The staff was very friendly and happy to help. The location is nice, calm neighbourhood. Close to trams to the city centre (25min by train), and the bus to Milano Centrale railway (30min by bus) (both 1 line, no need to change). The room was cleaned every day, with new fresh towels.

Bed is a bit smaller. Shower cabin was loose and couldn't close properly so we had to be careful when showering.

The hotel was a great value for money - room nice, clean and staff was great - helpful and nice. Took a tram to the edge of the city center which was convenient.

We went to a concert in the San Siro stadium. Public transport to the stadium was not so convenient - we took a taxi and it cost around 15-20 euro, which is reasonable.

The area where the hotel is located is a plus, as well as the position to the different means of public transportation and to cafes and patisseries. Another plus was the size of the room and the staff's attitude.

The room was poorly equiped with furniture and the fridge was barely cold. In addition to this, the bathroom would need a bit of improvement - the toilet cover had stains ( should be replaced), there was no window and the hotel towels smelt like vinegar.

Was easy to get to once figuring out the public transport as nearest bus stop is less than 10 mins walk away. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Was able to check out early hours in morning to catch morning flight.

Very basic room but wasnt in the room much for this to bother me. Price wasnt the cheapest but compared to others for the same dates it was acceptable especially as it was a last minute booking as original booking cancelled due to owner getting covid

You have to hand the key in every time you leave, when you come back you just state your room number. Not the most secure system

Little far from Milan Center, but value for money. Well connected with all transports (bus, tram).

Compact room, with all furnitures in place inside the room very less space to walk. Shower area is also small. One side of the Wardrobe is jammed.

Staff was very polite, and everything was clean. We are happy.

Bathroom had no ventilation and one glass side of tub was missing.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice - spacious and comfortable. Very easy public transport to the city center and from the airport

Nothing to compain about

It was very clean, perfect location, excellen value for the money for such a short notice, after Hotel Vagner where we booked 3 months ahead canceled 3 days before the stay and wanted to charge double. It is very close to a tram line, the room was great, airconditioned, clean toilet, very comfortable bed. All in all, excellent stay.

The stuff was very helpful and kind, location far from city centre but a connection to city transport few meters away from hotel. Hotel looked nice and safe. And the price was unexpected low for the experience we had.

The towels stunk a little from a vinegard but that was maybe only a problem with washingmashine do nothing serious. Also we heard everything what was happening on the hall.
