The resort has been excellent with outstanding facilities. Our room was spectacular and cleaned daily throughly. Drinks are replaced in the fridge daily . All restaurants have been serving a lot of variety of food and drinks of excellent quality. The staff are very friendly , polite and keen to help everywhere in reception, restaurants, swimming pools, beach and spa . I would like to thank all the managers in restaurants, on beach and reception for continued help and hospitality. We appreciate Mr Sayed Ibrahim for his kind help on arrival telling us to get dinner in a restaurant opening from 10 pm to midnight as we arrived late. Also he kindly provided us a room close to the main restaurant, beech and reception as I had knee replacement. Mr Syed Ibrahim kindly allowed us to stay in the room and check out at 4 pm and booked an uber to take us back to the airport.

The room is very large, we were amazed by the size of the room, the new furniture, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend the kitchen, I did not allow myself to taste many exotic dishes, but what I chose was always very delicious, especially the fish, lamb and veal, seafood soup, the baker also makes only masterpieces of art, too bad I don't eat much of this. The entertainment program and the animators are very interesting . The staff speaks many languages, such as German, Russian, English. I would always return to this hotel, I recommend it with confidence.

The slippers are standard, if your foot size is larger than 43, you will need your own slippers, you cannot connect to Netflix on the TV. Otherwise, I haven't found any other problems.

During the midday hours it's difficult to find free sunbeds in the beachfront. I also think that the may have to improve the quality of their dessert.

Clean spacious facilities. Nicely designed premises. Calm, relaxing atmosphere. Tasty food.

Poor management of chaise lounge usage at the beach. People tend to leave their towels occupying the scarcely available spots for the whole day.

The hotel is fantastic. Beautifully layered out. The all inclusive food choices were delicious and varied, normally I would eat out of the resort on occasion but there was no need given how delicious the food was. The best part of this hotel is the staff! They are so friendly and helpful, almost felt like leaving family behind on departure day. Reception team was great. Special shout out to Nader Khalil made us the most fantastic coffees every morning. The entertainment team were so much fun and full of energy. Marcello, Masha and Kim - keep up the good work and keep your guests smiling/ laughing like you did us.

My only criticism would be that the spa, as good as the treatments were, should have fixed prices! I wouldn’t expect to visit such a top quality resort and have to haggle on prices! A massage treatment listed at 100 euros, was negotiated down to 50 euros. Nevertheless this should not be the case and all guests should be paying the same prices across all their treatments This was really disappointing given how great the rest of the hotel was

Location: near the sea. Close to the airport. Quiet. 10/10 Resort: Rooms are spacious and quite quiet. U will hear people slamming doors but otherwise really well isolated. The bed is 8/10 and the pillows are pretty thick and hard.. I liked them but my fiance found them very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are clean and well lit. We had a problem that water was dripping from the ceiling inside a light socket which was a bit weird but they checked it so that's a plus. What I didn't like was the toilet tank needing 5 to 7 business days to fill up after being used. 8/10. Swimming pools are awesome and the 2 heated ones (one inside and one outside) make your time way better in December. 10/10 The restaurants are really good. So much variety... So many dishes. 10/10. A recommendation I would love to find: a spicy level for foods. Cocktails are 9/10. Lack variety but are consistent and taste good. A big plus was the muled wine for Christmas time. 10/10 great surprise. A cheap prosecco would make the variety better General vibe is awesome because of the entertainment team and the daily events taking place every evening. The sand is fine enough with a few pebbles near the water. 8/10. What really makes the experience uncomfortable are the guys with their "offers" for quad tours, massage and boat tours. 5/10. They get on your nerves even when you have the "do not disturb" sign. This and the hustle culture are a big minus there. On other websites like viator or gyg u can get half the price.. this makes everything worse. The people at the beach trying to sell their "offers". The bathroom tank. The "spa experience" which takes like 30 minutes once / stay. The water was cold and the saunas were a strong 6/10...

We visited hotel at last week of November. Amazing experience. The staff are very helpful and polite. The room service excellent, the hotel is very clean and nice. The food is delicious!!! My wife celebrated her birthday, they organised a bottle of sparking wine on my request and she received a very tasty cake from the hotel. For the divers the PADI club is at the hotel. The boats are leaving directly from the hotel pier. All diving and snorkelling instructors is very experienced and super friendly.

The hotel has a small beach area so the sun-beds goes very quickly, so for the sun lowers it’s not ideal. But the pool area are large and next to the beach where is a lot of sun beds.

The staff was incredibly nice, the place itself was very beautiful, the pools, the beach, everything is very spacious and never feels empty or crowded. The food was also excellent and is available at all times. All three bars make cocktails and coffee at almost all hours. Overall, it is a very beautiful place with kind, helpul staff and everything you could wish for in a nice, relaxing and fun vacation. We would especially like to thank Mr. Ibrahim from the reception, who made sure that we had everything we needed or wanted and went out of his way to secure us a last minute reservation at the restourant for my birthday.

There is a lot of people constantly trying to sell something and it gets a bit annoying after a while.

First of all, I’m amazed that the resort looks just like the pictures. When we arrived, we even got a better room than we had booked thanks to Ali from the reception. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Very spacious to unpack the suitcase too, which is not always common. The air-con works well too and the fridge is always stacked with drinks. The pools are very clean and there’s plenty of chairs. The staff is attentive and brings drinks all the time. The beach area is rather small and you can’t swim too far. Excellent swimmers will find this disappointing but for me it was perfect. My family preferred to stay by the pools anyway. The indoor pool is nice if you are feeling unwell from the weather or sun and open until 10 PM. The restaurants are great. Alfredo offers a great buffet at all times during the day. The highlight is the a la carte dinner at the golden lounge. The staff is so nice and helpful. The resort is so big that you can discover new things every day. Overall my family and I had a great week at the Blue Spa. I definitely recommend a quad tour and a snorkeling trip to orange bay as well. Thanks for having us. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Absolutely nothing

Staff are very friendly Great location Coffee quality is very good, there are Barista everywhere not just instant coffee Breakfast is amazing, all bakery and bread being freshly made infront of you.

Desserts are very poor, same desserts eveyday at all the restaurants,all are not good unfortunately. The Asian a la carte restaurant is not really asian, butter chicken was just chicken pieces soaked in ketchup.
