The size of the room and especially the bathroom with all necessary amenities was excellent! The Buffet Breakfast was good with plenty of choices to be had and the beds were big, comfy and comfortable!

As we were a family of three staying 4 nights, we had to ask for extra clean towels each day as staff only leave 2 towels when cleaning room. Also not enough coffee and normal black/english breakfast tea. It wasn't a big issue, other than we had to request for extra all the time. Everything else was good until the last night when our Granddaughter had to retrieve her Ipad pencil which went under the bed, only to discover there were dirty socks and tissues there. Obviously the rooms are not cleaned or vacuumed properly once guests vacate rooms. Very disappointing!! We did not eat dinner in the main Restaurant as the choices are not 'family friendly' everyday normal meals.

It was beautiful location close to airport. The tall guy greeted us on our way out. I didn't get his name,but he was excellent asking if we needed a water or something to drink and if he needed to order us a uber etc He was excellent with every guest. It was nice to see. He was tall,blonde- brown hair,short hair clean cut. It's a shame we didn't get his name. This was on the Tuesday about 12pm. The front desk was great too, I think the ladies name was Alice. I will stay here again in the future.

We didn't like the ham cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. We ordered 2 and both were burnt. Possibly it was because we ordered them at 12am. The fridge needed a wipedown in room 901 aswell as the coffee station in 901. Other than that everything else was great. And those are minor fixes.

For breakfast on one day the manager (male) was rather rude and not friendly at all. On the 4th day I bought a la cart for breakfast for my daughter and I amd my avocado on toast was the worst I ever had the bread used was plain thin white bread and the avocado was some cheap dip and not fresh Avocado poorly done by kitchen and my daughters pancakes were not freshly made was from the shops already made and were cold and tasteless I found the kithchen staff to be poor too based on our meals and charged something like $60 bucks, not happy at all, I even took pictures of you truly care and want to see it.

Distance from airport. The taxis will refuse to take you. Our driver made us get out of car and told us google maps directions was wrong and only just out of airport on left. 20 plus minutes later on uneven streets and across roadways with 4 suitcases, finally arrived. Not the hotels fault but I booked "close" for convenience. They said the taxis do this all the time. I think they should address this with someone as it will affect repeat business. Walking wasn't the issue, 4 cases over that distance made it very hard. Next time we won't choose to stay there because of this issue with reasonable access via transport.

Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast had vegetarian options, which was comfortable for me. Bed was OK. Best one was the location and proximity to Airport.

City Tour and Touring facilities should be available, as many of us are first time visitors to Sydney and we want to explore the city. We had only 2 days in between our Business visit, which we wanted to utilise to the maximum to know about Sydney. Hotel did not organise Tour Program.

Lovely staff. Room well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Great location when coming in on a late flight. Able to access room service with late check in by contacting Service Desk. Lovely breakfast. Visitors are able to easily access other areas of interest in Sydney from the location of the Hotel. Shuttle bus, Taxi Service Uber and Train Service are in close proximity.

Great to have access to gym equipment within facility. It is limited for some workout regimes. Location of hotel however supports access to a full gym nearby.

Location was great close to the train station for walking distance, staff went above and beyond with everything from keeping my friend and I on the same floor level to the concierge running out the front flagging down the taxi that just left for us so we could get to the airport.Food was delicious especially the canapes and pre dinner drinks and the omelettes made to order for breakfast.

I think for me some more tea and sugar as there is only enough for 1 cup per couple and if you stayed in you would have to keep calling for more .

From arrival I was greeted with genuine interest. My requests were attended to without question. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Room service was speedy and the food delicious. Check out was easy and a taxi booked without fuss.

My only concern was that on arrival I was advised that my online check-in had not worked. Whilst this was frustrating, the in-person check in was seamless and professional. I recommend the company investigate why on-line check in shows complete to the customer, but not registered with the establishment.

I didn't like the air conditioning that was a bit of a joke It was freezing and from check in to check out I just couldn't get it warm enough I said I gave us a little heater and a pair of slippers each and also the TV I've been annoying the menu system on it with that third party provider box attached couldn't adjust the speakers nor the picture colour kept disconnecting the Wi-Fi and too many chords behind there also the desk seems to be an afterthought It doesn't belong in the room looks a bit ridiculous. But I've just been super critical now

As we have stayed here previously, it was as we expected. The room, bed and amenities were comfortable and plentiful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are professional, obliging and have friendly accommodating dispositions.

We felt the dinner menu could have better and more standard choices instead of trying to be too fancy, as most travellers would prefer an ordinary and not too heavy meal when staying overnight.
