The reef just off the beach is amazing. The smaller of the two beaches is heaven. Rooms were clean and comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was generally great. Massages at the spa were excellent.

Hotel is a little tired in some places. We were misled in thinking that there were multiple restaurants included but only one is free for all inclusive the rest are extra charge and the food is no better. The one included does have everything you could want though. Worst thing was the rude / noisy Russians, especially on the main beach, but not much the hotel can do about that. Also don’t get caught by the guys selling tours at the beach, you can find the same ones for cheaper yourself online.

We had a great holiday at Park Regency in 2025. The place is nice, the rooms are big and have nice sea views. The staff is very friendly. It makes the place cozy and comfortable The food is delicious. There are many local dishes and fresh fish, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. There is even a private reef with beautiful fish. We even saw stingrays and crabs! There are also activities for children in the evenings If we're still in Egypt, we'll return to Regency Park ✈️

On the downside: Wi-Fi is not very good. If you don't spend a lot of time in your room, that's okay. Otherwise, it's better to buy a local SIM at the airport :)

It offers a private beach (no need reserved towels on the chairs😁); private quiet pool/s; club lounge with breakfast and light dinner and cocktails. Drinks all day. The pool restaurant was OK, all-day dining was crowded. Food was OK but it was nothing special. Rooms are spacious and clean. The resort landscape was amazing - green and colourful. The staff was nice and gentle. Overall - it is great value for money and we will return if plans (and the wallet) give us a chance

Services - mediocre. But this is expected at such a resort. Focus is on numbers and not on quality. Rooms are old and although it seemed there were efforts to get them in shape, one can see the hiccups. In our case, the shower didn't switch completely and the water was still going from the mixing tap. Light odour from the sewer in the morning - water trap didn't work ok. A la carte restaurant on the beach is not worth visiting, we didn't check the Thai restaurant Cleaning was late every day The TV remote control didn't work, we asked for a check on the second day - no one came to fix it. The pools water was a bit cold, we were told that it was heated but it was probably not enough or switched off.

I give it 10 on credit because in common everyone was very nice to us. Yes, there are some shortcomings in room cleaning - it is not so perfect, for example, or the manager in the dining room was rude once. But these are minor things which pays off with a beautiful beach and reef. by the way whistling by lifeguards are not the best idea when he whistles right next to the ear of those who are not in the sea. but I am deeply convinced that if you come with a good mood, then nothing can spoil it. We spent a wonderful 5 days - the impression is excellent. Special thanks to the waiter named Waleed - great nice guy. Do not hesitate to leave tips for them - they work really hard for us. Beautiful reef and hotel's territory, helpful staff, good experience staying in Regency Club (private beach, separate breakfast and aperitif before dinner, concierge service) Our room was facing the lawn and it was easy to go to the beach, just open the balcony door and voila. The building (Gardenia) was away from the main restaurant and quiet. We also loved the Thai restaurant. We went there twice and both times it was excellent.

The main restaurant was busy and crowded. We always found a table to sit but it felt a bit hectic. The food, although the selection was wide, did not impress. We liked the food in Novotel better, the choice was smaller but it was tastier. When you ask waiters for a glass of wine, be ready to follow up with them or it can easily take 10 or 15 minutes.

The culinary offerings at the hotel were excellent, which, as many travelers know, can be a rarity in Egypt. Each meal was a delight, with a variety of dishes that were both flavorful and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel provided a nice evening program, offering entertainment that was enjoyable and well-organized. My room was conveniently located near the sea, allowing me to wake up to breathtaking views each morning. The soothing sounds of the waves and the stunning sea view served as the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was remarkable. The staff's attention to detail, the beautiful surroundings, and the special birthday surprise made my stay unforgettable.

Great hotel, with beautiful gardens and amazing, amazing food. We loved our sea view room. We are very sorry to leave today but for sure we will come here again! Big congratulations to the hotel management and the entire team for creating such a great guest experience. Its a huge property, with hundreds of rooms, but it doesn’t feel at all mass tourism! Chapeaux!

We liked everything

I would give it 11 if I could, but the maximum is 10. Beautiful property, everything is new, with constant maintenance. Very spacious, with many pools, restaurants, and bars. There’s also a fitness center and spa. We stayed with the Regency Club package (which we highly recommend). The entire Regency Club staff is fantastic: Waleed, Baseione, Momen (Momo), Yussef, and everyone. They are always kind and ready to meet any request. On Regency Beach, they come around the umbrellas serving cocktails, snacks, ice cream, and even offer sunglass cleaning. At the bar, you can order alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and fruit. The club’s beach is very peaceful, perfect for relaxation. Snorkeling is available, and the coral reef is fantastic, with lots of fish. Regency Club guests enjoy a continental breakfast and a 4:30 pm buffet with sushi, a variety of sweet and savory foods, and drinks. Upon our departure, they even gave us our favorite food to take with us. Beyond the Regency Club, the staff across the entire hotel is consistently kind and exceptionally helpful, exceeding expectations. Special thanks to Hamed, who prepared a private dinner for us even after dinner hours had ended. We were truly moved by his kindness. Thanks also to Olga and Alan from the entertainment team for their dedication to their work. Lastly, on our final day, our flight was delayed by 7 hours, and they allowed us to stay at the hotel. A true 5-star experience. Thank you!

All was perfect

Fantastic location with beautiful sea views! Waking up to the views from your bedroom is amazing! Excellent restaurant choices, very good breakfast included! 2 great pools, one was a quiet pool, which I loved! Attentive hotel and recreational staff, nothing was too much trouble! Not far from the airport and a fantastic base to relax and do nothing like we did and also to enjoy the surrounding area.

First of all great thanks to the team here, everyone from gardeners to kitchen staff were so nice and welcoming. Hotel is just like when i visited back in 2005, and the reef is amazing. Travelled with my girlfriend Ester, we got a free upgrade to a seaside room which was amazing, quiet and nice and you could hear the sea. On the first day we were amazed how good the reef is at the resort, and in my opinion there is no need to book the private beach, main one is super nice, only downside is you have to wake up early to get a sunbed, but if you are a morning person thats fine. Beach is great and there is plenty of opportunity to get drinks in the all inclusive bar on the beach, only downside was the drinks which were kept on a simple level, but again you could not ask for more basis the price we paid, great with draft beer on the beach. Also nice you have the option to eat at the beach if you dont bother going all the way up to the restaurant buffet, this is great. They serve shawarma, fries, burgers etc on the beach, staff is super friendly, both on the beach and in the beach bar. As for the restaurants and , I want to extend my respect for the kitchen staff, waiters and bartenders, in particular Mohammed from the pasta station and Mohamed from the Stars Bar. Drinks in the bar, and the food at the restaurants was super good and a nice variety of foods, cakes etc. Overall staff was so friendly and made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome, the biggest MVP in the hotel is Mahmoud who is the food and beverage assistant, you can really feel he cares about the guests and he together with Mohamed made our nights in the bar very memorable, give that guy a raise.. he even refused to accept my tips.. not often you see someone working with that kind of passion, big ups! :) Big shoutout to Marco also, he helped us a lot with good tips for nightlife outside the hotel, he is from concierge. Great hotel, only downside is the amount of Russian people there..
