The hotel is located on the first line to the beach and there are huge amount of cafés, restaurants, shops, touristic agencies, pharmacies, super markets, which is making it to be a perfect location. Check in and check out we very fast. On the beach, even that you need to pay 10 euro for couple of the sunbeds, the hotel is providing free cold water, watermelon and even towel for face refreshment, which was impressive.

The isolation is not the best. Even that hotel is adults only, we were listening baby crying from the house next to it. Housekeeping could be better. In our case, they didn't clean area of the balcony and didn't change the towels and sheets. Moreover on the last day, the housekeeping lady entered our room at 7 am, which was not the best experience. The breakfast is very basic.

Clean modern rooms with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff were so welcoming and happy especially the reception staff and housekeeping staff. The bar staff at the beach bar were ok but not as good as other staff we met. This hotel is definitely worth a visit its location was perfect for visiting many different restaurants in the area. The bus into Chania was easy to get and the fun train provided some really nice tours

Paying €10 euros for 2 sunbeds on the hotels beach was excessive when there are sunbeds along the beach that are free to use. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water included in the price and there were a couple of times we got fruit but this seemed inconsistent

Pool area, located near the beach, nice rooms and friendly staff

The room with pool view can have really good/bad view. We booked a room with pool view and got room 602 and our view was into a house wall. From our entrance you could see the pool if you turned your head. This room and 601 should not be called “room with pool view”. This room is more expensive than garden view but that view is definitely better.

The staff was excellent. the location. The pool was very clean. The prices in the bar were very fair. We had a terrace in the room. The room was big.

we booked a twin room and it was a double also the room was not 100% clean when we arrived there was the smell of a room that had been closed. Also in the pictures the rooms look more modern. Also the mattress could have been more comfortable. to be fair the staff changed the beds in the morning and cleaned the room again. But if it was other guests they would have requested another hotel. I know from experience as I run an short let stay company in my country. The rest was excellent. Please improve where necessary but you are doing a very good job !

The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful, made us feel at ease during the entire stay. The room was spot on, the pool areas very relaxing, the beach in front of the hotel had amazing sand and the water was a dream, was free of any debris and rocks, only fine sand under your feet. Breakfast was tasty, varied and inviting.

Honestly nothing really important, perhaps expect that if people close the door hard you will hear it/feel it pretty well.

Beautiful property The mini refrigerator was very cold and I liked that very much Staff was very friendly and helpful

Pool towel situation was not good as they did not have enough of pool towels for sun bathing. The towels for the bathroom were very used and had stains in them. The coffee from the coffee machine was not warm enough The breakfast did not contain much variety

The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Our room shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom. The bathroom was very small and once the door was open it was hard to have any space. I would recommend a sliding door.

All staff were absolutely excellent... polite, professional, friendly, efficient. All locals too... Superb breakfast buffet. Nice mix of guests at the hotel; very relaxed atmosphere.

Gym facilities are basic and require a litlle attention; gym exists and is "adequate" but not up to same standard as the rest of the hotel facilities.

The hotel is in a great beachfront location, very close to supermarkets, lovely restaurants and bus stops to Xania. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and the room was modern, clean and stylish. We went in October therefore there was plenty of space around the pools and at the beachfront which we enjoyed. The staff were lovely and helpful for the duration of our stay. Overall it was a great hotel choice for access to both the beach and to the city of Xania. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Xania region.

The double beds were two single beds pushed together which was a little unexpected. There was a 10EUR charge for the beach sun beds which wasn't well advertised. There was also no iron and ironing boards within the rooms however an iron was available from reception upon request.

Lovely , relaxing atmosphere throughout resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Location has plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. There is a bus that takes you to central Chania for 2€ 20 minute ride. Taxi about 16€.
