I stayed in a single room, which I would recommend only for non-picky travelers, mainly because of the shower setup – there’s no shower cabin, just a drain in the bathroom. I knew this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but worth mentioning. Everything else was absolutely great! The location in Arbanasi village is incredibly peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was amazing – clean, quiet, and just what I needed for total relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I want to especially thank the lady at the reception who did me a favor and allowed me to stay a bit longer by the pool after check-out – I really appreciated that! 🙏 The room was very clean, and the breakfast was tasty and filling, served in their own restaurant just across the street. In the evenings, there was live music at the restaurant, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and fun. Everything went smoothly, and I truly thank the entire team for a great stay!

The hotel complex spans multiple buildings for accommodation and dining, with a beautifully decorated garden in between. Rooms have everything you need and there's free parking. We only stayed 2 nights, but you can easily spend more time in there relaxing by the garden pool with peacocks walking around.

The free breakfast was very limited. Fried bread or eggs. Only coffee option was Nescafe Instant coffee. Funnily enough, at reception, they have a proper coffee machine and you can buy an espresso if you want. We didn't visit during peak season (weekday in May), but I still think the options could've been better. Especially since the restaurant was working normally for dinner service.

Reception the man on Reception was really helpful and beds were comfortable rooms were clean bathroom good little bit dated but didn't effect our stay, warm rooms as we stayed December.

The breakfast are great at weekends, but on the Monday was only offered eggs and a machine cold coffee, but weekends was a full buffet so if we would have stayed Monday would have left bad reviews on breakfast but we stayed both and the difference was a shock,

The hotel looks beautiful. The staff was very nice. The rooms are big.

The room we stayed in had a problem with the sewer, as in the sewer smell would be very powerful in the bathroom and even a bit in the room. The walls were kinda thin or maybe it was the air conditioning system (the holes) that was to blame but I could hear other guests quite well in my room. The breakfast was weird. On our first day there were 3 breakfast options. On following days, it was a Swedish buffet style thing. The coffee served at breakfast was terrible, you had to pay 2.5 leva for a Lavazza which wasn't that good either.

Staff provides exceptional service. Traditional restaurant was really impressive.

Ceilings towards the third floor over the stairs are extremely low, I and eldest daughter hit our heads. Similar experience in the bedroom located top floor. Also windows cannot be open and overall the spacious family room does not get any proper daylight and fresh air.

Small, quiet, very pleasant and comfortable hotel, good quality for the price. Swimming pool in the back of the building. Enough parking space.

Breakfast was ok but almost 1h before it ends, there were things not being refilled and you had to ask for them.

The hotel was very close to the wedding venue which is why we stayed here. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel room was cosy and comfortable with a door opening directly out to the pool area which was really nice and convenient.

The wait staff at the hotel restaurant were unfriendly, abrupt and very rude at breakfast and at dinner both days. We always had to flag them down for service. The food was good though

For us, the hotel is a transit location. We have always felt very good here. We can choose a quiet room, the space is very generous, it is cool and welcoming, very clean, with the restaurant integrated into a nice garden

The room was oriented towards the terrace / restaurant and the grill from kitchen, in case you let the window open, the smoke from the grill may enter into the room. Also if there is a party with loud music, the place could become a little bit noisy

Location is very interesting, in style with the local tone. The restaurant is very big and there was an amazing terrace. We organized a private party over there and they were very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious, and if you are lucky you can have acces to the pool dirrectly from your room.

All the food came very very slowly. Some of the waiters in the restaurant were a bit rude and lost items on the order.
