Right from the moment I arrived in Berlin, the team at the reception went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request as my flight had landed in the morning. The staff at the hotel were consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my 6-night stay. My room was spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably cleaned every day. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a nice start to the day. But what truly stood out was the AMANO Crew — every single interaction I had with them was pleasant. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Easy checkin with the kiosks but staff were on hand to help you if problems arose. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of space. The only downside of the rooms there was no mini fridge on offer. The bar/foyer area was also very welcoming and nice to lounge in the evening to have a drink, but will say the bar menu was a lot more geared towards wine offerings. The only complaint I would have is the house keeping staff woke me earlier than my own set alarm by knocking the door several times to confirm I was checking out that day. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but after a bad night sleep due to headaches this wasn’t welcomed.

I loved the entire set up of the room, and view from my window. It was perfect for me. The location is prime, and I am so glad I was able to get a room at the last minute. The staff provided excellent service. It is my first time in Berlin, and all of my luggage didn't arrive on the day I checked in. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to assist me with what ever I needed. I'm grateful. I am living temporarily at Bergstraße 24, 10115 Berlin, Germany for 3 months. I am a Singer-Songwriter and I'm hoping to obtain an Artist Visa to stay in Berlin. I will be back to check out the rooftop bar. I will take pictures then, now that I have all of my clothes/belongings. See you soon, Denise

This apartment is located in the center of the city, close to the Old Town. Transportation tram, bus are nearby. the apartment was actually a 3-room apartment, each with its own door with a very cozy kitchen. clean towels, shampoos, creams and all other necessary things. very clean and the design is very lovely. the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has an elevator. The staff is very friendly and helpful. we really liked the apartment and recommend it to everyone.

There were five of us, and we were given 2 keys. We took 1, and when we returned, we couldn't open the front door. It's a very quiet city, and people don't walk the streets late at night. It was a stressful situation because we couldn't reach the staff using the phone number we had previously used. Therefore, I recommend that when you pick up the keys, do not forget to check immediately and take the hotel's emergency phone number with you. The staff stays at the reception until 21:00.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right between all the best shops, bars and restaurants in Berlin. A 2 minute walk from it there is a grocery store that is open 24/7, the shopping avenue is literally within walking distance and of course lots of great restaurants and bars. The service was courteous, both from the reception staff and at the hotel bar. The room was huge! 3 girls in the room, we all had space for everything, the closet was also very large, spacious bathroom and shower, and even a very useful kitchenette. Great rooms.

Our room was located right above the restaurant's dance bar. We heard all the music until quite late hours, it didn't bother us much because we fell asleep anyway, but it's quite disturbing for those who have sleep problems. The pillows were beyond reproach. 80% air. Really uncomfortable, but I admit we didn't ask to change them because we forgot about it during the day. Our sink was clogged when we got to the room, when we asked they fixed it, but after two days it was clogged again.

Very calming and comfortable lobby/bar and dining area, the interior decoration is really outstanding. Breakfast was good with bacon/sausages, scrambled eggs, cheese and cereals. Pretty standard, but good. Espresso machine did its job and you could top-up with filter coffee next to it. Other than that, the staff was kind and helpful, and the location close to the subway and shopping. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The room was spacious enough, but the dock holding the shower head had come a little loose, so if you turned on the water too fast and with enough strength, the pressure would cause the shower head to spin around, spraying water all over the place. A minor nuisance.

Great service from the staff, especially Bianca who helped with an accounting issue. Spacious and nice room with all amenities necessary. Great location too, stayed during December for the Christmas Markets and never to far away from a Christmas Market. Short 5 mins walk to radio tower.

The online check in app is not fit for purpose. Tried online check in via the app and I was charged for my room 5 times! Highly recommend NOT using the online check in. It may have been an issue with American Express cards but either way shouldn’t have been charged that many times. Staff at the hotel were great. Bianca helped rectify the problem as best as she could and I received refunds for the issue.

Located just 10 minutes walk from the S train, this hotel is what we needed. Average sized room with double bed (well, two single beds pushed together), a window to the backyard and a very quite and relaxed atmosphere. Shower had strong hot water pressure and there is also a nice bar and lobby downstairs.

Twin bed and not double bed. The door to the shower is transparent (but we didn't mind). A small minibar or fridge would have been helpful. 2 single beds instead of a large double bed which was just OK. On Saturday the single elevator stopped working and we had to climb up all the way to the 4th floor for the rest of our stay :(

Good location to subway stations, lovely reception and bar area. Breakfast was amazing! Easy walking distance to TV Tower/Alexanderplatz. Plenty of shops around.

Bar at the weekend was very noisy and could be heard in the rooms, rooms were quite warm and tried to sleep with window open but road and surrounding area are quite noisy. However windows do provide good sound proof. Tried Air con on the last night which didn't work, I didn't notify reception though. Only pillow option was feather which I'm allergic to but reception staff were understanding and provided a spare quilt to use as a pillow.

The rooms are very spacious and squeky clean. The bed was super comfortable with the cosiest duvets. Very central location, close to the metro and vibrant area. Our room didn't have the best sound proofing so we could hear some outside noise but this didn't bother us too much (I wear ear buds to bed anyway as my husband snores lol) but just FYI for any light sleepers! The online check in and check out process is super easy and convenient. Super friendly reception staff; so helpful and welcoming! Excellent value for money.
