Room was perfect size for solo travel. Brilliant location 2 mins away from main Tokyo JR station. Nice bathroom/bath tub. Clean. Friendly staff

Breakfast was very basic and poor, not much available.

Good Location, friendly, efficient and helpful staffs. breakfast menu is almost same everuday, but it is still very nice. Luggage delivery service is available. Near to Tokyo Station and other lines (Ginza, Asakusa) - walking distance. Near to shops and restaurants. Accessibility at its best!

Not that i dont like, just an observation and key for improvement. Used CUps were not replaced everyday. Not changing bedsheets everyday, had replaced 1 time only due to stain. Not vacuuming the room everyday, so would see the dust in carpet still there at corners. No free bottled water, though tap water is potable, but have to consider those who cant drink directly from tap water due to certain health conditions

Budget business hotel at a good value close to Tokyo Station. We travel through Japan quite often, and typically stay in upscale hotels, but needed one night only and didn't want to spend much. This worked out well. We had a very small room 12 square meters, but it was efficiently laid out such that we were comfortable. Traveled for work, and was surprised at the large desktop area provided in the tiny room, plus it had a pull out drawer in which I kept various computer items. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker. Had a small cubby for hanging clothes along with pull down hooks on the wall that were ideal for light jackets and such. We were able to slide our luggage (carry on suitcases) in their opened positions under the bed which freed up the valuable floor space. Most important to us was the coin laundry in the hotel. Plus, we could check on the status of the washing machines via the hotels home page on the t.v. That's a nice touch so we knew before going downstairs if a washing machine was available.

Bedding was very hard, even for Japanese hotel standards. No view. Simply looking directly at the adjacent buildings, but that's not really a complaint. We didn't expect a view.

One of the best locations! 5 min walk from Tokyo Station, 2 min walk from Kyobashi Station … you can get anywhere in Tokyo from here. Quick hop on Shinkansen (Tokyo Station) and you can get almost anywhere in Japan! The hotel is staffed with friendly people and it’s very clean. The hotel is situated in a more quiet street so it’s peaceful to come back to. Lots of restaurants around the property. It’s a great little boutique hotel!

The beds were on the harder side but that’s just personal preference.

Close to Tokyo Station.

Self check in was very hard to operate, and had to pay extra for tax in Tokyo. The previous places I stayed at didn't seem to have this extra step or they just worked it into the overall charges. Washing machines were quite limited, and someone left their laundry inside for 390minutes after the washing ended and we had to go down to ask the reception to help take it out. Rooms were pretty small, but standard for this area. There was no bottled water or water dispenser provided. Overall I think it's on the pricey side maybe just because of the good location.

Super close to Tokyo station and many surrounding shops including Daimaru, Yaesu underground mall, Midtown Yaesu Mall and 5 mins walk to the closest 7-11. Staff at the reception desk are friendly and always greet you :)

The size of the room especially the bathroom. It's decent for 1 person but not great if 2 people are sharing the room. Barely able to move around in the bathroom and keep bumping into surroundings. Quite surprised that they don't have instant coffee packets/tea bags for the accommodating guests.

They have the best breakfast I’ve ever had and I stayed at more than 60+ hotels. Buffet style which they alternate everyday. 4 Washer and dryer combo on the 6th and 10th floor which helped me pack less and bring back more things from Japan. Staff is very friendly, air is very dry in Japan so having a humidifier in each room was very helpful.

Maids do not clean the rooms or make the bed. All they do is change the towels and bathroom mat. After finding that out I ended up leaving the do not disturb sign on the door my entire stay. Rooms get really dusty everyday. Rooms is really tiny. The smallest room I’ve ever stayed at, even smaller than the APA hotels. I only came back to the hotel to shower and sleep, most of the day I’ve been out and about.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. I arrived in Tokyo on the Shinkansen, so it was an easy walk to the Keio Presso. I left the next day on the Skyliner from Ueno Station, which is on the Ginza Line. One of those stops is two blocks from the hotel. It couldn’t have been more convenient. I stayed in many hotels on my visit to Japan, but never saw another with the same arrangement for temporary luggage storage. The lobby is full of metal shelves which have cable locks. You put the lock through the suitcase handle and set your own code. When you return, no need to bother hotel staff. Grab your suitcase and go. There is also a bathroom available to those who have checked out. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western choices.

My room was very small, although very efficient. I think people traveling with big luggage would have a problem.

Excellent location, easy walk from Yaesu Central exit of Tokyo Station. Really good breakfast, mainly Japanese style but lots of options.

Check in was painful. Needed to use a machine which was a rigmarole. No personal touch. The bathroom in the room is tiny. We have stayed in multiple Japanese hotels and we are not big people, it was a squeeze. If you have bigger proportions I would go elsewhere.
