The rooms were exceptional, great design and everything is freshly new. The territory of the hotel is charming, they also have a great service at the bar and the cleaning was done very well. The location was also amazing, very easy to reach the main attractions.

The only issue was the parking. We came by car as the hotel stated that there is a private parking. Nowhere have they mentioned, that we would have to pay 30€ per day for parking there. It would be nice to clear it out either on their page on Booking or tell the guests about that before taking the car for parking. We were pretty shocked to see a bill at the end of the stay.

Location is perfect for sightseeing. Pleasant accommodation.

We were on a road trip. Meaning also sleeping in a different place and hotel every night. We selected this hotel for 2 night stay in order to have time to relax, use spa & pool . On the arrival we were told that our son (12y) is only permitted to use the pool between 7:30 and 8:30 am?! I understand that hotel offers adults only time, but to give the rest just an hour in a day!? And even that hour is very early in the morning ☹️ So no one used the spa, since in our family, on a family vacation, we do things together, as a family. Very disappointing…

The hotel was simply amazing. Quiet area, comfortable rooms, incredibly spacious and well maintained, clean and neat! Staff is the highlight, they are welcoming, kind, open and really embody hospitality. One feels at home and well pampered. We were going for a day out of Strasbourg and they gave us water bottles for the road, a simple and yet very precious gesture. We would really like to come back! Highly advisable to eat at their Brassserie, do not miss out this place for its culinary experise.

The hotel is located at 5 minutes walk from Strasbourg old town (Petite France), and 16 minutes walk from Strasbourg Train Station. The size of the room was big enough, but NOT extraordinary big. The breakfast was very good, despite a bit complicated to get there, as well as the SPA, which are both located in a building in the opposite side of the street accessible by a tunel. The indications to get there could be better, or someone from the staff could do it just after the check in instead to bring bags to the rooms.

The temperature all around the building was cold, including in the rooms. When we have -1C outside the building we shouldn't have social areas and rooms at +20C. Unfortunatelly, it seems like that in all hotels I have been accomodated in France.

Breakfast was variated and from good quality. Room had everything required. Location is next to the heart of Strassbourg. Valet parking works excellent

The fact that you have to make reservations to use the spa.

Hotel was great overall. Staff was friendly and even thinking about taking care of our Dog. Breakfast was nice, offering a broad selection of food. Loved the building and the interior design. Swimming pool is big enough to allow to swim.

Would have loved for our suit to be located in the main building. this being said it's a small details as the other building is still pleasant. Having to book for accessing the spa facility and being able to only stay one hour is restrictive when you are on holiday and do not want to plan too much

Simply stunning. The hotel catered to so many points....location, walking distance to the cbd, transport and sites - but tucked away from the noise and crowds; facilities were high class with comfortable rooms and a range of spa options. For the foodies - dinner was fabulous and breakfast very ample to start the day. The hotel's staff were professional, cheerful, helpful and responsive, they all made the stay a lot more comfortable. Being a former stables, the surrounds were appreciated, the hotel is recommended. C

Our room was amazing, located on the first floor of the detached wing of the hotel. A very generous size and very clean. In the room there's a smart TV which easily connects to your mobile devices. The fridge is stocked from champagne to water. The hotel also has a small spa but is the 17 mt long pool the jewel. We had our dog with us and it was appreciated to find the right bowls for her size plus some beef treats that she appreciated. There's a convenient valet parking for the car whom offered us water for the trip when we checked out. The whole staff was amazing. Very considerate, attentive and always smiling.

The breakfast was the only disappointing note. The boiled eggs looked and tasted as taken just out of a fridge while the scrambled eggs were not as tasty as expected. No fried eggs were available. There's a good selection of breads and cakes some great other average. There were some small cold crepes available on the buffet but I would have expected a more generous size and to be kept warm.
