Needed a place to stay for an extended weekend that is close to the train station. This hotel turned out to be a solid choice given the price. Room was clean, its furnishing plain but functional. Wasn't hot during the stay but having a standing fan included was a good idea. Mattress was on a harder side but fine for me. The room was street-oriented but on the sixth floor so the noise wasn't an issue even with the open window. Also, having a balcony was cool. Elevator seems recently refurbished, didn't have issues with it.

Balcony could use a table and a pair of chairs. In general felt okay with leaving the luggage inside, but the room door doesn't seem like the most robust one. Being close to the train station neighbourhood does not look like the most.. hospitable one. Also, if paying online keep the booking confirmation handy when checking in, helped me to confirm that I payed in advance.

Location was great, just couple of footsteps to the main railway station. The room was on the courtyard side, so it was not too noisy. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful, little bit noisy when discussing with each other.

the room was really hot, like a sauna. It was only on the last day that the heating in the room could be adjusted to bring the temperature back to normal. When an upstairs guest took a shower, water came out of the bathroom ceiling in my room.

Great customer service, Liza allowed us to check in early and gave us helpful tips on where to eat and how to get around. Location is very convenient, close to train station and surrounded by all kinds of restaurants. Even though the building is old, there is a lift.

Old building/ dated rooms but good enough for a short stay specially if you want to be close to train station and eating places.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room and surrounds were basic though clean and tidy. Location was fantastic in regards to public transport, however may be too central and noisy for some. Since we were attending a concert at Merkur Spiel-Arena it was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Any negatives outweighed by convenience and welcoming reception.

Shower head leaked. One of the windows didn't open properly. Room could use a fresh coat of paint.

I liked everything about the hotel. Even though it is an old hotel, it is very clean, they clean it every day without you asking. There was even a refrigerator in the room I stayed in, which I requested for my medicines. The employees were very friendly and attentive. The location is very close to the train station and markets on the new city side. You can also reach the old city by walking in 15-20 minutes. I'm glad I chose this hotel. I left very happy with this trip that I arranged alone.

I had a room on 6th floor that had a balcony overlooking the main street. Room had all the facilities I was expecting. Location is literally a stone's throw from the Hauptbahnhof. There was a very good Italian restaurant (Da Bruno) within 100M. Lots of multistory carparks in the vicinity.

Excellent and convenient location,near the Central Station,the room was really nice ,on the 6th floor(but they have an elevator)and I even had a small balcony with a cute view. And they kept my luggage after check-out for a few hours.

There were some loud guests on my floor making noise in the middle of the night.

For the price a person can't expect anything, it is an old hotel/motel, needs renovations and beds are quit hard.

very convenient location, a block from the main train station, plenty of restaurants, a movie theater and stores around for whatever you might need. and the service at hotel is excellent, great people 🙏❤️🎶

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was reasonably priced and close to the train station. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful.

It didn't have a coffee pot, refrigerator or microwave.
