Great stuff, always nice and open to help you. We had a clean room with 2 comfortable beds. (P.S. the beds are very soft and not so good for somebody who have healthy problems like back pain) Inside the room you find tea/coffee/sugar, a kettle, a big tv, hair dryer, iron, ironing table. We don’t know if it was the stuff from the hotel or somebody else but we wake up in the morning and my daughter found a Christmas socks hanging on the door with candy. That was so nice and we thank you a lot. Breakfast is 195 kr/day and half price for the children and had various types of food.

Nothing to said but for December it was a bit to cold in the room.

Great location near metro and ferry stops, even if the area itself is only now starting to bloom. Very clean, facility new and taken care of. Exceptional breakfast, many choices for any taste there is, although quite busy at most times as there are 500 rooms in the hotel. Rooms are pleasantly conditioned and windows open too - at least a bit. Luggage storage can be used for free before and after check-in/out

Lack of a mini fridge in the room - they say they do this for the environment. Pillows quite soft for most tastes, they do provide other pillows upon request but they are not much of an improvement.

Location is great, the nearest metro station is 2mins by walk, city center is around 10mins by metro. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Room is clean and big enough. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

Only as a suggestion: Restaurant and bar offering for food should have a wider selection. Even pillows have 3 different types, but none of them were hard enough.

Easy check-in, smart way to get invoices, storage locker is self service and easy to use. The gym is on the smaller side but has good equipment. Rooms are well made and the beds are comfortable. The M4 metro is super convenient and very close to the hotel. Airport to Hotel in less than 30 minutes for 30DKK.

There's an extra charge if you pay by card that is not mentioned before check in, there's no complimentary water in the lobby, the hallways can get confusing if you have a room far from the elevators. Parking is limited, you might have to go to the Orient Plads parking lot (5 min. walk). 150DKK per night.

Lovely hotel, great location, amazing staff. The hotel is a minute from the metro. The room sizes are generous and the bathroom was very stylish , I stayed in superior double which had a separate dressing area. The breakfast was great.

The beds are quite soft, the tea facilities basic with paper cups and travel kettle. There is no phone in room so need to go to reception for any queries. Room service can be ordered online. Room was next to gym so could here noise at 5am which was annoying! Got moved to another room.

I went there with my family and we had a great stay. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. It had a gigantic TV. The internet connection in the hotel was very good. The staff was super friendly and always very nice to help and solve situations. The breakfast was fantastic with gluten and dairy free options. While the hotel is far from the city center, it is 2 min away from the M4 metro line which will take you to the city center in less than 10 min. For ya the location was quite convenient as it is also close to a museum called The Experimentarium which is awesome. Definitely a hotel I will return if I go to Copenhague.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Lobby are is great and breakfast is very good also! It is 1 min away from the Metro station that goes to the city center. Also, the Boat Bus has a stop right near the hotel and you can reach city center by this boat bus.

We really liked the location, this area of Copenhagen is up and coming, nice and quiet, very near a metro without being anywhere near as busy as the centre. It's a good standard hotel, with a tasty but expensive breakfast. Parking seemed easy although we didn't use it. Public transport is fantastic in Copenhagen and the metro is super frequent and convenient. Nordhavn is a short walk away and is a fantastic area for food, socialising and even swimming.

The giant pillows were a bit annoying and a pool would've been the icing on the cake. It should be mentioned that there are swimming opportunities nearby though. Breakfast is good but expensive.

Modern good quality hotel in very good location, particularly for cruise passengers. City centre only 15 mins by metro and cruise terminal shuttle bus only 5 mins walk from hotel. Good quality breakfast buffet.

Booked superior room for 2 adults and 1 child, clearly shown in confirmation. When we arrived at hotel found that all occupants were expected to sleep in same bed as it was a super king size. If a bed was required for child an additional £35 would require to be paid. For a hotel of this standard I consider this to be totally unacceptable. Only other downside is there is little choice of restaurants close by.
