Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the adriatic throughout. 4 incredible pools (3 outdoor, 1 indoor) not to mention the additional jacuzzis. The standout factor was the staff who were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive and made us feel very relaxed. The room.was spectacular and daily chocolates and high end complementary toiletries were a treat.

Pretty much faultless. The only tiny things that didnt really impaxlct our stay were low shower pressure and the living room in our suite was a bit dark where the sofa was.

Very good breakfast and room service and dinner experience in hotel. Nice sea view Good staff

-Room service always open my doors every time without my permission. Even I said wait a second, they still use the master key card to open my door. I am bit concern about my privacy. -Cleanliness can be improved further. For example there are hair in shower head. The roof of toilet is bit dirty with visible yellow mould. -Their is no instruction how to open the balcony door, took me a while to figured it out myself as the open method is not common. -Though parking is free, but its very hard to find a slot. You might have to ask valet service. potentially more parking bays to be added. Good thing is that there is regular shuttle bus (EUR2.5 per trip) in the hotel to city, so you might not want to rent a car.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Loved the outdoor pool, very clean, swim up bar and plenty of sun loungers and complimentary towels. The 'beach' was where we did most of our lounging listening to the waves and taking dip in the sea. Also did an evening swim in the indoor pool and jacuzzi which was stunning, great views. Well equipped gym. Room had everything we needed including super aircon and tea/coffee facilities. The balcony with sea view is stunning and great addition to the room. The hotel is a little out of the way but the bus stops literally outside the door and it's a short ride to old Town. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. I would 100% stay here again, it was worth every penny.

The location facing the sea is amazing! The outside pool view is beautiful. The value for money during April is superb. Staff are good. I especially appreciate the breakfast and buffet restaurant staff Zarena.

The variety of dinner is below the standard of 5 star hotels. We went to dinner before 9pm. The main food Calamari and a local desert were already gone and they cannot top up. While The dinner finishes at 10:30. The room facility of the toilet is not very good. The tap keep spraying out the water horizontally when it’s used. Not a big deal but not very convenient.

Not too busy. Was full but plenty of sunbeds. Shady and sunny places which was great. Good jet skiing. Its by the sea but its rocky. So not really a sandy beach. But nice place. Very chilled and relaxed. A grown ups hotel. Nice for families that like it chilled. Good food options. Concierge services were excellent. Free parking. Great access to Old town by the bus. Dubrovnik is a really nice city. The hotel does it justice.

Water seems like a precious resource lol. Some water fountains or something would be good. Kind of used to that now. No Nespresso machine in the room just instant coffee. For a country that takes coffee very seriously I didn't get that vibe until I had a coffee in the Reception bar. Which was really nice. Food a little expensive. But good quality tbh. Evening chocolates a nice touch. A little tired. 10 years since the refurb. But still a nice hotel.

To start off with, the view is breathtaking. The property is facing the Adratic. Stunning views. It is a bit far from Old town. But there is a bus service (number 4) that starts from the hotel and ends at Pile gate at Old town entrance which is only 10 mins ride. So it never felt far. While booking we got an automatic upgrade to Junior suite which was a nice gesture. Property is modern with excellent lobby and a lounge area. One of the best client services I have experienced in europe. Very hospitable. We had requested for a late checkout since our next travel was in the night. They complied and gave us the same room with no additional cost. We were very impressed by that gesture. A special thanks to Ines for this. Special mention to Dubravka who was very helpful in providing tips about the town. Breakfast had a good spread. Again view from the restaurant is spectacular. We were particularly impressed with Loreta from the Breakfast restaurant. She ensured all our requests were looked into. Alwats with a amile on her face. Thank you. We had the buffet one night. It is a good treat for those eating meat and fish. We are vegetarian so the options are limited. Hoping to have more options on the veg front. Having said that, we requested the chef to make pasta (arabiatta) . He was more than happy to comply. Personally came to deliver it on our table and then came back later to check how did we find it. Unfortunately, could not get his name. But thank you 😊. Overall very good experience. Will return for sure.

The beds were not that comfortable. Could feel the spring bouncing on our backs.

Excellent location with a fantastic view to the sea from the room. Location was also just 15 minutes walk to the lively area at the Lapped peninsula (a lot of restaurants, bars, shops) and 15 min by the bus (bus stop just in front of the hotel) to take you to Old Town Dubrovnik. Pool area was very nice with the access to the bar from the water. Professional and attentive staff - reception, bars, housekeeping, everywhere. Nice breakfast. Room was spacey and cleaning standards are very high. Checking tea and coffee availability twice per day. The same with room cleaning.

The electronic locks system did not work properly. During 5 days stay I probably had to go 10 times to the reception to reset the key to be able to access my rooms. They explained it by the fact that people keep these lock cards close to their phones and credit cards but where else are we supposed to keep the keys. Hopefully the system will be upgraded and the problem fixed

We stayed here for a night to relax on the way to Kotor from Hvar and before a later stay in Dubrovnik old town. It felt like a well established resort hotel. The hotel was located at the hilly edge of a large wooded park commanding fantastic view of ocean and pretty islands dotting it. There were outdoor swimming pools and an indoor swimming pool with hot whirlpool. Our room had marvelous views and separate living room and bedroom. There were a 1/2 bathroom with shower and a full bathroom with tub. Complimentary bottle of drinking water and chocolate were provided. The room was very quiet and well maintained, functional and modern although there were some signs of aging. There were lots of storage space perhaps too much for two of us. Dinner buffet was convenient but food and service was OK, priced at 40 EUR/ pp. Breakfast was included in our reservation and was good. A la carte menu was available at another hotel restaurant but we did not try. Restaurants and a bar lounge all had commanding views. We walked down towards the water on a walking path for fresh sea air and views. Ocean water was so clear. Scuba diving service signs were observed but were not operating in late March. Parking was available right in front of the main entrance but was limited compared to the hotel size.

The staff were great at responding to our questions before our stay so that was a good start. When we arrived, we were told that our room was ready and we’d been upgraded so a brilliant start to our holiday! The room (suite) was very spacious and the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly during our stay and the food and drinks in the hotel were good quality and reasonably priced. The bus into the Old Town stops immediately outside the hotel and runs very regularly. Can’t praise this hotel enough and I hope we get the chance to stay again. Thank you.

Great location - easy access to old town by bus, but in the ocean with great views, away from the noise area. Room is reasonably big with delicious balconies to sunset. Food is ok and concierge is polite and great help.

The food is decent but leaves room for improvement, especially when it comes to breads and fruits, which could be of higher quality for a hotel of this standard. The staff is polite, though not particularly warm — perhaps a cultural trait, but it may come across as intimidating for some Latin guests. Lastly, I’ve never understood how upscale hotels still have showers that don’t fully close, inevitably leaving water all over the bathroom floor
