Staff is friendly and very supportive. The room we had was clean (although there was some dust due to the open window as the road is being worked on). The shower did not have a cabin but it was ok for us. We just stayed for one night so it was not a big deal anyway. The hotel is located near the airport which is quite ideal.

There are some parking spots, but not too many. Luckily the recepcionist "reserved" her spot for us. Although the hotel does have a restaurant there are none in the vicinity. One can drive to the grand mall (free parking for two hours, if you eat there the free period is extended with another two hours).

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure our stay was pleasant. The view from our balcony was great and we enjoyed it. The room was clean and tidy.

There were a few inconveniences, such as the lightbulbs flickered and one went out, the breakfast, although decently prepared, was limited to what we expected. We also had to turn off the fridge, since it was making loud noises at night. The shower water in the bathroom didn't drain well and the tiles were wet for the entirety of our two night stay.

good location if you need it for airport transfer in the morning, I took this hotel for sleepover, wouldn't choose again for long stay, fine for 1 night. I had sea side room, very noisy, but clean, very nice and helpful staff.

Air condition didnt work, it was 28 degress in my room, windows do not separate nooses from outside, very loud inside the room, street sounds and train (raild Are just next to the hotel)

The hotel was better than I expected, considering it is in the industrial area. Yes, it was a little noisy as you would expect. The room was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was rather nice. I was on the 4th floor, and there were 2 lifts, both of which worked smoothly. On arrival, the lady who served and checked me in spoke English and was very polite and happy.

The air-conditioning could have got a bit cooler, but it was still cooler inside than outside.

Above all the engaging young staff. They were eager to help .

A. kettle in the room. would have been very useful. It's a usual accessory . The hotel has a good cafe but its opening hours are restricted. ( naturally because the hotel quite isolated from the town

had a stopover flight was perfect for a nights sleep then continued the next morning

No cooler to fill up drinking water anywhere

The crew was really nice.

The location is in the industrial area, nothing to do nearby, the bed not so comfortable.
