Central location right in front of the train station, yet the rooms are still very quiet, you can’t even hear the corridor, perfect if you noise sensitive. Everything is walking distance and food deliveries come to the hotel also, there is a grocery store next door (questionable) but all in all good. The room is super spacious, very modern and new, bathroom has a great shower, every day cleaning is available and all stuff is very attentive. Parking garage right under with reasonable fee.

There isn’t much to do in the hotel itself there is not really much sit down option or lobby/bar to hang out, but to be honest everything is just walking distance and around the corner you find many options. The train station can get a little doggy and the bus stop front of the building. Unfortunately we had a negative experience with the parking lot - the pay machine at the hotel level didn’t work and the garage stuff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

This hotel is excellent value for money with a lovely modern feel. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of storage space. The location opposite the station was great for us as we're travelling around Bavaria by train. There's lots of restaurants nearby and it's an easy walk to the Old Town. We would enjoy coming back as some of the museum's we wanted to see were closed for the winter.

For us the room was too warm and there's no way to adjust the temperature. The single bed quilts on the large bed are annoying. Would love a fridge.

Absolutely like this accommodation, right in the city centre so you can get anywhere by walking, grocery store next door and all the essentials nearby. The staff is very kind, direct but helpful. Parking garage right under the hotel super secure. Also the room is super spacious, beds are comfortable, clean (daily room cleaning opportunity), dogs accepted for extra charge. Another great option is that you can control the room temperature, even switch off the airco completely and open the window for fresh air.

The room was very good , clean, worm and cozy as we were expecting. the personnel were also friendly nice and flexible !

the underground parking you need to pay extra, more than 10 euro and it is a bit confusing because it's a public one and you need a bit of time to reach the hotel's direction especially if you are tired after driving more hours and it's midnight with family.... you are not in a mood for ''a search game''.... So proper guidance with directional pictures and arrows could help a lot the new clients!

Room is well designed, with enough cabinet space, coathangers, etc. Anti-slip floor in shower is very safe. There is no outside noise with closed windows, although a rather busy highway is passing the hotel. Location opposite train station, various busstops just outside the hotel, including the Citybus to the Altstadt. Close to main shopping area downtown.

Strange selection of TV channels, e.g. many Arabic channels, and no Italian although they appear in the channel grid.

With the location being right across from the train station, it's perfect! It was also a walkable distance to Old Town. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the water pot and tea in the room. We were very happy with our stay there.

This isn't anything against the hotel, as every hotel we stay at in Europe is like this, but since you asked...it would be nice to have wash cloths so we wouldn't have to bring our own. Also, I'm not a fan of the "all in one" hair and body wash. I prefer separate hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash, as they are all very different products.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location when arriving by train from Munich and pulling luggage ,so convenient. It is also very close to a rent a bike shop when cycling the Danube . It was very clean and offered a very good breakfast in a lovely spacious dining room. It has an excellent location in Passau ,with the old town and all sights within walking distance. Lots of restaurants in the old town and an excellent Italian nearly next door. Super air conditioning!

Hotel was very conveniently located next to the train station where we arrived from. Checkout was a bit later than some hotels, so that was very nice. We were easily able to get a taxi to get to the location for our river cruise.

No breakfast was included with our reservation, but that was fine, so we went across the road to the train station wher there is a lovely bakery.

the hotel is close to railway station and the pedestrian zone. Old town is within walking distances. If you arrive by car, the parking DB Bahnpark Donaupassage has a direct elevator to the hotel (follow the signs and park at the 0 level there are some park spaces available for the hotelguests). Room is nicely furnished, with desk, tea and coffee available as well as a bottle of water daily. Safe, shower with soap, hair dryer. WiFi is working good. Very good buffet breakfast (from 6:30 a.m). Nearby some good restaurants

No minibar available, but there is a snack/beverage machine at the reception that unfortunately accepts only cash at the moment.

- the hotel has convenient access to a nice underground parking facility, though it is not owned by the hotel. I paid 10.80 euros for a night. - a self-check-in option is available, allowing you to retrieve your room key from an automated machine, with the same process available for checkout

- sleeping with the window open is challenging due to the loud car traffic outside
