The hotel is very convenient and located just steps away from Frankfurt station, which makes traveling extremely easy. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the self-check-in process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water that you get when you check in.

On the downside, the air conditioning was quite weak, which may be uncomfortable during summer. There was no fridge in the room and only one pillow per bed, which felt a bit minimal. An iron is available, but in a separate room on another floor — though I’ve noticed this seems fairly common in German hotels.

Great location next to the main station, felt a bit uneasy around there at night but didn't have any problems and to be honest it felt similar to the area immediately around the main station in a lot of cities. Easy to travel from to lots of nice places and perfect stay for a stadium gig with trains running between there and the main station til late in the night. The hotel itself is great and felt v secure. Big comfy bed, great shower, staff were really helpful, nice and quiet, air con. All in all, a very good stay.

Would have been nice to have an extra pillow each on the bed, but can't complain for the price!

It's a good and comfortable hotel. The area is rough, but it is across from the main train station, so that more than makes up for it. The bed is super comfortable, and the showers were hot, and the water pressure was amazing. The staff were very friendly and I loved the little store they had to buy drinks and snacks. Overall, good value for money.

Being in Frankfurt during 28-degree weather was rough. The air con in our room did not work, and they didn't have any fans, so we went and bought one for the last 2 nights we were at Flemmings. There was also a floor drain that had stagnant water that smelled really badly, so we plugged it with a garbage bag to contain the smell.

No frills hotel but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the train station - a couple of minutes walk- so great for overnight stays - come out the north exit and you will see signs to Flemings hotels And a main shopping/restaurant/cafe street is just through the station on the other side so plenty of food options. There are also a couple of Italian restaurants in the next street to the hotel. The area around the station isn't the best but there are plenty of police around and people are just really keeping to themselves. I woukd stay again if I'm.pasding through Frankfurt by train.

The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise — everything was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, especially the mattress, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also spotless, adding to the overall sense of cleanliness and care. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay and don’t mind the surrounding area, the hotel itself delivers in terms of quality and cleanliness. Just be cautious when stepping outside.

However, the major downside is the location. While it’s undeniably convenient being right across from the central train station, the surrounding area feels unsafe and unpleasant. It’s often dirty, smells bad, and there are many people loitering around who make the atmosphere feel a bit sketchy, especially at night.

The staff at the lobby and where needed were very helpful, they help in every way they can. Even though it is self-check-in there is always a hotel employee in the lobby area to help with issues. Breakfast at Flemings Hotel-Frankfurt Central was excellent. All food was fresh, coffee was hot, tasty. Different varieties of breakfast items including hot eggs, meats. Cheese and bread were amazing. Definitely breakfast that one will enjoy for sure. Restaurant workers were amazing; they work hard to keep the tables, food stations clean. Our room was slightly small, but clean and hot water was immediately available. Our room was quiet. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Air condition in the room did not work effectively. It looked a very old A/C system. Not something you would expect in the great city of Frankfurt.

Room was clean and functional. The downstairs self-serve/auto-checkout shop is a cool idea, as we could get drinks and food even late at night. The location is super strategic, right opposite the main train station and police station. They offer a discount at the bar at the main (premium) Flemings Hotel where good cocktails are served. Our room was very quiet.

The automatic checkin via screen was a bit weird as it didn't find our booking and we needed assistance. The neighbourhood is infamous/famous - quite lively 24-7, police presence, drug dealers, etc. - not the fault of the hotel, but you should be aware of it, if you stay here.

Even though the hotel was in a loud area, the room was very quiet. The location was super, directly across from the train station, as we were traveling to the airport the next morning. Check-in was simple and the complimentary water and apples were nice. The AC in the room worked well and wasn't too loud and the bed was quite comfortable! The hotel itself was modern, clean and had everything we needed.

When we entered the room there was a stale smell that we think came from the sewer drain in the bathroom. We were able to get the smell away quickly by opening the windows completely and making sure the bathroom door stayed closed at all times. Also the communication with booking.com was a bit lacking as I had asked for non-feather pillows (allergy) but had feather pillows in the room. Unfortunately I noticed it too late and didn't want to go back down to the lobby to find someone, so I just slept without, the bed was still comfortable.

The hotel is in a strategic location for those who need to use the train and metro station (and other means of public transport). The hotel provides excellent service, thus cost-benefit. The rooms are simple but functional and practical, clean and comfortable having some amenities (coffee/tea) and safe. The staff is always present, willing and friendly. I did not use the breakfast service, but the hotel has an excellent restaurant service in the basement, as well as a 24-hour self-service store next to the reception with basic items that you may need at any time. The hotel has a simple and practical self-service check-in and even so the staff is always there to help in case of need. The hotel has a locker service where you can leave your luggage for a fee, but I believe that guests can leave their luggage with the hotel if necessary without an additional fee. I have stayed at this hotel on other occasions and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are clean, tidy and smartly designed. You have a lot of storage, a desk, and shelves near the entry. The bathroom might seem tight but it’s well designed. Room was clean and quiet, though you can easily hear from the other rooms as the walls are thin. The self checkin might be a bit of a fussle as you already entered your details on booking but they require them again. You have a self service shop which is quite nice. Also the luggage storage is welcomed.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD I would describe it as a ghetto, especially if you plan to walk further than the Hauptbanhof, would not recommend taking a walk towards the city center, you might endanger yourself if it’s after dark. There is a city tax of 4€
