Breakfast very good, staff very friendly and Helpful. ROOM we were at 7 floor although the rooms are a bit small but they are clean and comfortable to sleep and even very quite. Shower amazing instant hot water and very comfortable. Bar is beautiful and you can easy enjoy a nice cocktail or a drink barman & bartenders are amazing staff even Front desk. Very easy to go to the center of Berlin, Tram Spittermarkt U-Bahn is 5 min walk and you can easy get to Alexander Platz and Hauptbahnof.

I think for a Hotel like Titanic will be great if you add more various of food for lunch and Dinner. I think that if you are on holiday and you decide to stay In or Even in bad weather if their will be food people can easly eat in side the Hotel with out going out. Rooms needs more socket out lets. But overall was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful environment ...The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful with me....the room clean and spacious it's definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in ...it's position is very good ..only 5 minutes from spittelmarkt underground station ...15 minutes walk to the Jewish museum 20 minutes from berlins cathedral and Berlins tower...although it's near the center it's not noisy ...exactly opposite the hotel you can find a local kiosk with all the basic food products and beverages ...it's opening times are from Monday to Saturday...on Sundays you can visit the endeka supermarket which is 1,5 km from the hotel and it's opened until 10 am ....

Everything was exquisite

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The beds are large, firm and exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a deep, restorative sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom is spacious and well-lit, with plenty of room to keep toiletries organised—something families will really appreciate. A special mention goes to the friendly and efficient front-desk team. From check-in to the small requests we had during our stay, they were consistently warm, helpful and professional, making the whole experience feel welcoming. If you’re after a restful night, a well-appointed room and genuinely hospitable service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Where the hotel can improve • Breakfast chaos. The room was packed, and instead of asking us to wait for a table, staff waved us straight in. We ended up wandering from dining room to dining room without ever finding a free seat. • Limited English at breakfast. Some breakfast-room staff don’t speak English, which made it harder to get clear guidance when the area was so crowded.

The location is good. Public transport is readily accessible near the hotel. There’s also a discount supermarket nearby which I loved visiting. The hotel staffs are friendly but sometimes there’s a wait because there’s only 1/2 staffs at the front desk. I loved that there’s aircon inside the room. The mini fridge is also great and has a good capacity to store lots of food and drinks. The bed was comfortable.

When I contacted them through message, seemed like they weren’t able to understand me fully so they weren’t really replying to my questions. The room was a little small and there wasn’t much storage space. Might be a bit squeezy for 2 people. There wasn’t a strong bright light in the room. So it gets a little dim at night. The sink is too shallow. When I wash my hand with soap, the bubbles start overflowing from the sink, making it difficult to use.

The location is quite convenient, situated close to the U. The room was nice and well-maintained, offering a clean and pleasant environment. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was great, providing all the necessary amenities. A fridge was a useful addition to the room, allowing for convenient storage of drinks and snacks. Air conditioning was also available, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The room was too small to accommodate even a small table, and lacked a kettle with coffee and tea.

EThe breakfast was very complete. However, we had an inconvenience when leaving the hotel: I left an Amazon Fire Stick plugged into the TV. We sent an email to report it, but never received a reply. Later, we went back to the hotel to follow up in person. This item is worth no more than USD 40, so it is not a matter of significant value; however, when we asked at the hotel, the assistance provided was not as thorough as it could have been, and we believe they could have asked the next guest.

Brilliant location, within easy walking distance of some famous landmarks and very close to Berlins amazing underground system. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was extensive and well presented. Staff were attentive.

Whilst our room had everything you required, it was the most compact hotel room I've ever stayed in. if our stay was longer than the 2 days we needed, it would have been rather claustrophobic! I accept that this is the capital of Berlin, but for the room size verses the cost, it was certainly the most expensive stay in our 7 week European tour.

Titanic Comfort is a great hotel for the price you pay. Yes, as mentioned in many reviews, the rooms are small, but this is clearly stated on their website (13m²), so there’s nothing to complain about. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station with convenient connections to the airport train. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and making an effort to speak your language, even if just a few words. They are polite and always helpful. The breakfast for €15 is really, really good. A small suggestion: providing slippers in the room would be a nice touch. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
