The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and nice. The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast option is real value for money.

This hotel gets a lot of young groups and they tend to be very noisy in the nights and cause a disturbance along the corridors. The reception staff does not seem to be bothered about this. Lots of items on the restaurant menu are not available. We planned to have dinner one night in the restaurant but when we realised that everything we were trying to order was not available we had to leave and look for another place to have dinner.

Very easy to find and lots of parking space. Very friendly staff (Receptionists, Cleaning crew and restaurant staff, especially Emy). Beds and towels where refreshed daily. We had dinner on the last day of our visit in their restaurant and had the grilled menu which was excellent. Fresh made lemenades by Emy were excellent! We ended up having a bunch of them. Reception helped us with information about Prague and how to travel easily. It was possible to have breakfast on days that you want, instead of paying ahead or book them, we decided the day itself to have breakfast and pay at the reception which was also a huge plus. If we will visit Prague again, we would choose this hotel again!

It's a boat so we know that space is limited in the rooms. But a larger bathroom would have been nice :).

Rooms had what they needed in them, the shower is brill very hot and powerful! Location was brill one day myself and my dad walked into the centre along the canal very pretty walk. Another day we walked to the tram stop which is only 5 minutes away it's very well put together and they're so frequent. Purchase a ticket through the machines actually on the trams by using card. Breakfast was brill and well worth the money too! We would stay here again 🙏

.We stayed in room 148 and you could hear everything the upstairs room did as soon as they woke up at 0600 onwards constantly walking and creaking from their foot movements and on one night you could right above a female having some adult time. You couldn't ignore as it was right above and woke myself and my dad up both mornings we was there with whoever getting up and just moving about in their room. We would stay again but asked to be on the floor above as you've then only got the restaurant and reception above to minimise noise.

It was a great experience, we really enjoyed it. A simple, clean room, with everything you need. Parking in front. Tram station at a few minutes distance. Breakfast was very good, too. It was super fun for us to sleep and eat on a boat, just far enough from the city center, yet near enough.

A mini-bar in the room would`ve been nice. The charging port on one side of the bed didn`t work. We should`ve reported it, but we managed (long cables). Everything else was just fine.

Breakfast was exceptional - the sortiment of food was wide and I really did enjoy eating my breakfast from the outdoor terrace of the boat. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy.

Thick walls in the room - could hear noises and talks from other rooms during the entire night. The receptionist wanted passports from my spouse as well which is odd and very unusual. In most cases, only the main guest (which was me) get passported. The receptionist had poor Czech language and he struggled to understand me.

A comfortable and relatively spacious cabin (considering the genre), with a small but clean and well-maintained bathroom and a cozy double bed. The city center is easily accessible by tram at almost any time of day. Overall, an excellent and cost-effective accommodation. (I’m a returning guest.)

Being a botel, soundproofing is not its strong suit. If you want to sleep in (when others are already up, moving around, or —sometimes surprisingly early — housekeeping begins), earplugs might be a good idea.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great quality and variety and the view from the breakfast room was super calming. And the room was small but comfortable and clean. The only negative remark I would like to make is that the double bed had two single mattresses which made it really frustrating for two people to sleep on. Overall I would definitely visit again!

I liked the availability of the staff, the position super close to the tram stop that gave me the possibility to stay a bit outside the city center without being too far away, the included breakfast, the experience of the boat. Also the room was always tidy and I had new towels every day :)

The sheets used were a bit stained (they were clean), fortunately not in parts close to me. The bathroom is small, but this is because of the structure itself. What maybe I didn't like was the pillows, they were way too soft :( and my room was facing the walkway so I always had the street lamps during night, plus not much privacy during the day. I have no idea if the room windows are reflective from outside

What we have seen absolutely coincided with what we have expected. The staff is friendly and polite. The room is just as shown on the picture. You can choose a sea view , though you will need to pay extra €5 per night. Good noise isolation. Breakfasts nearly same every day, still you have enough options to choose. Tram 3 will bring you to the city centre within 9 stops.

No radiator in the room, so if you expect to make minor washings- do not. The room is being heated through ventilation, you can set up your preferred temperature. Parking is €8 per night - please keep this in mind.

Unfortunately, we stayed in the botel for 1 night only (overnight on our way from Germany back home), arrived after 10 p.m. and had to leave shortly after 6 a.m. Therefore we had not a chance to see more than just our room. However, the room was cosy and clean. Would love to stay again for longer time. ;-)
