Basic hotel with good location. Room is spacious, but almost half of the room is empty space. The room and toilet was clean, also all hotel premises was clean. Beds were comfortable. We had great discount on Booking platform and I would say it is the real value for this hotel. Certainly we would not pay full price, it is prety too much for what the hotel provides.

The breakfast is basic, although you have several salty and sweet varieties there is no omelette or scrambled eggs. Also, there is no wardrobe in the room. You have only clothes hangers. As I am already For discounted price it good value for you money, but is not worthy of full price.

Excellent location. Alexanderplatz appears to be a main transport hub in Berlin, easily accessible from the main airport and the hotel is a short walk from one of the many exits. You can get pretty much anywhere in the city from Alexanderplatz very easily and quickly so this is great value for money given how easily you can get around Berlin. The room was a good size, comfortable with nice extras like a good TV, nice furniture and lots of available, easy accessible plug sockets which doesn't seem like much until you don't have them. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout.

I paid extra to have breakfast included. I don't know how much extra it cost to have it included for 3 nights but the menu on reception stated it would cost 15 euros per day. I don't personally think that price justifies a rather small selection of foods which didn't appear to include any hot foods, other than toast and I believe hard boiled eggs. It was mostly limited to a few cold meats and cereal. Given the central location, you could certainly find a better breakfast for that price. However, in fairness, there was a lot of space, the staff were wonderful and I understand many people want to just eat something before beginning their day, in which case, you should be fine.

Property was close to Alexanderplatz, shops and train station. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with pancakes, bread, muffins and others. There was a lift but there were a couple of steps before one can access it. Also they made our room. On check out, we could leave our baggages at the reception. Although they were not left in a room but next to the reception desk, we felt the baggages were secure because they gave us a code that we have to show upon collection and there was always staff at the reception.

The ceiling light in the bathroom did not work for a day and the following morning, I notified the staff at the reception and confirmed me that everything was fixed.

The room was clean a good size along with the bathroom.The room was nice and cool.The hotel was in a good location for transport links,resteraunts and bars.

On our arrival check in was very slow as one of the computers was not connecting to the system. The lift has no light to tell you which floor it is at and very often took a long time to arrive and you had to repeatedly press the button.We gave up twice and others did the same and used the stairs annoying if your near the top as we were. The shower hose sprayed everywhere when first turned on as it was not tightened to the shower head and the doors leaked to the bathroom surface.

Hotel is in an excellent location, right at Alexandrrplatz. It has modern design, seems relatively new and was overall well cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard sized, but well equipped and the beds are very comfortable.

We were on the top floor, and the external unit of the AC system was right outside the window on the roof, and was very noisy. The elevator was very slow

Location is great even if the area around Alexanderplatz does not look like much, there are a few hidden places to seek out that are great. Very easy access to public transport to go anywhere in Berlin. Comfortable clean rooms. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

The lifts were slow and took a long time to arrive. Not a huge deal for us as we just used the stairs instead.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Initially, I was given a room facing the courtyard, but the staff promptly changed it upon my request. Everything was clean, and the location was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience

The room was clean and warm, the beds were really comfortable. A part from that the location is great, there is a train and s-bham station and also the tram and the metro station all at max 2 min from the hotel, you can get a direct train from and to the airport. In 20 minutes you get to the museums island, too. The staff was very kind.

There was no minifridge and the bathroom was a bit small. There was no wardrobe but there were a few clothes hangers on a stroll. The windows let inside all the sounds from the street and since it's almost on alexander platz is not great for someone with light sleep, but the hotel was really silent.

Location. Definitely location is the best. Walking distance to the TV tower and Alexanderplatz, and as I was taking a Flixbus to my next destination it was 3 min walk to a Flixbus stop. Also metro station, tram station and trans are all close. Room was ok, nothing special, just a regular room, but clean, bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff members seemed a bit alienated and reserved, not too welcoming. The elevator was super slow

The location and its proximity to the center were great; everything was easily accessible. It’s definitely a good choice for being in the city.

The panel heaters in the room were not very sufficient and didn’t heat up quickly. They were manageable, but they didn’t work as fast as an air conditioning system. Despite being there in December, we didn't feel too cold.
