Staff was amazing from check in to check out. I can’t commend them enough

The only Major issues and it was a doozy Head office decided it was a smart decision to schedule removal of tile floors during the weekend. The jackhammer sounds made our room completely unusable for the whole day Saturday and forced us to leave a day early. Idiocy. However staff and management were very good at dealing with the situation as best they could considering it was out of their hands for the most part.

The steps down the pool and up the waterslide are excessively slippery when wet, which is all the time.... In our group 1 child slipped down 3 steps an another slipped an hit his head and bruised an elbow. And I sprained my knee. When I inquired about a tensor bandage the staff checked both first aid boxes an they were defanitly in need of a refill.

The staff were very "positive" - whether desk staff; maintenance; cleaning etcetera. The beds were very comfortable, as were the great pillows. The microwave was very good and the small fridge kept everything cold as it should. The housekeepers were attentive and fulfilled our requests quickly. Elevators are responsive and never had to wait any length of time. There is a lot of free parking available - easy access to the property from two major streets.

Regret there is no continental breakfast. The washroom doors are too small for a walker to pass into (my wife had to struggle a bit using the counter as a balance) and hold-bars in the tubs would have been nice. A bit of noise whenever someone passed by the door - there seems to be no soundproofing around the doors,

The pool was a lot of fun and the staff did a great job of getting the air conditioner working

Would have been nice to have free breakfast, like other hotels, also the air conditioner wasn't working

did not have any i was a little shock up to hear about the cost i though we had a complementary breakfast i didn't ask so decided not to have any

maybe a reminder of what can we enjoy as a complementary for bein a guest

Nice clean rooms, great staff

The stairs going down to the pool and up to the waterside are quite slippery when wet. I slipped and have a big bruise around my right hip. I recommend you put antislip stuff on the cement stairs so it doesn't happen to anyone else

For us the most important qualities are feeling safe and the cleanliness and both met or exceeded expectations! When we saw filth outside, it was cleaned up by next day, wow! Pool was great for our 9 year old. Location was great, easy access to all the places we needed to go. Just a great holiday! Thank you!

Loved the 2 room suite! Great for a family - in my case a 20 month old who ran between the rooms

Didn’t like that we ordered room service and had to go down to the front desk to get it. Not really room service if you have to go. Also the coffee was pretty awful from the restaurant and in the room.

It’s great - 2nd time here! Good location and awesome for a larger family group!

2nd room in suite doesn’t have AC so it was hot. The fan helped but I think you need a vent! Also the pool could open a bit earlier

Location was great for shopping and casino. Food in restaurant was very good. Staff were super friendly. The room was clean and everything worked good. There as a nice pool but we never used it.
