This was my second delightful stay at "Art & Wine". It is a charming art and wine-themed hotel that continues to exceed my expectations. It is located in a prime spot near the beach of Larnaca and offers a good blend of comfort, culture, and convenience. Each room in this boutique hotel is decorated with a specific 19th-century Impressionist artist. My room was dedicated to the works of Camille Pissarro, featuring Giclée reprints of his paintings. I think that this artistic touch adds a layer of sophistication and character to each stay. I was warmly welcomed to the hotel by the co-owner Mr. Nikos, who assisted me with checking-in and introduced me to the hotel. To my surprise and delight, I was generously upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the city. I think that this thoughtful gesture exemplified the owners' generous hospitality. During my first visit a few weeks ago, I also had the pleasure of being introduced by Mrs. Tula, the second co-owner of this hotel. Their personal involvement speaks volumes about the care and personal attention that is being invested in this hotel by its owners. The breakfast was nothing short of impressive – a wide variety of dishes complemented by delicious Greek sweets. It was a perfect way to start each day. My room was equipped with every possible amenity one could need: From essentials like a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and electric stove to thoughtful touches such as quality toiletries, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is also equipped with a high-quality espresso machine with complimentary fine espresso pods. The combination of its unique artistic theme, prime location, generous amenities, and attentive service makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Larnaca. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It is a go-to accommodation for me whenever I return to this lovely city of Larnaca.

Hotel is located in city center near to the restaurants and the beach. Excellent service in all directions, very helpful and kind communication of the staff, who come out immediately willing to answer every question. Host very helpful, helped me a lot with a late check-out (this why i had more time to stay on the beach last day), taxi. Amazing breakfast on the roof with a view of practically the whole of Larnaca and the surrounding area. Clean rooms and well furnished kitchenette. Highly recommended!!!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were always ready with a smile, eager to assist, and made me feel like a valued guest. Location was just super. Recommend this place for sure!

The room was quite nice, the location is pretty close to the attractions we were looking for. We arrived a bit before 11 PM and we had to do a self check-in, but we got very good instructions and it was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were tired after the late evening flight. Unfortunately, around 1 PM a group of very noisy teenagers came to their room next to us. As there is no reception during the night, there was nobody to complain to. We had to ask for a late check-out to rest when the dudes finally went to sleep or left the hotel.

10/10 Exceptionally clean, perfect location, healthy and good breakfast and a very very kind host. The perfect combo for a perfect holiday. We arrived early morning before 10am but we could already check in and we have been offered to complementary breakfast too. Thanks to this it was as we would wake up there - we got an extra additional full day thanks to their kindness. On the last day,after checking out we could store our luggage and also use the hotel's showers after a whole day beach before our evening flight. This are the additiona added things which made our stay exceptional and unforgettable. Art & Wine Studios is the place to be in Larnaca! We will definitely recommend this hotel to the family and friends!

We spent 10 days at this amazing Hotel with my wife, and we loved it. We got the Monet Room, which was very spacious, with a view to the inner courtyard and quiet. Nikos and Tula, the owners, are very friendly, and Tula was extremely helpful every morning at the breakfast. It was great to start the day talking with her :) The hotel is well located, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything needed. The room was clean, and the kitchenette had all the necessary equipment to cook, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. They have fresh food and lots of vegetables, fruits, and pastries. Our favourite was the kolokotes :) We are definitely coming back here on the next time. Thank you for everything!

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for breakfast.. the location is perfect just few minutes walking to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was great. But what is that make this place special are the owners: Tula and Nikos really know how to treat their guess by delivering excellent customer service to the highest standards. Thank you guys for making our short stay so lovely. We will be back.

The room overlooked a busy street and was very lound on Saturday night. made it hard to have a good night sleep.

It was perfect for so many reasons! It is located close to the beach, rooms are not big but clean, well furnished and cosy. People who run this place are very nice, helpful and hospitable - you can tell they care about their guests. However the greatest thing from all are breakfasts - delicious, with a wide variety of sweet and salty snacks (including local food) vegetables and fresh fruit. It is also never crowded because there are not many roomd in this object. It was perfect!

Walls seem to be thin, but we had no problems with any other guests (we hope they had no problems with us) :)
