We LOVED everything about our one-week stay at the Circus Apartments, very happy that we chose it. The apartment was pleasant, spacious, and quiet, we loved having breakfast on the balcony and dinner at the dinning table, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Our three bedrooms were all very pleasant and calming, and included shades and curtains, reading lights by the bed, etc. The apartment has all the small things you may need during your stay. The cleaning staff is incredible, I think I have never stayed at such a clean apartment... The team at the reception were also wonderful and helpful, and made us feel welcomed. Thank you!

Apartment (Lange) fully lived up to our expectations. A bath room and a shower room and the living area/kitchen was huge. Comfy bed and plenty space in bedroom. Balcony was compact, but we did get to sit outside when the warmer weather arrived. A very relaxing atmosphere overall. Kitchen facilities were superb. Everything you needed, although some kitchen roll might not go amiss, but that's probably just me being greedy! The surrounding area is fantastic. All kinds of restaurants and fast food outlets within 5 to 15 minute walk. There's also a bar 3 minutes walk away, called Schwarze pumpe which is just the kind of bar you want as your "local". Also a Lidl and an Edaka supermarket abot 5-7 minutes walk for food and drink. Alexanderplatz is a 20 minute walk away., where you can access the TV tower and museum island. There are two U-Bahn stations about a 10 minute walk away, which access different lines. we found the Rosa-Luxemburg (U2) line most useful as it takes you down to the area within walking distance of The Brandenburg gate and the museum of topography of terror. Dead easy to use once you suss out the ticket machine. The staff we spoke to were all very helpful and very welcoming. I could say many more positive things about the apartments and it's surrounding area, however I'll simply make the recommendation that you should stay here if you want to stay in a quiet area, with lots of amenities and a chilled out living space. We stayed for five nights.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and it was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The apartment was big, very clean and tastefully decorated with lovely comfy beds. Our balcony was great to sit out on and it overlooked the enclosed courtyard so it was very peaceful. The area itself is full of little bars and restaurants and it’s easy to walk or train to the big sightseers. I really cannot recommend this place enough and for us we will never stay anywhere else in Berlin.

Quiet location with easy access to transport links. Balcony a pleasant place to relax with coffee. Great to have a caffieterre with starter coffee and some local chocolate. Good cooking facilities, with oil, salt and pepper, excellent dishwasher, very clean, great bathroom with bath that filled quickly. Handy washing facilities in basement. Staff friendly and helpful.

Quilt was too narrow for 2 people!

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment as a family of 5 and it was perfect. Light, airy and spotlessly clean. We arrived after 9pm so had to pick up our keys from the hotel but there were directions and it was easy to find.The concierge team were helpful whenever we needed help. The roof terrace offers very special views of the city. The guidebooks in reception were a nice touch. Also, the cafe for breakfast is fabulous and again the team were so friendly and helpful.

The only improvement would be better pillows - but that is me being fussy!

My family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay at The Circus Hotel. Although we were accidentally double booked due to booking.com platform not updating we were offered to stay at the hotel instead of the apartments. The staff were exceptional in helping resolve this and made sure there were no disruptions to our bookings. We were given the family apartment and the one bedroom apartment on the top floor and were well looked after by staff at the hotel. The hotel is right next to the train station and has incredible decor throughout the entire hotel. Make sure to check out the rooftop terrace.

Only thing that got a little annoying was the U-Bahn noise overnight as it is right underneath the hotel. But didn’t cause any stress.

Location, accommodations, hospitality. Very large and very clean apartment! They gave us a baby bed, high chair, and toys for our toddler. When I ran out of milk and all the markets were closed on Sunday, one of the hosts gave me milk from their personal fridge. Laundry on site at no cost and cafe downstairs was very convenient.

The apartment we stayed in could use a larger couch. Not big enough for an adult to lay down let alone a couple + a toddler to sit together comfortably. This was our first apartment out of 6 during our EU travel that didn’t have a pull-out couch.

Spacious, great design, really really comfortable with everything you need for a slightly longer stay or when travelling. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff (shout out May!). We arrived on an overnight train and were so grateful to be able to check in to our apartment early. We appreciated the food & drink gifts in the room and the free laundrette in the basement was really convenient. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bath. We didn’t use it but also loved they you could order in from the adjacent café.

Very clean, modern and fairly new facilities. Comfortable beds. Good central location with public transport within reasonable walking distance. Elevator was a bonus.

One bathroom only had a bath and hand shower with no surround. Workable, but could be improved. There was no coffee machine, which would be expected for a property of this quality. Instead, a variety of coffee making options were supplied, like a plunger, individual filter funnel. But these are minor issues for an otherwise excellent apartment.

This was our second stay in the same apartment. We loved it. It is large and very functional. Since it opens on the courtyard, it is very quiet. The location is excellent, with easy access to all parts of public transit. The area has a real neighborhood feel. The staff is great, very helpful with everything. If you get an apartment with a bathtub, you will see a notice next to the tub that says you can ask the concierge for a safety grab bar. You should get one as it makes getting in and out of the tub much safer.
