Close to bus stop (line 112) and s-bahn station (S3) that take you to key destinations. Super friendly barkeep. Spacious bar to wind down after the day.

The first night they put is in a room where heating didn't work. This was rectified when we complained at the reception the next day. But I wish they were efficient enough not to rely on customer complaints to realise that heating is broken in certain rooms. Also, they don't have a restaurant as advertised, only a bar, with pizza and light snacks. Beds were not very comfy, in my opinion.

Nice breakfast with multiple choices. Very clean and near train station, but we only used MOIA as we think it's more convenient when we have a child and a stroller, plus the weather was quite cold when we were there. The staffs could've been more friendly in my opinion, except for 2 staffs which I had a really good time and very impressed with. One of them was a kitchen staff with all black uniform. Me and my son couldn't find a table for breakfast and weren't allowed to sit on a table outside the dining room, so we ended up sitting on a high table which was quite dangerous for my 5 years old son. Then that staff asked me and my son if we would like to move to another normal table because it would be easier for my son, then she later on brought a drawing paper and colored pencils for my son. He was very happy and enjoyed it, I'm very thankful to her. Another staff was a man at the bar in the evening shift. We bought some drinks from him 2 days and he had that big smile all the time, very friendly and nice person.

Our room was on the side near the railway, so we could hear the train at night.

The room was modern and comfy, had all necessary amenities for us (considering that we were both - travelling for sightseeing and working remotely). Breakfast offers a range of meals, you can choose options for sweet, non-sweet, vegetarian breakfast. The location is very good, it's just 2 train stops ride to the city hall. By the way, the train tracks are going on the other side of street from the hotel, but the sound isolation is excellent. You can hear nothing from the street with the window closed. Also, the lobby of the hotel features a very spacious and cosy lounge with the bar, great for having a calm evening with friends or working.

I literally have zero complaints. Maybe I would add a selection of some pancakes to the breakfast if to be very picky :D

The facility is located close to the center, about 15 minutes on foot. You can also use the Berliner Tor metro station, about 5 minutes on foot, from which you can quickly get to the center or other directions, including the airport. Next to the hotel there is an Aral gas station where you can buy groceries. The room is cozy, the bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and tea. Very good value for money. You can buy breakfast at the facility. It is good and you can eat a lot. There is also a bar. Very nice and helpful people working at the hotel. I recommend this place.

Location is great..near many bus stops and sbahn lines that runs every 5 mins. The bed and pillows were great..super confortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and good that kids are free of charge. The man at the bar in the evenings was very friendly and the front office personnel were friendly, always smiling at the people coming in, also knowlegeable of the area. The reservation officer also took our request kindly , we could already come in the room at 1 pm and we had a room.with a view..My son loves trains and he could watch the trains go by as often as he wants. Thank you very much for a memorable stay. We will come back again.

The asian lady at the breakfast who is taking the room numbers is very abrupt, harsh and unfriendly. Though many are sitting in the bar area she always shood and sent us away, not to sit there.Other people came and sat there anyway. It is not nice to have such an unfriendly face in the morning. She never smiled in the 3 mornings we are there and doesn't even greet the people, just abrupt and wants the room numbers. Please train her or put someone with a friendlier demeanor.

The hotel is in a great location, if you decide to walk to the center, you need about 20 minutes on foot. And the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations that go to the center of the city are also nearby. The breakfast was excellent, everything was clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Greetings to Mrs. Eleni from the reception. All hotel recommendations.

It is very conveniently located near the central train station, there are is an Edeka (supermarket) close by, and they provide a kettle with coffee and tea. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and had followed through with ensuring that I had a taxi waiting for me in the early morning for my flight out.

The neighborhood around the Hamburg Hbf has deteriorated since I was last there - making me feel a little uneasy when walking there. There was also a lot of construction work around the area, but that is not the fault of the accommodation.

The room & bathroom were both spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive although on the odd occasion there was nobody at reception and I witnessed other guests having to wait to be attended to. Overall though I thought the hotel was very good and I would stay there again.

No iron or ironing board in the room which many other large hotel chains do provide. Also I made the booking for two rooms and on arriving I had to pay for the rooms by 2 transactions rather than one for the full amount for both rooms which didn't seem to make sense.

The hotel was as pleasant a place to stay thanks to being in a very good and modern condition and the personal who did very well. The room was clean as the bathroom was. Breakfast with a variety of as much crunchy pastries, sausages or drinks so as tasty marmelades, cereals and fruit with yougurts... They provided the leaves tea preparation in a cute way.....A comfortable bar enabled guests planning some up and coming sightseeing trips quietly. The city trasport was nearby, It was worth to staying in

I'd rather have more space for the luggage right in the room.

The room was nice, bar and restaurant was really nice. Was family friendly, most nights you would have families playing card games and the hotel was really accommodating for this. Room was nice and spacious and in a good location very close to public transport

You need to request for room service and they may just leave towels and not clean the room. The man at the bar was really friendly would help with anything that we needed, at times there wasn't anyone at reception but we just would go to the bar and ask for assistance if needed and he was always happy to help.
