First of all, I've set very low expectations after booking a room at this hotel, and this is the mindset that you need to approach in order to enjoy it. After all, for me, it was a decent experience. Here it is what I liked: - The location is very nice, near the center surrounded by pleasant landscapes. - The hotel is big, equipped with most of the things you would need, including some spa services (massage, pool, jacuzzi, sauna). - The room is big, comfy, and fitted with everything to enjoy the stay. - The restaurant food was good and more than decent priced. - The staff was present and helpful, ready to please you.

- The hotel, although it is 4 stars ranked, in reality, barely meets 2. It does not have enough parking slots to accommodate all the guests' cars. Worn furniture. The pool enclosure was dirty on the ceiling, and all the dirty drops from the ceiling (due to condens) were falling into the pool. - The room was not very clean. Dust cobbles and spider webs could be seen in every corner. The bathroom is warned and could need some investment. - The breakfast served was the same every day without having too many options.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Studio was spacious. Lovely panoramic balcony. Breakfast was good. Spa was free on the day of our arrival so we enjoyed that. Overall good experience.

Bathroom had mold. Toilet was broken. We found it cooler in the pool than expected.

The hotel is not luxurious, and some things could use renovation, but it is clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are extremely friendly, and the food in the restaurant is good. The rooms are large.

The only drawback is that the prices in the restaurant are quite high — but that’s true for all restaurants and shops in Arbanasi. The prices are higher than in most top restaurants in Sofia, yet the quality is far from comparable. On the bright side, the portions are large, unlike in Sofia and guests receive one voucher for 10% discount.

The hotel and the room were clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The location is very beautiful, and from the room I had a wonderful view. Free parking.

It is noticeable that the hotel is older, as it would need some upgrades and renovations. The bathroom radiator was dripping a little, just a drop from time to time. Some of the equipment was a bit worn. The exterior of the hotel, the dining area, and the pool could also have used some renovation. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it was clear that renovations were needed.

Very good value for money. Very spacious room. The location of the hotel is very good, with great views over the city. It has an indoor pool, a children's playground, a football field and underground parking. The hotel itself has a lot of potential.

The breakfast variety is very poor. It gave me the feeling there is not much interest in maintaining the hotel to the 4 stars standards it has. The underground parking is creepy. The room was missing one of the curtains. The children's playground had some broken stairs where the kids could have hurt themselves.

Not much to say here, as we only dined and slept for a night. We arrived late so we did not have time to make the most of our stay. Clean, secluded, nice view of Veliko from the balcony, property has a garage and lady from the reception was very nice and had very good speaking English skills.

Restaurant menu was not so diverse, I ordered something and they did not have it, although it was in the menu. The waiter that took our order barely spoke some English, but it was fine in the end, we managed to get along.

Beautiful view, clean, large room and bathroom, underground parking, sufficient size pool with sunbeds. I had a room with 3 beds. Mattresses and pillows too soft for me. Many restaurants nearby. 10 minutes by car or Taxi to Veliko Tarnovo. The staff was helpful without problems at check in and check out. A fridge with freezer in the room. Functional hair dryer. A beautiful little garden.

Small space for luggage storage. The bathroom is ugly in my opinion. Breakfast is cold without variety. The facilities at the pool are noisy but they are only used during the day. In the evening I saw some mosquitoes. The light is of low intensity. The TV is small.

Very polite staff. The view. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Dishes during breakfast were not cleaned well.

The location has an excellent large panoramic view; there is a park near-by, with restaurants around. The rooms are large, with all the facilities. There is a very good pool, a jacuzzi, table tenis, biliard table, and a playground for kids both inside as well as outside. The interior yard is very nice for an after-meal walk. They have also enough parking places. The staff was nice and communicative. The breakfast as also dinner were very good. The towels had been changed every day.

The room temperature control was not working properly, maintaining a high temperature with almost no control (only on-off). Also in other rooms they have nets to protect the open windows for flying bugs to enter, my room did not have.

The room was really big and clean. The beds were comfortable. They have an effective air-conditioning The pool was clean and we had free access all day long. It's a bonus you get for the room. The food in the restaurant was very good, with a lot of options and the prices were low. The place is a bit underrated for what it can offer
