Difficult to get in side door of second building Farther from train line than anticipated

Great hotel in a historic location - a converted stables. A Michelin restaurant is attached, but we didn't dine there. Our room was quiet, with direct access to their large, comforable courtyard. A huge bonus was their spa and fitness area (with Hamam and large pool), access to which was included in our room fee. They had a 2-tier breakfast. A more elaborate one (which I usually don't need) and a simple one with all the French necessities: fresh croissant, pain au chocolat, baguette - coffe and fresh(!) orange juice. All in all not cheap for France but beyond worth the price. Oh, and even our dog had a welcome snack and her own water dish waiting in the room (we announced a pet in advance), Staff was very welcoming.

I didn’t understand the 1 h spa allowance per night it wasn’t enough time to enjoy the facilities without rush and it didn’t really make that much sense maybe in times when the hotel is more busy yes to spread out/regulate how many people are in the spa. I thought then it would be private 1 h if I had to reserve that and was limited to just that but there were other guests in there. Some clearly just went freely not knowing about any 1 h spa reservation. Which I think should be the case that guests should be able to use it at all times. It was definitely one of the reasons why I booked that hotel as I wanted to relax after whole day on the road.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Les Haras. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – warm, professional, and of the highest standard. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help. Communication with the hotel was excellent, even before our arrival. We had arranged a surprise cake in advance, and everything was perfectly executed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a calm, refined atmosphere throughout. The spa was absolutely fantastic – spotless, relaxing, and clearly very thoughtfully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of quality options to choose from. Overall, there were so many small touches and thoughtful details that made a big difference and elevated our stay. Hotel Les Haras is truly a special place, and we would asbolutely recommend it. We can't wait to return!

The rooms were exceptional, great design and everything is freshly new. The territory of the hotel is charming, they also have a great service at the bar and the cleaning was done very well. The location was also amazing, very easy to reach the main attractions.

The only issue was the parking. We came by car as the hotel stated that there is a private parking. Nowhere have they mentioned, that we would have to pay 30€ per day for parking there. It would be nice to clear it out either on their page on Booking or tell the guests about that before taking the car for parking. We were pretty shocked to see a bill at the end of the stay.

The hotel was simply amazing. Quiet area, comfortable rooms, incredibly spacious and well maintained, clean and neat! Staff is the highlight, they are welcoming, kind, open and really embody hospitality. One feels at home and well pampered. We were going for a day out of Strasbourg and they gave us water bottles for the road, a simple and yet very precious gesture. We would really like to come back! Highly advisable to eat at their Brassserie, do not miss out this place for its culinary experise.

Location is perfect for sightseeing. Pleasant accommodation.

We were on a road trip. Meaning also sleeping in a different place and hotel every night. We selected this hotel for 2 night stay in order to have time to relax, use spa & pool . On the arrival we were told that our son (12y) is only permitted to use the pool between 7:30 and 8:30 am?! I understand that hotel offers adults only time, but to give the rest just an hour in a day!? And even that hour is very early in the morning ☹️ So no one used the spa, since in our family, on a family vacation, we do things together, as a family. Very disappointing…

The hotel is located at 5 minutes walk from Strasbourg old town (Petite France), and 16 minutes walk from Strasbourg Train Station. The size of the room was big enough, but NOT extraordinary big. The breakfast was very good, despite a bit complicated to get there, as well as the SPA, which are both located in a building in the opposite side of the street accessible by a tunel. The indications to get there could be better, or someone from the staff could do it just after the check in instead to bring bags to the rooms.

The temperature all around the building was cold, including in the rooms. When we have -1C outside the building we shouldn't have social areas and rooms at +20C. Unfortunatelly, it seems like that in all hotels I have been accomodated in France.

The Brasserie at Les Haras ( which is NOT associated to the Hotel) thrives on its name and setting rather than on substance. Behind the glamorous façade, service comes across as inattentive, and the kitchen uninspired. It feels less like a genuine dining experience and more like trading an hour of glamour for an overpriced disappointment
