Clean and good location . Very helpful staff .She changed our non. AC room to AC very quickly when we requested it. We had breakfast only on one day it was quite basic but nevertheless delicious. The location is good ,15 minutes walk to the centre. Nice supermarket and fast food joints around the property.Cheap and cute souvenirs available at the reception. They also did our laundry for a good price.

No elevator to the third floor. Shower wasn’t working and after repair the water was super hot.Bathrooms are quite small.

What is the location of the hotel close to the center of San Jose its walking distance, The breakfast is good and so are the staff. The room was very clean and so is the hotel.

I was upset at first because my room didn't have air conditioning, but in San Jose, it was so cold that I slept well and needed to cover up at night.

Nice newly furnished hotel in shady neighbourhood. Safe place to stay with cameras and 24h receptionist at the counter. Relatively close distance to walk from main bus station. Unfortunately our ordered transport didnt arrive to the hotel and we need to arrange some public transport loosing another day for commuting. There is a restaurant at the hotel serving some breakfast in the morning. Very helpfull stuff.

Be aware were you are walking on the night, as the surrondings area are filled with homeless and junkie people, depending which direction are you walking.

It had a restaurant attached. The place was clean, nice, and neat. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Was was able to book for a single person, but they didn't have any single rooms. So I had to get larger accommodation. An elevator would have been great with luggage for the third-floor rooms. The bathroom was very small. A larger person would not be comfortable.

Welcoming, friendly , clean, good value, and a smashing breakfast what more could you ask for? A short walk to the local market and then on to the busy centre not far to the Costa Rica museum.

Privacy, the walls are thin, I was in one better value rooms on the 1st floor however don’t let this put you off as I used the noisy shower during my morning ablutions 😁

Clean and comfortable .crisp white sheets . Free breakfast is included and there’s filtered water and coffee available in the lobby. Staff were very helpful when we were trying to sort bus routes out to Tamarindo. We were arriving and leaving from Tig bus station ( bus goes straight to Tamarindo) so it’s a very short walk and so convenient . Very close to the Main Street and plenty of food economical choices around on one street over. Yes there are homeless people about at night but a lot of SanJose has this . We just taxi in and out if it’s nights time Great value for money 24 hr desk too

The two reception staff of Melissa and Mauricio were exceptional, and while I could speak Spanish, Melissa was very happy to speak in English and she was a delight in every way being very chatty! When I return to San José I shall stay at Hotel Milan again.

There was nothing to dislike, for all the staff went out of their way to help.

For Free breakfast, they have options at the cafe. Close to Nicubus, ticabus, mepe terminal, Liberia bus terminal, 15-20 mins walk to town center. Staff, mostly helpful. Bed was comfortable. They kept the luggage until our night bus time.

Room didnt have a window opening outside. There was a small window opening to corridor. At night, high TV sounds from nextdoor and lobby, but the guy at the reception solved it when I shared. Bathroom was small.

The over night lady was really helpful. She got us an Uber cheaper than other transports. Also helped with our luggage. She didn’t understand English and vice versa but translate maid up for that.

Little scary at night lots of homeless people around and some not so friendly people. No elevator and with heavy luggage and a/c is on third floor makes it hard getting up the stairs

The room was very clean and the bed very comfort. The staff helped me with anything i needed and they changed me room after asking them if possible (my initial room did not have window, which is really weird). The breakfast (incl) was ok. There is a supermarket and panadería just to the other side of the road. The location is very close to the bus station (carribean) and you can get anywhere with an Uber without spending much (a bit less than 10€ to/from airport).

The neighborhood is bad and it's a bit uncomfortable to walk there at night but Uber is always a good option. My first room did not have window but the staff took care of it. You can hear any noise from other rooms/corridor. The coffee served at the breakfast is bad and of low quality.
