Room: Clean and spacious, featuring a fridge, microwave, and a TV with a wide selection of apps. Daily housekeeping ensured a well-maintained and comfortable stay. Service: Exceptional service from the staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Location: Ideally situated for exploring the area, with convenient access to major attractions, grocery stores, bars, and the waterfront. Breakfast: Outstanding breakfast options served daily at Latitude 44 restaurant, offering a great start to each morning. I will be coming back to this hotel for sure!

Four Points took really great care of us for our first trip to Nova Scotia. Our King Suite was a dream and all staff from front desk to room service to restaurant and management made us feel like royalty. The central location to Halifax sites was perfect and gave use opportunity to come back and relax in the middle of our days or late nights. We especially enjoyed the staff at the restaurant and took advantage of a visit during happy hour when we could. By the end of week we made friends with Thomas the bar/ restaurant mgr. and Rachel the mixologist. We also enjoyed being invited and treated to a seafood delight early in week staring a 1.5 lb. lobster surrounded by king crab legs, mussels and clams!

Great location, great room , clean, comfortable , great parking. However upon leaving the garage we had to pay for parking we already paid for. So try backing up from the exit with 3 other vehicles behind your car. Not fun.. Finally back to the desk and then we were on our way. Upon booking in , there was no record of my payment, only the small slip from the point of sale. Again checking out, was a hassle. It is a good thing I saved that small receipt. Other wise we did enjoy our stay in Halifax. We will return to you hotel,, perhaps next summer.

Great clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A staff member helped me bring our luggage up when we arrived. I was beyond impressed and thankful. They were very nice everytime I spoke to them and had questions. The room was big and clean. Great location, very short walk to the waterfront. Lots of great food options nearby. Parking is attached to the hotel (a bit expensive) but at least easy to get to the vehicule. Our room had a view of the inside courtyard which made nervous of it being noisy at night, but we did not hear anything and it didn't seem like it was really used anyways. If you can afford this hotel, highly recommend it! :)

Ventilation is loud, specially in the bathroom which made it a bit hard to go to sleep (could hear vibrating through the pillow loud). Parking is confusing and expensive $30+ taxes. I had a hard time getting out (and I wasn't the only one). Thankfully, a front desk employee came out to the garage and showed me how to get out.

Reception staff were excellent. Room was ready early which was awesome - got a text to inform us it was ready. Room was large and the bathroom was huge (I believe it was an accessible room) which was nice. Bed was very comfortable, Room had a refrigerator which was very useful in the hot weather we were having. The air conditioning was quiet and very efficient. Great location. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and 10 minutes (uphill) to Spring Garden Road.

In room telephone wasn't working. Maintenance came and looked, but it needed replacing, not a problem as we could just call the hotel on our cell phones. Was woken at 6am with an annoying beeping which we were told was as a result of a power outage a couple of days before. Once I heard it, I could not ignore it which was rather annoying. It spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.

Location is perfect for the event we were attending! The staff were so friendly and accommodating for all our questions and very knowledgeable. The room was very clean, the beds are traditional hotels beds (comfortable and soft), and even the cleaning staff were so kind when they knocked on our door as we were leaving! They asked if we needed anything before we left. Amazing customer experience.

If I had to be picky, an earlier check in would have been great! That being said, they were able to accommodate our request for rooms close together - we ended up being right beside each other! In the end, we were more than happy to wait an additional 15 minutes to make this happen.

Amazing stay with my toddler! The room was ready early, and they let us in sooner than the usual check in time, lots of thanks for that! We had a beautiful spacious junior suite overlooking the harbour, and saw a huge cargo ship cruising by in the morning - cool sight. The hotel is steps away to everything (Discovery Centre, library, citadel hill, restaurants and coffee shops), parking is super convenient. The bathtub was jetted, my girl just loved the bubbles - so extra fun for a kid. We will absolutely come back!

Somehow, the hot water in the bathroom faucet was barely trickling. But that was enough to brush teeth, wash hands. The bathtub/shower flow was fine though.

Friendly, welcoming staff at desk. Great location for our sightseeing adventures in the city and along the waterfront.

Our room was at street level so unable to open the curtains to let light in. Quite noisy with street noise and trucks all night. Rooms on the second and third floors should be of much lower value than those above!

Staff members Alissa and Alex were very helpful and were able to give me my requests. It was a nice surprise having a jetted tub in the bathroom!

The room was ok, but the tub in the bathrooms needs some attention. There were some hairs around the tub that weren't mine, and the jets looked like they should get a bit of a deep cleaning to them. There is also a Bible that's in room 6016 where a previous guest had written not so nice things in the book... I wasn't offended or anything, but others might... Perhaps take that book out and replace it with a new one.

Anything we called the front desk for arrived at our room within 5 mins.

Noisy construction Monday morning. All wknd was good though. Lots of street noise ( loud exhausts, music) but was to be expected due to the location. I was prepared for it with noise canceling headset. No complaints other than that.
