very new, modern hotel with great facilities (Gym and sauna). Amazing breakfast and great staff. We booked an XL room, which was very spacious and beautiful. The location is great- it is only a few tram stops away from Frankfurt Hbf and the Römer / Paulskirche, etc. The tram stop for 11 and 14 are just 2 minutes away. Thank you for the amazing stay!

A quick 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and literally a stones throw away from the Skyline Plaza, the hotel is situated in a safe and quiet area. The hotel has a great bar on the third floor and a lovely restaurant for a quick coffee on the ground floor. The staff are extremely helpful. The bedroom is very spacious, with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we did experience a bit of a cold and unwelcoming check in from the female receptionist. There were a few things that needed a bit more cleaning in the room and we did not have hot water for 2 days, but as we were always running out the door, we never had the opportunity to share that with the staff.

Location was great. Perfectly clean. Staff professional. Great sized rooms with large beds. Breakfast buffet had great variety with plenty available. Very quite considering it's just across from train station.

The restaurant for dinner looked classy and inviting, however the menu option was very basic (more like a lunch offer eg burgers and sandwiches - no grilled steak or cooked meals offered). It appeared the meals might've been delivered from a kitchen on different location (although all were fresh tasting). If this was side meals offered at the bar, this would be fine. With 5 star restaurant cost, I felt a little disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of issues that left us disappointed. The long lines at check-in were frustrating and made the arrival experience less pleasant. Additionally, we had trouble with the parking. The barrier was not functioning, and no one at the reception could assist us. We ended up losing about 30 minutes trying to figure out where to park, and the staff wasn’t very helpful in resolving the situation.

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm and professional service, ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking skyline view of Frankfurt—especially mesmerizing at night! The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, whether for business or leisure. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable view in Frankfurt! I will definitely return! 🌆✨

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the stunning skyline view from my room—it was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home.

All the amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only issue I encountered was with the shower—water tended to run onto the bathroom floor, which made things a bit messy. It wasn’t a major problem, but something to be aware of.

The rooms were well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was modern and we were given a room with a beautiful view overlooking downtown Frankfurt. The breakfast buffet was great with an available cook. The juices were fresh. The hotel is located between the train station's main terminal and the Frankfurt exhibition center. Also, next to the hotel is a decent sized shopping mall with a great food court.

The check-in was cumbersome and required IDs which were scanned. The process just took too long. Finding the car garage was not easy and was not well labeled. It was costly too at about Euro 4.5 per hour or Euro 42 for a full day.

The location is good, close to train station. Room has everything you need! helpful staff.

They offered us drinks if we didn't get our room cleaned, but we neither got our room cleaned nor offered any drinks. When I asked about it, they offered to provide "coke" at 9 in the morning while I was checking out, which was ridiculous! Eventually, they gave us breakfast because I asked for it. they should be more reasonable and solution oriented and offered a breakfast themselves. But at least they solved the problem by accepting to provide breakfast to me, which was okay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to the tram and train station to get around.

Check in/out process was quite painful. It was always extremely busy and took a very long time. The area between the hotel (no fault of the hotel) is rough. We walked from the train station to the hotel initially and it was unpleasant. The local area appears to have an issue with substance abuse and associated social issues.
