The location, the very pleasant and helpful staff.

The interior design which looked very stylish proved impractical. All the fitted furniture had very sharp corners, the bedside lighting was insufficient for reading, the PowerPoint at the bedside was too low behind the table so I couldn’t plug in my charger. The open shower needed mopping up, the glass paneling wasn’t sound proof, My electric toothbrush accidentally fell in the gap behind the vanity, requiring a staff member using a coat hanger to retrieve it. The table and chairs looked Fabulous but required moving a very heavy chair in order to access the wardrobe.

QT hotel was just what we hoped for, a peaceful haven in Perth CBD - walking distance to everything we wanted to visit during our 2 day stay. Parking was close and reasonable at CPP Pier St. QT Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts were fast. Breakfast was tasty - enjoyed the beetroot and carrot juice on offer and good coffee to start the day.

Minor things as overall a great stay - The lighting in our room was a bit too dim (couldn’t find option for a brighter light). The drinks table had a lit up glass top which looked lovely at a distance but made it difficult to see when using it.

After a 17-hour flight from Paris, I had a quick overnight stop in Perth before heading back to Sydney, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot than QT Perth. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding, with a special shoutout to Nira at the front desk. She was warm, personable, and genuinely caring — the kind of hospitality that makes a lasting impression. Not only did she organise an early check-in (an absolute lifesaver after a long-haul flight), but when she realised the Executive room I’d booked didn’t have a bath, she suggested moving me to a different room so I could enjoy a proper soak. That thoughtfulness made all the difference. Room 1204, located on the 12th floor, had a fantastic view over the city, a spacious King bed, and that signature QT bathroom. Stylish, well-appointed, and featuring a deep-soaking bathtub that hit the spot. QT really does do bathrooms exceptionally well. I had breakfast at Santini, which offered a calm and refined setting and some top-notch food to start the day right. The rooftop bar is always a vibe, perfect for a sunset drink or two. While the hotel itself delivers on all fronts with great value, luxe design, and comfort, what truly set this stay apart was the service. Nira is an absolute asset to the team. Bubbly, genuine, and so clearly passionate about her role. The next morning, she greeted me with the same energy, asking if I’d had a good sleep and making sure everything was spot on. It’s that level of care that brings people back, and I definitely will be. I’ve stayed in hotels nearly twice the price and the service didn’t come close. Hats off to the team and especially to Nira.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and clean rooms. The rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely, a little pricey but the food was delicious and the staff were all great. The location was great, as soon as you walk out the doors you have the city right there, and it was only a short walk to Northbridge for the night life. Also was very secure, there was always staff in the reception and someone to help you get into the elevator to get to your floor. The main doors were also locked at night (you could get in with your room key), which made it feel very safe and secure. We told the hotel at the time of booking it was for an anniversary and there was a complementary bottle of champagne on ice with a lovely note when we arrived. Can't wait to stay again!

The aircon could have been better/stronger, and the in-room tv's say they have "streamcasting" to connect your phone and cast any streaming sites off your phone, however we were told it only works with Android devices and not Iphones. There are free movies and digital television channels. Would recommend bringing a HDMI cord or Chromecast if you want the comforts of Netflix etc.

Breakfast with the mushroom on toast was a taste sensation. Dinner at Santini was also wonderful. Decor throughout the hotel is so luxurious and relaxing and feels way more special than the standard “beige” rooms normally provided in hotels. Staff so friendly and attentive. Loved my stay.

Fully enclosed bathroom with solid walls and a separate toilet door would bring the guest experience up a level. Sliding partition makes you feel like you are in the toilet with the other guest. Teaspoon and saucer would be great to provide with the cups to allow you to stir in your milk and/or sugar.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and total perfection. The room was immaculate with zero wear and tear. Not one thing was worn or broken and everything was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was next to none. The bed was phenomenal and was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The rooftop bar was a beautiful little cherry on top.

Sadly the Cafe and restaurant was closed on both Sunday and Monday which was a little bit disappointing. For a 5 star hotel I expected all amenities to be available for the duration of our stay.

The room was nice and sizeable and the location was really good. It was a very pleasant anniversary stay although we missed out on dining in as we did not book.

The toilet was not closed in and therefore you could hear everything from the bed. We felt as a married couple of 22 years and therefore having lived together, the open toilet was not as big a drawback, but we discussed the fact that you would have to know each other very well to stay in this type of accommodation. There was a great deal of noise from the music/band in the bar on Saturday night which we could hear from our room.

Lovely big room. Stylishly appointed. Great central location. I loved the fact that the hotel included a milk frother with their Nespresso machine. So many hotels have the machine but not the milk warmer. That was exciting to see. The online check-in & out is a good initiative.

Nothing really - just a minor overlook in regard to our booking: I had pre-ordered a cheese platter as it was my partners birthday. Unfortunately we did not have a knife with the cheese platter so ended up using the bottle opener to cut the cheese!!

Close n convenient to the Mall & city center. The Valet service for parking was very convenience. Room are huge n design with 2 set of face wash bowl & shower were amazed. Sliding door to the washroom were awesome...even able to view the bedroom n TV while in the washroom... Overall the 6 nites stayed were good.

No bidet, no toothbrush, no room tissue box. Need to upgrade wall plugs to international standard to cater for tourists outside Australia... Last day room cleanings were not done....even when I reached the hotel at 3.am

The hotel was located a short walk from the waterfront and also the shopping malls.The free bus service stops right outside. The rooms were a good size and well appointed and there was a large bathroom with a bath tub as well as a walk-in shower and double sink. The staff were very friendly and there was a nice coffee shop in the lobby.

The decor was very avantguard with everything painted black. Nothing wrong with that but just not to our taste. It wouldn’t put me off staying there again as everything was very comfortable.
