Everything - from breakfast to cleanliness, amenities in the room, cool art all around, ideal location and brilliant staff at all departments. Sauna and gym were available at no extra charge, and we could even rent out bikes! Beds extremely comfortable, and Kevin Murphy shower gel & body lotion had a great smell. We stayed for 5 nights and truly felt we didn't want to leave. We will surely be back for another royal stay!

During breakfast times, the coffee machine often malfunctioned. The staff handled it very well and prepared coffee in the Bar for anyone who asked, but it resulted in long waiting times for coffee. Both the coffee from the machine (when it worked) and from the Bar were very tasty, but perhaps the machine should be replaced or repaired in order to avoid the unnecessary stress.

We were pleased with the stay and would come back. The beds are good, the window can be opened which was nice. We had a nice room, quiet location. The bar was good. We were asked how often we wanted the room to be cleaned. I liked that. I don't need new towels every day.

All in all it was a very good experience. Some small things could be improved: * Housekeeping once knocked before 9 am. Afterwards we always left the "do no disturb" sign outside until we left. * We found some small ants in the room, we think they came from the bathroom. * The handle for the shower is very hard to turn with soapy hands. Easier to leave a little water running * Not everyone spoke German. Not a problem for us, might be for some

The room was a nice size, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. We were able to keep the window open at night because there wasn't any traffic noise. There was a kettle and a coffee maker. I was delighted to find that the TV had the major British TV channels and Film 4. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice. There was an U-Bahn station just outside the entrance to the hotel. There were bus stops at the end of the road. There were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the hotel. The bridge onto Museum Island was close, and it took less than 15 minutes to walk to the Humboldt Forum. I stayed in this hotel two years ago, and it was brilliant then.

I've been thinking about this, and nothing negative about the hotel comes to mind.

It was all the little things that added up to this being a great stay. Great location for walking around the city and quiet area that it's in so you don't get disturbed at night. The beds were super comfy which makes such a big difference for hotel stays The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and helped whenever I had questions about the local area. The breakfast was amazing with great choices each morning. I was so impressed that you can add late check out until 1pm and if you want extra you can pay a small fee. Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's the little things that make such a difference

The most perfect weekend stay for a group of 4 friends. We had 2 rooms which were perfectly clean and suited all our needs. Comfortable beds, quiet area, very well located in the city center. The breakfast was delicious. A small sauna and gym were also available. We enjoyed relaxing at the bar in the evenings. The staff at reception and bar were absolutely fantastic, so attentive and friendly. They spoke a mixture of German, English and Spanish, which made the communication easy for us and other guests around. Really great value-price ratio. We would surely stay here again!

Everything! The staff were very professional, very approachable, very 'smiley' and very happy to help, The room was clean, comfortable bed. I liked the eco option of not requiring housekeeping every morning and in lieu of that were items from the fridge of goodies in reception, free of charge! The bar area very nice. Great sauna, gym facilities with chilled complimentary bottled water. Very near the Ubahn station. Great nearby restaurants.

Breakfast a little expensive at €20 per head, we ate at the cafe on the corner. The reception for UK TV stations was poor. However we'd definitely return and recommend to friends

Awesome breakfast and great peaceful location in the heart of the city, can fully reccommend! Staff was very friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable.

Electricity switch in our hotel room was a bit tricky, if the entrance switch was not in certain position, the lights were flashing in the bathroom and the hairdryer did not work. Gladly, we got help from the staff quite fast and they pointed out the problem we had. The room air was not that great either, but it helped when opening window and/or putting the AC on.

Everything. We thought this hotel was fantastic! From check in to check out we had no issues whatsoever. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional at all times. The two girls behind the bar who served us over our three days, in particular, we're brilliant. They offered a superb service and deserve recognition for their hard work. The hotel is located a few yards from the underground and is also in easy walking distance of all the popular locations; Alexanderplatz 20 mins, Brandenberg Gate 35 mins. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was immaculate and very quiet. The bed was an actual double rather than two singles pushed together, it was also very comfy. We didn't use the gym or dining room so cannot comment. If we do visit Berlin again we will stay here, it is faultless. Thanks to all the staff more your efforts and making our stay enjoyable.

Hotel is in a very convenient location and has a great fitness facility. The staff were friendly and always helpful. We were even able to check in significantly earlier than check in time which we were very grateful for. Kevin Murphy products in the bathrooms as well which I was VERY impressed with!

Our room had a weird smell, almost a bit like spilt beer in the carpet. It wasn’t overbearing which is why I didn’t really mind, although I don’t really like beer or its smell. Might be an incentive for those who do!
