We arrived at the hotel in April. We were greeted by a lobby representative named Stavroula. From the very first moment, she was warm, friendly, and welcomed us with a beautiful smile. She helped us with everything we needed — even with matters unrelated to the hotel. The hotel is new and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent. Highly recommended! The price is affordable for everyone. The breakfast is excellent. Room service is outstanding. Don’t pay attention to negative reviews. We strongly recommend coming here. And once again, a big thank you to Ms. Stavroula — even when we left, she made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. Without her, the trip would have been completely different. Location is good because all restaurants, beach and entertainments are in easy access (10 minutes walking). Room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is great - good choice of bread and pastries, hot meals (eggs, sausages, vegetables), coffee and good quality juices.

The hotel is located next to big road, it was really noisy during evening and early morning. If you like to sleep with open windows, it can be a problem. Hotel has own parking, but it is just for 4 cars and the parking is also used by hotel workers, however there is 2 big parking spaces, where you can park car for free.

Excellent communication before arrival and very welcoming and informative receptionist when we arrived later than expected (flight delay). Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very effective AC. The room and bathroom was a good size and the balcony was an added bonus - with a clothes airer too. No large artwork in our room, but in the hallways and main areas Breakfast was very good. Plentiful - cereal, hot selection, cold cuts/cheese, variety of breads and pastries, yoghurts, cold and hot drinks. It is the same every day. 15 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, shops in the neighborhood. The team was very professional and friendly.

Shower is in the bath - not my favourite, with lots of hot water. The cleaning standard is high but they use a heavily perfumed cleaner or spray which is a little overpowering. Breakfast finishes at 10.30am, you will be warned. Never had a warning for this before.

The cleaning of room and new towels were provided every day. The breakfast was very good. The Wi-Fi was working very good. The conditioning was working veey good and gave possibility to refresh and relax after the very hot weather outside. Every day the new bottle of water was provided by the hotel. The beach was only 400 m away from the hotel. I found 3 TV channels on my language (Russian). The stuff at reception provided all the needed information.

The room and TV screen could be larger. I could not use public transport because of the strike of drivers, but it did not depend on the hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the ocean and great restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning worked great. The style of the hotel is fun and cute. The rooftop is open in the evening and is nice for a drink. They serve a really wonderful breakfast in the morning too! I appreciated how it started as early as 7am.

The beds were very stiff and hard. Did not feel comfortable sleeping on them. They also advertise free parking on premises. There is only 4 spots available which made things very tricky in the evening. We had to hurry back from dinner so another vehicle could get out. They looked upset we were parked there but staff gave us the ok. It was a bit awkward.

The staff at Urban art hotel and main reception are amazing and they can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable, they will give you advice and help you out with anything that you need. The property is very centrally located just a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the main promenade in Larnaca. There are lots of shops and services nearby and it is easy to navigate. The bus from the airport stops more or less directly outside of the hotel and the bus is also very cheap. The rooms that face the front and have a balcony are very spacious and well designed inside. They have everything that you would need inside the room.

The Rise Hotel is all you need to have an amazing experience in Larnaca. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from the beach and is near most of Larnaca's attractions. The staff is so friendly. Many thanks to the restaurant team for the amazing breakfast, especially the man who consistently refilled the plates to ensure all the guests had a good experience. Also, I want to express my appreciation to Nina for her efforts in check-in and check-out. The gym is so clean, and the vibes of this hotel are exceptional. I told them I would write a good review on booking because they deserve it. Don't hesitate to book your room in the Rise Urban Hotel. It has the best value for the money you can get in Larnaca.

Great hotel just a 5 minute walk from the main bus stop both for aiport and other cities. The urban art on the outside is fantastic and very striking, having an example of this in the room is unusual (Bruce Lee in my case) and adds great character. Room was okay size with a balcony looking on to the street. Bed is comfortable, shower is efficient. Breakfast was very varied with lots of choices on offer and runs until later than usual if you need a rest day. Staff were brilliant, always helpful and lots of smiles and conversation. Archeology museum is just next door as are the Kition ruins. The long sandy beach and a selection of westernised eating places start at 5 minutes away and extend along the sea front. I walked to the soda lake and mosque but the bus back stops 100 yards from the hotel. Was able to leave my luggage in a secure place at the hotel on the last day having a late flight home. Really nice stay and the friendliness of the staff is a big part of that

This is a modern hotel situated just 5 minutes walk from the seafront . The room is well equipped, a good variety of TV programmes in different languages , verandah to watch the world go by , tea and coffee , comfortable bed , excellent shower . The breakfast was plentiful and very innovative with items that other hotels do not have . Great variety of cereals, yogurts, fruit , breads, dips as well as cheese, cold meats , eggs, bacon, sausages etc . Costa Coffee shop opposite hotel . Small car park for 5 cars , early check in guests will get a place , for others there is an unofficial car park on waste land opposite the hotel . There is a formal paid secure car park just 3 minutes walk .Cost us Euro 14.50 for 24 hours . Nice souvlaki/grill house opposite this car park and a good Italian restaurant towards seafront opposite police station

The Rise hotel is quirky and well located about 5 mins walk from Finikoudes beach. Rooms clean, well sized and warm with a view over the archaeological museum ‘square’ (in our case). Found the hotel quiet and heard very little noise from other guests although it seemed busy. Breakfast in an adjoining restaurant/cafe was lovely continental buffet style but did have hot options if cooked breakfast is your thing. Costa right across the road. Plenty of on street parking for free and small car park

There is 24hr front desk but we found the receptionist rather abrupt when we arrived at 4am. This did seem an isolated experience.
