Perfectly centrally located to areas where we would like to go around Amsterdam! Even near good restaurants and pleasantly walking distance to St Nicholas Basilica Church, just across Amsterdam Centraal Station; Chinatown, Dam Palace, Red Light District, happy place to have dinner during nighttime with many people having fun with friends! Lots of shopping stores for souvenirs and gifts.

No air conditioner ; though we’re provided with a large size electric fan to combat the warm heat in the room. The electrical sockets in the room caused short current circuits which prohibited us to functionally use them for charging our cellphones and battery packs. They need to fix this problem to keep up-to- date with the current technology on energy provision in the building.

The location was fantastic, being just around the corner from the station. The staff were very helpful, and the room offered decent value for money. Check-in/out was quick and the room was clean. I would rate this room as being a step above staying in a hostel, great if you are mostly going to be out all day.

The room didn't have air conditioning or a window, being a basement room. Other than that, my travelling companion was apparently woken in the night by other guests entering their rooms. The room is rather basic and functional.

The location is excellent, very close the central station and all the main attractions. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. My flight was canceled by Vueling Airlines because of a glitch in their system and the staff allowed me to call and sort out the problems with my ticket. They provided a kettle, tea, coffee, creamer and cups which is very nice.

While towels were changed every day, the room was only cleaned every 2 to 3 days.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is a 10 minute walk from Central Station and on the bank of the canal. The rooms were basic but very comfortable. The room has has a fridge, safe a desk and a small chair. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was powerful and a good temperature. Down at reception you could use the vending machine. There is also a coffee machine that costs €2. Ahmed was so helpful and very accommodating. The wifi is also good.

Everything was really good but for the price we paid I actually thought there would have been a kettle/Tea/Coffee in the room. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking. Maybe get the some door hangers to save embarrassment.

Good service, they called me when someone found my lost card. Location was great. Check in was easy. Shower was good.

Great location, friendly staff, grateful for a small fridge in the room and luggage storage. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great too. Bonus points for all of that!! They were happy to accommodate our many questions we had about the city. The room was clean and comfortable, we stayed mid week so there was no noise from passers by or other residents. Absolutely ideal for a short stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

It's difficult to fault, for the price we paid versus the location. Of course there is always nice things people want but if you're looking for somewhere safe, friendly and reasonably priced this will fit the bill.

Location was excellent ! They answered my question about the early check-in via email. They were very helpful. They store our baggage even after check out. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Quiet street but so close to the train station so you don't need to walk far with your luggage after arriving from the airport which is a big plus. Room was cold when we arrived but after we found the heater we didn't have a problem with the heat. Room was spacious enough. Bathroom was fairly renovated and water pressure was good in the shower. Highly recommend for a short-time visit.

Rooms and the towels could be a little more clean.

Short walk to Amsterdam Central train station and The Viking River boat terminal for our cruise. Also just around the corner from the restaurants, night-life and red light district. The location was excellent as we were dragging heavy cases. When I was researching I couldn't believe how expensive hotels in Amsterdam were. In the end I paid a little more than I usually would but was very happy with what we got.

We loved it all. I would of loved a breakfast option for ease but there were so many restaurants etc around it wasn't a problem.

Very well Located, 5 min walk from Amsterdan-Centraal Rail Station, behind Basilica of Saint Nicholas and by-side of a really good Pub (Molly Malone's). Big room, nice bathroom, all was clean, bed was ok.

No much to complain, room was simple, no much decoration and window was sealed and with smoked glass, so not possible to open or see over the window. It is not a big problem to me, but it is good to mention. I was on 1st floor.
