we didn't choose the breakfast option but the hotel was centrally located so handy to get to other parts of town. Room was very clean and comfortable. staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't feel particularly safe in the neighbourhood , but that isn't the hotel's fault. There were a lot of homeless people sadly, sleeping on the streets around the hotel.

Great location between Karlsplatz and Sendlinger Tor. You can walk from the Karlsplatz U bahn station if you take U bahn from the airport. Hotel is good, room as you would expect from Premier Inn. Nothing to fault if you book early and get a good price.

I would not recommend booking Premier Inn through Booking.Com. Premier Inn don't respond to messages through Booking. We unfortunately were to arrive a day late. We messaged and emailed through the Booking.Com system and Premier Inn claimed to have never received the messages. I called the Premier Inn number given which went to a central call centre. They told me as I booked through Booking.Com they could do nothing. This is the first hotel I've ever had this problem with. Thankfully the staff resolved the issue and allowed us to stay after much pleading.

Location was great, just outside the old city walls and close to the pedestrian shopping streets leading to the centre. Great value and quality breakfast buffet. Reasonably quiet - we overlooked the courtyard, just the odd bit of construction noise, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Munich! Great shower. Staff were very helpful.

We struggled a little with the softness of the mattresses - very little lower back support. But nice to have been provided with a variety of pillows.

The staff was great and the stay was solid! We were there for three nights and they were very accommodating when we needed things. Even helped my partner with drying her socks when we were caught in the rain/snow.

The dislikes are only two: 1.) The bed was FAR too soft for me (and my bad back), it honestly felt like I was sitting on it and I could feel the base. Maybe a positive for some, but certainly not for me or my fiance. 2.) The shower door is always slight ajar, which meant that the first shower she covered the floors in water (not knowing), the next two showers were marked by many towels clogging the spill from outside, and by the last two showers, we positioned our bodies in the corner just to avoid the spillage. To be fair, we told them about this only on the last day (we were otherwise busy*), and they apologized and said if we told them earlier, they could have swapped our rooms. 🙏🏾

Very brand new. You'll get kettle in a room, an LCD TV a hair dryer. No fridge. Water is plenty warm. Location is excellent. Very close to Karlplatz and Sendlinger Tor. If you arrive early you can spend time in a lougne next to the lobby. Very comfy. Considered the hotel price in Munich, it is considered a mid-level budget hotel. Worth the money

The rooms were very nice. But we were disappointed by the staff reaction when our room lock broke and we were unable to get back in. We were asked if we could sleep in another room for the night until the maintenance staff came in the next day. We declined as all of our the luggage was in the room and we were catching an early flight the next day. The room was finally opened after a few hours with hardly an apology for the inconvenience

The friendly staff were helpful and accomodating . The bag storage facility was an excellent facility after checking out of our room as we had a few hours to soe d in the City before heading to the airport.

Well appointed hotel 15 mins walk to Marienplatz and close to the subway. Room was modern and the hotel had a bar and did bar food. Convenient supermarket next door.

Although the hotel appears to be newly built the shower was mouldy, the door leaked and the wall was damaged by the shower leaking.

The staff was very friendly. It was no problem to store bags the next day. The location was good, walkable to Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, shopping, etc. Wifi was fast and the bed was comfy.

The hotel is in the middle of a building site. To no fault of the hotel itself, there was also a large contingent of rather rowdy people when I stayed who made a ruckus in the lobby/ right outside on the street, and later in the hallway. The rooms are not soundproofed sufficiently for these kinds of noises (but again, if you get a good neighbor should not be an issue). Bar has a very limited menu.

Comfortable bed and pillow, good choice for breakfast, polite personnel and great location
