you can even ask for a ride to the airport with a convenient price. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet, had a fridge and an electric kettle with bonus tea and instant coffee. Tip: have an HDMI cable with you if you're traveling with a laptop and don't want to watch austrian TV, the TV placement in the room was perfect for a relaxing movie night.

Air conditioning system / air re-circulation was quite loud, but manageable.

The staff were above the grade! Each one was kind, friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable! The room was clean, and it REALLY WAS NEXT DOOR TO THE EXIT FROM THE TRAIN! That was so very convenient and saved lots of money for taxis.

There was no hair conditioner in the room, which is beginning to look to us, they don’t do in Europe. Hmmmm. Not helpful after an entire day of hauling suitcases on and off trains! You want to get clean and look nice for the next day. Conditioner would help.

The Hotel was quite clean, friendly staff, spacious toilet/bathroom with nice soap.

The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. I had to double the pillow for my partner to use. I used folded clothes as my own pillow which wasn't fun. The breakfast was also paid but they didn't mention it, the bill for breakfast came as a surprise. So it's nice to write it clearly that there is a breakfast buffet at 22€ per person so one is aware before going to the restaurant.

Nice rooms. Location above U Metro, 12 min to Stefanplatz. Has a garage but did not use it (15 eur/day cheaper Wipark on Enkplatz 400 m away, which also is a metro station ). Has breakfast but didnt want to pay 22eur for it. (Nice Anker bakery 20 m across the street).

Empty minibar. If you wake up during the night, all you can drink is tap water, altough hotel bar works until 1:00 am, but consider shopping during the day in the Lidl across the street. Sliding key card system working 1x in 10 tries, several guests complaining in the elevator, no one can do it the first time. After sliding it myself 100 times in two days (I am very patient) I asked to replace it. At that time I already knew the exact speed how to slide. In 2024 maybe consider switching to RFID chips.

The hotel was easily accessible from the airport with a direct train and a bit of walking. The staff was nice and helpful, and the entire hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet where you can get almost anything you want, and until 11am!

The location is not central, so there is some walking (about 40 minutes walk to the center), but there is a metro and tram next door, so it's well connected. The pillows could be better, it's hard to sleep with paper thin pillows.

Very good price/value ratio for Vienna. Great location - as advertised, right near the entrance to metro. Convenient (although, pricey - 18 eur/day) and safe underground parking. Great selection of coffee, both in the dining room, and on the floor (there are separate coffee machines on each floor).

Rooms under the roof are quite hot, and fan makes a lot of noise. A good pair of earplugs is a must. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very clean. Cleaning everyday. Good breakfast. Very easy to get around the city with the metro located just outside the hotel. Shop near by, gelateria, coffe shop/restaurant over the street

Having the apartment at the top floor, sorrounded by windows, it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was working,.but not enough. Nothing more on the negative side.

Very comfortable hotel with 24/7 reception, very pleasant stuff. Rooms are spacious and neat, good bed. The hotel is located right near U-Bahn (Metro) station Zippererstrasse, 15 min to Stephanplatz, 2 sttops to Erdberg, where the P+R parking may be found (parking 4 Euro per night and very pleasant offers for weekly parking). Lots of shops and caffes around the hotel. Luggage may be left after check out in the locked room.
