The giant spa area with circuit of many saunas, Hammam, Steam bath, warm pool with jet strong yet, jacuzzi. Very clean , always someone dry the floor. The 503 room very big and quiet at the last flirt 4 th. The buffet is just amazing , so many many options. But I bring my sourdough bread .

The wifi is so crazy, have yo Connect again every time you stop looking the phone or tablet. Don’t have Smart tv with Netflix and prime. Have yo clean better the room . If I eat pop corn have to take off from the floor with vacuum. Don’t have to change towels and wardrobe every day , you should put a sign when guests want to wash put on the floor.

The hotel has all the necessary amenities, an excellent wellness center,great pool, and a good, plentiful breakfast, although it is the same every day. Free parking is available. The beds are very comfortable. There is also a room for card games and socializing.

It is not baby stroller-friendly, as there are stairs everywhere. The staff is unfriendly, and apart from the receptionist, almost no one understands English. Roman, who works at the bar, is a very rude person. Since most guests come for skiing, they should have more frequent shuttle buses because the van that runs every hour is not enough—it gets too crowded.

First:Spa centar disappointed me this time..no actual fireplace where the rest area is ..now they put smth that looks like flames but no heat radiation..very disappoing...no relax music in laconium..double disappointment.. Spa center actually got some cheap vibe Second: The lightning in the room and uts bathroom was very dim that made the dark furnish of the room very creepy...I don't know why is this but I need the spark and level hotel had long years back...❤️

The hotel was very clean and nice , rooms very very big with king size beds, bathroom big with big shower , they welcome us with some fruits in the room table and a bottle of water which was nice . Spa very big with multiple sauna, pool and jacuzzi, relaxing room with heated seats . Breakfast very nice with plenty variety of food for all tastes

Staff very unprofessional with no English spoken, we had a situation very uncomfortable for us because we expected more from a 4 star hotel. We lost our card key and the reception guy told us he can not give us a new card because the hotel gives only 1 card and he send his coleg with a master key to open us the door till next day because he told us he can only open us only once the room . Some of bartenders and waiters very bad English spoken you ask them for a drink and you recive something alse , long drinks without ice . Al the rest was very nice and lovely

Food quality was exceptional about 1-2 years ago and quality has gone down 2023.

The hotel offers ski rentals at very good prices and the people working at the rental shop are amazing - they were so helpful, always available to help and answer questions and it really made our holiday so much better! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the slopes that has a convenient timetable offering several time options for pick up and drop off. My friends and I also went to the spa every day after skiing and also opted for several massage treatments - all of which were amazing. We overall had a great trip and we can't wait to come back next season

The all-inclusive food was very tasty and varied. The spa was spacious enough, so it was never too crowded. The lounge bar was very cosy with a nice fireplace and live small concerts every other day.

The steam bath had some mould. There were some cockroaches in the room. The all-inclusive free drinks from the juice dispenser and the draft beer were very diluted.

The spa and food were amazing! This hotel is worth visiting for its spa. Plus, it offers free parking.

Minor issues: - The air conditioner was old and made noise; however, the staff provided us with a small heater, which was okay. -The bed (mattress) might have needed to be more comfortable. -Also, the internet was not always strong and occasionally had some issues.

Top food. Good thing they have a shuttle going to the lift. Nice Spa. Towels getting change every day.

Not so friendly lady at the reception. The bathroom was getting flooded after each shower (otherwise the staff were cleaning it but if the bathroom floor is done bad maybe fixing it would make sense. Temporary solution would be to at least leave a mop in the bathroom). The room was kinda cool which after all day of skiing you want to have warm.

We had a big room with a sofa terrace and mountain view. The spa is one of the best where we were. It was very clean and the service was great. Kind and nice stuff. Good massage. Great selection of dishes and other food and beverages.

Food at the restaurant was warm to cold during breakfast and one time dinner thar we had. There is no feet towel and extra towel for the spa. It's a bit complicated to communicate with stuff cause their English is not so good. But in general all of this is not something that can affect your stay and have a nice relaxing time.
