It was a very good location with strong public transport connections to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Vienna. The air conditioning in our room was very good as Vienna was experiencing a heatwave when we arrived. They were happy to keep our bags for us after check out while we nipped down to Praterstern for a last spot of touristing at the riesenrad and amusements

Surfaces and appliances in our room were all black, which often led to difficulties when a black appliance was put on a black surface, for example the black hairdryer the hotel provide was in a black bag on a black shelf inside a black cabinet. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room for tea and coffee but the sink/tap set up was so shallow you couldn't fill the kettle directly and I had to fill it using one of the water glasses provided. My girlfriend also complained that the bathroom layout. Where the toilet was in its own room with black walls and a black light switch etc but you then had to unlock the door and go into the main bedroom to use the sink was not conducive to using menstrual products like a moon cup.

The hotel is very well-located, near the Prater station. Super easy to access from the City Airport Transport station in Wien Mitte. The vibe is very modern, with lots of fun things to do. Unfortunately, as I was traveling for business purposes, I didn't have a chance to enjoy much of the open spaces, but they offer free fitness sessions, there is a 24h gym, lots of places to just hang out with friends. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was super nice. The breakfast is phenomenal. 100% recommend staying here.

There is really just one thing that bothered me which was the shower drain. I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to be, but the water drained very slowly, so I had to be careful to just not flood the room. I didn't contact the staff about this, but I think they would have solved the issue if I had asked, so really on me for this one.

After returning home from 6 days at the Social Hub, I read some of the worst reviews of the hotel, and I can't really mirror myself in any of them. Room was clean, housekept every afternoon stocks reapplied, bed done - sometimes coffee was refilled sometimes not. Staff very helpfull and even though most services was selfserviced, staff always took over to help even though we would actually prefer to do the self service. We were only using the restautant once and waiters were very attentive. Asking if we want to order more (of coarse) and we ended up spending more on drinks than planned. Nice vibes in the hotel.

It would have been nice with a refrigerator in the room. And BTW the laptop safe was locked when we arrived so we could not use it. We left the valuables in the room; no problem.

Fun and funky hotel with all the basic amenities and very helpful staff. Located a short walk from the north train station and Prater Park, the Social Hub was an ideal stopping point for us and our twin tweens — they absolutely loved the relaxed, social spaces in reception, plus the slide, ping pong and fussball tables kept them nicely entertained. We loved the transport links to the town center, the ease of checking in, and the value for money.

The rooms are a bit basic and would benefit from an extra mirror and some shelves for toiletries etc, but are otherwise fine. We had a minor issue with the tap in our shower room but it was quickly sorted once we brought it to the attention of staff.

I totally didn't expect the social hub to be this good, tram out front, great family room with bunk beds and very large shower. Comfy beds, no noise (which is vital for me) superb value for money and excellent, helpful staff. I cant say anything about the onsite restaurant but my kids loved the slide they had there and my husband loved the almdoodler (special Austrian fizzy mineral water type drink, that you could fill up on whenever you liked at reception. They held our luggage, helped with airport transfer recommendations and had daily room service. Will come back again if I am ever in Vienna.

Honestly can't complain about anything. The area is great, the tram out front is wonderful to get around, theres a supermarket across the street too.

The staff is really nice and helpful, loved the interior design of the ground floor and the rooms, the additional meeting rooms/gym/restaurant were amazing as well, everything is contactless and NFCs are all over the place, took a shirt as a souvenir, the location is 10/10, most of the "more important monuments" are all in 3KM walking distance from the space and there's a tram station right across the street

No big issues but my TV remote was dead/didn't have batteries and it had to be unscrewes (forgot to tell it to the staff), the nespresso capsules in the room seemed a bit stale, self check in portals near the front desk were all dead but the staff personally handled check-ins and I think there's someone there to help you 24/7

Good breakfast. Friendly stuff. Big and clean room with a great view. Feeling of security in the hotel. Extra fast elevator, wow :)

The attitude of cleaning lady. She entered the room when my family and I were literally just in our underwear, even though I asked her not to come. Such a disrespect. I asked her to get back in 15 min after we leaving the room. She said “either I change your towels now or not today”. It was just 4 pm… except for that, she only took our garbage and that’s all. Is it really the room service? Among that, there always was a smell of cigarettes in our bathroom even though the smoking is prohibited in the hotel.

Had no idea it was a B-Corp, which they lived well. The staff were amazing - all so friendly and accepting; special mentions to Janette on front desk (my tour guide and moral support) and Alina, Rodrigo & Miriam in the bar & restaurant. Bed firm comfort, free laundry & games. Co-working spaces useful and accessible. It may have a student base but welcomes business travellers & tourists alike. Frequent public transport on the doorstep.

Nothing significant but I think clearer recycling guides in the rooms would suit, and I’d prefer a fridge in room, but that would be high energy waste. The wine list was short - it seems an Austrian thing.

l We had a pleasant stay at The Social Hub Vienna. The staff was really helpful ,polite and friendly, and the location was great (so close to Prater and Madame Tussauds). The room was clean, nice, and comfortable, but we didn’t have any shower gel, and a few of the plugs didn’t work. With a bit more attention to detail, everything would be perfect. Overall, it’s a good deal for the money, and the hotel has so much personality, plus great facilities such as a restaurant, pool, ping-pong, gym, parking, slide, etc. We also loved the free water and wafers — a nice touch!

No shower gel,few of the plugs didn’t work.

The bed was very comfy. The location to the train station was great. The room was bright and clean. The resturant/bar offered a good selection of food including vegan options. The shower was exceptional. The bed had a socket either side making charging phones much easier. The room was very quiet and we could hear very little of what was going on outside

The pillows wern't great. It could be hard finding the lightswitches ast they blended into the black walls. Went back to the hostel on our first night for a drink at 10:45PM but the bar had already closed althouh it is supposed to be open until 11PM.
