A really beautiful room, and immaculately clean. Good area, very quiet but close enough to busier parts of town and shops. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was nice but it would have been nice to have vegetarian options for hot breakfast (e.g. vegetarian sausages). One of the staff members was very nice and friendly. The others I greeted and smiled at seemed uninterested, but it's not a huge deal really. I think my coffee machine might have been broken but it could have just been me

Giving feedback on Hotel Kinsky is a privilege. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff are fabulous. The breakfasts kept us going all through the day, they were so generous and filling. Location is brilliant - very close to public transport, and it is equally near to a Red Line Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop. There are many local shops from groceries to currency changers, restaurants and anything and everything you can think of, including a large Tesco in a shopping mall. It is fabulously placed, perfect as a starting point for Old Town, Castle and other points of interest thanks to the very close access to various trams.

There was nothing I did not like. If anything, the hotel was very helpful when we raised a lighting query with the original room - they simply moved us to another room, which, as the hotel mentioned and we came to realise, offered an even better view of the local Kinsky Gardens.

I stayed at Hotel Kinsky Fountain for 5 nights from March 23 to 28, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – peaceful and right next to the beautiful Kinsky Garden, but still within walking distance to the Old Town and main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to start the day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, which made it easy to rest after exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague and would love to come back in the future.

Best location ever!!! Amazing breakfast, super clean rooms! The hotel lobby, corridors and room were very cozy as it was too cold outside! We were assisted nicely as we entered by young gentleman at the reception. He had a nice smiley and pleasant gestures and personality :) All in all this hotel is now my fixed stay whenever i will visit Prague ❤️

There is a room of improvement with her in customer handling situations and resolving internal staff matters not in front of the customer. She focused more on the internal processes and forced that we bought a product from minibar when we did NOT! She said that our entry is correctly documented and you have to pay now when we consistently denied the purchase and also asked her to go and check the room. She was not ready to do that either. I think it was more of a language problem.

Location is excellent with multiple trams only in 3 minutes walking on various routes to Prague Castle, Old Town, Vyshegrad, all art Galleries and exhibition halls. A green complex of parks and gardens surrounds the hotel building. Many restaurants and groceries stores are around. There is a funicular nearby. By public transport you can get to Vaclav Havel Airport within 1 hour. Our Deluxe room was sterile clean and cleaning is done daily by charming young girls from Ukraine. The room has a wonderful coffee maker with daily refreshment with big choice of aromatic coffee and tea. There is a robe, slippers, lots of lotions in the bathroom. Breakfasts are delicious with a large selection serving by very friendly young girls. Young friendly guys at the reception speak English. t's nice to see the young generation of smiling employees in such a beautiful city as Prague.

There was just one thing I didn’t like: when the smell of boiled sausages wakes you up too early in the morning.

Nice hotel for a good price in an good location if you don't mind a walk or taxi to old town ect. Impressive reception, breakfast, lounge area. Room was nice, bed was comfy, but maybe a little dated and run down, the one i had was anyhow, nothing bad though. Nice breakfast with lots to choose from but needs to be hotter, everything was Luke warm. A few small issues, but I enjoyed my stay overall, and I'd definitely stay there again. I paid £225 for 5 nights, which I thought was a great price!

This hotel worked great for our visit in Prague. It was a bit outside old town, but still had great connections (through the tram). It only took a couple of minutes to get into old twon. It was well cleaned, and all base necessities were available. The breakfeast was also great, but there could have been some other alternatives, like more fruit and sweets!

The room was very warm. This was not problematic enough for us to complain about, since there was a fan, and we were mostly outside. This might be a problem during the summer, however. There were also some problems with the coffe machine! Another problem was the fact that there was no safe way to store bags before we checked in. We came to the hotell early and were told that there was a safe way to store bagage . But it was just in the cellar, and anyone could have access to it, without any form of safety preventions such as a locker.

Staff excellent, polite, treated me with respect, very helpful, soke good English, room very clean and tidy, nice garden in the hotel were you can sit out at night, breakfast had excellent choices. My room had a Nespress coffer maker in the room with stocks replaced every day, along with clean towels every day, hair dryer in the shower room. Room also had excellent WiFi signal and there was a nice big tv in my room, and last of all I was really surprised to find a shoe polishing machine with buffing wheels outside of my room. Rest assured I will be checking this hotel for vacancies again next year. Oh just to add it was nice that there was a small fridge in the room with a trust bar in it. They didn't even bother that I put my own drinks in that I had bought much cheaper from the supermarket.

Nothing really, only comment I will make is the first floor was out of use due to decorating, the small lift shouldn't really be a staff only lift, but I can't complain as they didn't mind when I used it.

First the elevator was trembling sometimes and door was not working open and close constant Keys for the room they were often jamed and you need several time to go in reception to fix Room 202 all smell of food early in the morning was not keept ventilated was stuffy when arrived smell like mould. Room 101 far better while I ve changed after 2 days but the mattress hard. Critics should be constructive. I would still use this hotel room 101 for the same price. Paid more for first one which was worse.

The hotel is in a quiet place, and yet just a stone throw away from major attractions, and has a perfect public transport connection. The building itself is a classic one, with a romantic touch. Breakfast is also classic, but with a lovely addition of amazing sweet things. Staff is friendly and unintrusive. The room has almost everything that is needed, including a bath robe.

Lack of desks is somewhat unfortunate for those who'd need to use a computer. Choice of TV channels is rather limited, and one can't cast onto the otherwise decent smart TV in the room. The worst was the thick smell of bacon at 7 am reaching the top floor, but apparently it is fixed by keeping the bathroom door closed tight (!).
