My shower had no hot water but I ate it because I had the hot tub room which was awesome. It was so nice to just have a bath instead of waiting to deal with it. The room was exceptional, I highly recommend booking the hot tub room. It is huge and the bed is super comfy. There was enough room to do yoga comfortably. There is a place to eat all meals in the hotel too which is convenient.
No hot water in shower, no free breakfast,,did not clean room or replenish the towels while i stayed Pool facilities are always inundated with children and I wish there was a time exclusive to adults. I have celiac disease which I made clear and I got very sick from the Tavern United the first night , my system still isn’t ok. If you’re celiac the steak strip appetizer is probably the only thing I would recommend you get there but still be abundantly clear about requesting it not be contaminated.

The mattress was very comfortable. It was nice to have control over the room temperature. Staff at the front desk were quick and polite. The lady who helped me check in on Dec 24 around 4 pm was amazing- kind, quick, professional. The room was beyond our expectations & we loved the extra security of key card elevators .
The room could have been cleaner. I was unsatisfied with visible dirt in some unusual spots (above & behind the bed, desk lamp base) but didn’t make a big deal of it because the room was overall clean. The jacuzzi tub was very nice, but our room was missing the complimentary robe. “Minor inconveniences” and we didn’t mention any of them to the staff, because the overall cleanliness and comfort was met.

We had the Saturday night prime rib buffet. Price of $39.99 per person is exactly where it should be, however maybe there should be a discount if you're staying at the hotel. I should have asked for another slice of prime rib as it was mostly all fat and chewy. Besides that, the buffet is exceptional and so is the staff.
I rented the King Suite which I would do again, however I hope that the T.V and pillows are replaced. The T.V in the King suite bedroom was really poor quality (glitching, poor resolution like the 80's). Also, if there was a firestick so that you can watch on demand services instead of cable that would have been more entertaining. My pillows were really compressed in the middle and lumpy. Could not make them comfortable due to the lumpiness and undistributed fluff inside them.

The pool area and whirlpool were great! Supper at the Tavern was really good. The hotel restaurant had a breakfast special for a reasonable price and the service was great. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat to lower the temperature responded well. There was lots of free parking. Checkout was very quick.
There were some strong smells in the hallways and room that were likely from cleaning products. I found the fragrance unpleasant. Noises from the hallway carried into the room. It was a bit disturbing.

Water slides were fun. Room was as expected. Alatto's Restaurant was great. I wish the front desk would have let us know they had a buffet, we would have gone there daily to eat.
Front desk did not answer when we called, walked out to desk and they were not busy. Pool was out of towels, again front desk did not answer when we called to bring more. The entry door nearest our room was locked from the outside, so had to walk in through the front door, which was a little annoying. Randomly received different amounts of coffee/creamer/sugar each day, but never enough for 2 complete cups of coffee. Walkin shower was nice except the shower drained into the whole bathroom, so bathroom floor was always wet. Bathroom also had a public washroom feel to it. Definitely could use updating.

the location was perfect because we were attending the dinner theatre that night. Also the restaurant right there for breakfast!
You could have some gluten-free breads or muffins on the menu. Also there was a long line for check-in with only 1 person at the counter. Fortunately another person was there early and started right away. They were both very pleasant and efficient, but I estimate my wait in line to be 20-30 minutes.

Clean, simple, spacious room. The walk to the rooms from the lobby was confusing and a little further than we expected. Wish the elevator was more clearly marked. The staff were friendly, and my request for more shampoo delivered to the room was very fast. Didn't have time to try out the pool, but it looked really nice. Will be coming again. Breakfast, while not included, was affordable.

easy to get around, you can walk inside and enjoy the sight the way it was decorated. you can be intertwined quickly right in side the building. food. in the restaurant was very quick and good and lots to eat. very friendly people working and you can ask the any question and they had answers. security, made you feel safe , especially when your from out of town to a big city. had to use your card for each hallway.
they shouldn’t spray any air fresheners in rooms, it was very strong smell. ( never left the room) it has been 6 years since I had a problem like this most places don’t use strong scents. like myself I have bad allergies so I ended up loosing my voice and had troubles breathing for the 3 days because of it, but I’m still paying for it a week later, it’s going to take a month for me to get back on my feet to feel like my self again.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly stay and good restaurant.
Tv in main room had a cheap universal remote and couldn't change the source so Xbox couldn't be set up. Bathroom toilet was small and low and could use some maintenance but overall it is a good place too stay)

The location was good for us as we were going to the football game. The staff were very helpful at checkin and even helped us with getting a ride to the game . We did not use any of the facilities as it was a very short stay so I cannot rate those
There was a ton of construction in the area which made a lot of backed up traffic . That will be done at some point though and is not the hotels fault
