Clean, elegant and beautiful hotel, 1 minute walk from the airport. Nice personal in the restaurant and Bar. Very clean rooms, comfy beds, nice bed linen, good option in the room to have possibility to open the window for fresh air. Nice to have everything available in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion

Breakfast is too basic for such an expensive and beautiful German hotel, like in a 3 stars hotel. No Bell boy service. Honestly, I find it unaccaptable. We came with a lot of luggage and big shopping bags, we asked for help to carry it to the room and were refused, we were not provided with any help.

I selected this hotel because my flight would depart very early in the morning, so I was looking for something really close by. I didn't have any expectations, since it was only one night. Price-wise it was on a more than average scale for me. However when I entered the hotel and checked my room - it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for transfer. The room was designer-style with enough space and a very nice chair to sit in. Beds were so-so comfortable that I switched off instantly at night. Bathroom had a bathtub with complementary bath salts which allowed me to have a mini SPA session. I also noted the most comfortable/intuitive water temperature mixer I've ever seen with two buttons. All of these made me feel refreshed for an upcoming long flight, and I could easily stay longer. And of course the airport entrance is right in front.

We stayed for one night a day before our flight. Main advanatge is definetly the hotel's location right across the road from the terminal. We could literally leave for the flight the next morning 5 minutes before to get there on time, no additional transportation needed. Also great advantage is the possibilty to reach the trains to visit the city directly from the terminal. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet (no airplanes were heard during the stay, which was a bit troubling at first since we were traveling with a baby) and the staff at the reception desk were extremly helful. We got there at 10:00 am and were furtunetly lucky enough to get the room prior to official check-in hours. More to the point the suite we had was super comfortable, big in size and was a great ending to our vacation.

The only thing is that we wanted to have breakfast in the room before leaving the next day. We left the reservation on the outer doorknob as asked, but the next morning we woke up just to realized it was missed :(

This hotel is purposefully and successfully designed for travelers on the go. The check in/check out process is as streamlined and self service as you want (with a section dedicated for airline crews) and is located literal steps from the airport terminal entrance. It had the typical Radisson features- excellent beds and bedding, nicely appointed rooms, and good amenities- though I did get the sense that it was a little pared down as is appropriate for the one night stays that airport hotels must typically see. As with other Radisson properties, the food was excellent- room service was quick and complete. The shower included a useable handspray so I could skip the (overrated) rain shower head. The cherry on top was an electric tea kettle in the room so I could make my own tea (I don't drink coffee)! After two weeks in several 4-5 star hotels, it was the first one that didn't turn hot water into a side quest!

For a one night stay where I'm not really using any amenities, the per night cost was a bit steep. Also, I had asked for adjacent rooms- we got them on the same floor but not terribly close. Very minor issue.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk across the car park at the airport which was really good to see. The staff were attentive and welcoming. My room was a good size with large bed, which was very comfortable, and a clean and well-designed bathroom. I liked the little touches, such as shoe shine, complementary water, different teas available. There were effective blackout curtains which were definitely needed. The breakfast offered a wide selection of different food and was buffet style so you could help yourself. Extremely clean with staff around who replenished supplies and kept it all looking tidy.

Very close to the airport terminal, clean and spacious room which has all the items expected of a hotel with this reputation.

The night reception staff did not smile or greet me upon arrival, nor did he offer any information regarding check-out time or breakfast availability until I asked. As a weary traveller arriving near midnight, I would have appreciated and expected a more welcoming and informative reception from a hotel of this reputation rather than a detached interaction.

I really enjoyed the service provided by the team of the reception at any given time. friendly, kind and competent. there was no wait and all special requests were fulfilled

the service in the restaurant was lacking. whilst very attentive in the beginning, it was not straight forward that the menu would not be available as a print version. secondly after the order has been taken, follow up and up selling was lacking. 3rd beverage was forgotten completely and delivered after 15min without apology. fthe value for money was not given at the restaurant

Vahid from reception understands customer service! Thanks Vahid, to go the extra mile while your female colleagues do just a mediocre job. Food in restaurant is absolutely outstanding! A must try - worth the price. Probably the best meal we had in a hotel (and we had many!) Restaurant staff very attentive.

A lot of dirty glasses and even more rubbish outside main entrance of the hotel. Not a good look for arriving guests. None of the hotel/reception staff cared about it.

In general a very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean with good ventilation. I asked for allergy free room and room and bedding to be cleaned with fragrance free products and everything turned out fine. Good communication with the hotel before my stay, when I finally got a hold of someone. Breakfast is good and an early breakfast was arranged for an early morning flight.

Emailed a few times before booking and got no answer. Asked via phone if hotel was fragrance free and was told it was. When walked into the reception there was a strong fragrance smell. Not very eco friendly. Luckily the room was fragrance free.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! The manager Selim went above and beyond to make us feel special. Our flight got cancelled last minute(evening), by the time we checked in and were able to think about eating, the kitchen had closed as it was past 23:00. Selim not only went the extra mile, he also served us an amazing dinner! Thank you so much for turning our nightmare in to such a wonderful experience. The entire team working that evening in the restaurant/bar area were such a pleasure to talk to and made us laugh! Thank you all!
