We arrived at the hotel in April. We were greeted by a lobby representative named Stavroula. From the very first moment, she was warm, friendly, and welcomed us with a beautiful smile. She helped us with everything we needed — even with matters unrelated to the hotel. The hotel is new and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent. Highly recommended! The price is affordable for everyone. The breakfast is excellent. Room service is outstanding. Don’t pay attention to negative reviews. We strongly recommend coming here. And once again, a big thank you to Ms. Stavroula — even when we left, she made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. Without her, the trip would have been completely different. Location is good because all restaurants, beach and entertainments are in easy access (10 minutes walking). Room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is great - good choice of bread and pastries, hot meals (eggs, sausages, vegetables), coffee and good quality juices.

The hotel is located next to big road, it was really noisy during evening and early morning. If you like to sleep with open windows, it can be a problem. Hotel has own parking, but it is just for 4 cars and the parking is also used by hotel workers, however there is 2 big parking spaces, where you can park car for free.

The Rise Hotel is all you need to have an amazing experience in Larnaca. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from the beach and is near most of Larnaca's attractions. The staff is so friendly. Many thanks to the restaurant team for the amazing breakfast, especially the man who consistently refilled the plates to ensure all the guests had a good experience. Also, I want to express my appreciation to Nina for her efforts in check-in and check-out. The gym is so clean, and the vibes of this hotel are exceptional. I told them I would write a good review on booking because they deserve it. Don't hesitate to book your room in the Rise Urban Hotel. It has the best value for the money you can get in Larnaca.

Great hotel just a 5 minute walk from the main bus stop both for aiport and other cities. The urban art on the outside is fantastic and very striking, having an example of this in the room is unusual (Bruce Lee in my case) and adds great character. Room was okay size with a balcony looking on to the street. Bed is comfortable, shower is efficient. Breakfast was very varied with lots of choices on offer and runs until later than usual if you need a rest day. Staff were brilliant, always helpful and lots of smiles and conversation. Archeology museum is just next door as are the Kition ruins. The long sandy beach and a selection of westernised eating places start at 5 minutes away and extend along the sea front. I walked to the soda lake and mosque but the bus back stops 100 yards from the hotel. Was able to leave my luggage in a secure place at the hotel on the last day having a late flight home. Really nice stay and the friendliness of the staff is a big part of that

The Rise hotel is quirky and well located about 5 mins walk from Finikoudes beach. Rooms clean, well sized and warm with a view over the archaeological museum ‘square’ (in our case). Found the hotel quiet and heard very little noise from other guests although it seemed busy. Breakfast in an adjoining restaurant/cafe was lovely continental buffet style but did have hot options if cooked breakfast is your thing. Costa right across the road. Plenty of on street parking for free and small car park

There is 24hr front desk but we found the receptionist rather abrupt when we arrived at 4am. This did seem an isolated experience.

This is a modern hotel situated just 5 minutes walk from the seafront . The room is well equipped, a good variety of TV programmes in different languages , verandah to watch the world go by , tea and coffee , comfortable bed , excellent shower . The breakfast was plentiful and very innovative with items that other hotels do not have . Great variety of cereals, yogurts, fruit , breads, dips as well as cheese, cold meats , eggs, bacon, sausages etc . Costa Coffee shop opposite hotel . Small car park for 5 cars , early check in guests will get a place , for others there is an unofficial car park on waste land opposite the hotel . There is a formal paid secure car park just 3 minutes walk .Cost us Euro 14.50 for 24 hours . Nice souvlaki/grill house opposite this car park and a good Italian restaurant towards seafront opposite police station

Exceptionally friendly and helpful personnel, spacious room, with all necessary facilities, comfort bed, blackout curtains, foldable mini-ironing board & iron, bathroom accessories included even a shaving kit!). All perfectly clean, quality bedding and towels. Convenient gym with new equipment, you may enter with your room card and do your workout at any convenient time for you, all clean, with automatic air fragrance. There are 2 lifts and 2 staircases that was really useful, very well thought-out planning for not a big hotel. I really liked the artistic design in common spaces, impressive drawings on the walls, cosy atmosphere in the restaurant, comfortable furniture in the hotel lobby. I was impressed with the wide selection of breakfast dishes, breads and sweets and various types of cold drinks (like lemon water with mint, Sunny Orange Burst with fresh cut oranges, and ... 5 kinds of milk!)). The service staff was always friendly, present, renewing the food, cleaning the surfaces all around the restaurant. The food was nicely presented and tasty, all fresh.

Very good location, close to the main promenade, but away from the noise. Spacious rooms, huge and comfortable beds. Room equipped with air conditioning and iron. Daily changed towels, replenished water or coffee. Separate bathroom (needs renovation). Breakfasts varied - quite a large selection. Roof bar sensational - great view from the window, good drinks and food (I recommend BAO buns and burgers). Considering the price to quality and location - I highly recommend.

Bathroom neat, but needs renovation. The hotel operates only one elevator that goes up (the other only goes down or goes to the rooftop bar) - when guests accumulate - this creates small queues.

Really good service, including the option to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel and the other way around. The breakfast was good and it has a variety of servings. The staff was helpful and polite. They changed towels daily and observed we had a child and brought towels for him too.

The bathroom was small. Our room was near the street and I could hear the noise. The refrigerator is annoying if you have a light sleep. The lamps are a nice touch, but you can't use it for reading. If you know you have troubles sleeping, ask for a different room.

The hotel was perfect for its value, it was cosy, comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a not big parking, hovever big free parking space is available nearby. Despite that the hotel is near the streets it was quite inside the room, the room was very cosy, the bad had quality mattress, the curtains were very well protecting from the sun, theere was an iron, teapot and the fan in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they allowed us late checkout without any payment. The breakfast was nice, but a bit monotonous, but probably because we were spoiled by great restaurants and bakeries nearby. :) Roof bar is fancy and offered a free welcome drink.
