The location is good as there are 2 supermarkets nearby (billa & hofer). It is a 5-10 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof. On the way, you will pass by 2-3 hotels. We arrived at noon and the room was ready. Very grateful of this after a long haul flight. Easy check in and out. You just leave when you check out. You can go to the counter (turn left after you walk in/use self-check in machine between the 2 automatic doors at the entrance)You will get a paper with your room number and a passcode to unlock your room. You don't noed keys or cards! just a passcode! The elevators are not busy all the time so you don't need to wait for so long. Actually the room is enough for 3 people to open their luggage (25/29/20 inch). The bathroom is quite big. There is a a shower inside but no bathtub. Hot water supply is stable under this cold weather. They provided hair dryer, towels, paper cups, hangers, toilet paper and soap for handwashing/body shower. There is a small table with two stools in the room. A TV but we never used it. A few shelfs for you to put things. Good to have a bed lamp for each bed.

The heating is definitely good but it didn't allow us to adjust so the room can be stuffy and we sweated a bit after drying hair/taking a hot shower(we wore thin clothes). If they can provide the following items: - toothbrush/toothpaste - paper shoes - bottle water/kettle We stayed in a 3bed room and there is no self near 1 of the beds. How about changing the hairdryer? After plugging in, you still need to press and hold the button to make sure it continue to work.

Great Location, close to the train, tram and metro and there's a grocery store near by as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean as well as the shower and toilet.

There was an AC in the room, but we couldn't switch the mode (from heat to cool) as its unified for all the rooms and the switch is only due in May, and I believe it's the same for the switch from cool to heat. We slept with an open window, but we could hear all the noises from the street and the train. The room lacked a ketel and a mini-fridge (although we were told about the ketel in advance when booking) and it's a bit inconvenient. The room is a bit dark, specifically the shower.

The Location of the Property is very excellent. Very well connected to the Public Transport (just a 2 mins walk). Anga at the Reception is just Amazing girl. She explained us all the things while checking-in. She gave us perfect and all details about Room, Hotel, Breakfast, Public Transport, nearby Restaurants and attractions as well. She is very Polite and knowledgeable too. We really enjoyed our Stay. Room size were quite decent and rooms are near and clean. Everything was perfect and value for Money. Parking is nearby at extra minimum charges but very convenient to park and use it.

More variety (Asian) of breakfast option would be appreciated.

This is a great location, very close to the central train station and easily accessible from there on foot. The room was very clean and felt new and modern. The layout of the room - a double bed and two twin bunk beds - was perfect for me and my 2 kids. There are plenty of restaurants in the area within a 10 minute walk. Great room for a very reasonable price.

This isn't a place with a lot of extra conveniences. There was no coffee maker or fridge in the room, for example, but otherwise it was a great stay: comfortable, clean, convenient, and great for families.

Location is good, next to a train station - totally new district, new buildings etc. Tram D stop near the hotel- will take you directly to city center and all the sightseens. U1 subway is running from the train station. 15 min by train from/to Viena airport ( for 4.40 eur only with regular Railjet, not CAT). Hotel itself is new and clean. Automated check-in, no need to check-out - saves time. Room service is good, clean towels every day. AC in the room.

No wardrobe and safe in the room. The breakfast is not worth it- you can get fresh baking and cofee from the multiple bakeries at the train station for a lesser price. No bar in the hotel.

Spacious clean room with all facilities. Close to the main railway station. Easy and safe to leave your luggage during the day for afternoon departure

The location is very good for the main railway station but this in itself is quite far from the city centre. There is a tram stop nearby though to get you there. At reception there are the usual signs that you help save the planet by not having your room made every day, but we found no procedure to let them know you did not want the room made.

The room was spacious and had enough light. The facilities were clean and big, making it very comfortable. There was options to sit, and enough space to put your luggage out of the way. Despite its location and many rooms, only loud sounds were transferred between the rooms. I couldn't hear anyone talk or otherwise any disturbance, neither from the hallway, nor the rooms around mine.

The people at the reception were nice, although a little confused and everyone seemed to be doing everything, which could easily result in misunderstandings. While the room was nice and I could switch of the AC in the room, I could not switch off the AC in the bathroom and it kept going all night, which was somewhat annoying, and could be troublesome for light sleepers.

- We used the D line tram which is just around the corner (Alfred-Adler Strasse stop). It goes to major sights and the city center. Belvedere Palace is just a few stops away. - Very comfortable for those who are traveling to/from Vienna's main train station. - Air-conditioned rooms are so important in the summer! - Good room and window isolation

It would be perfect to have a mini fridge or kettle in the room (but there's a coffee vending machine near reception).

Room is very clean, also after we arrived in the night next day morning the cleaning already wanted to make up the room, but we said that don’t need :) Also the location is very convenient, all the transportation types are very near (Train stations, bus terminals, tram station - all around 5-10 min walk).

Was missing a kettle in the room, I wanted to drink some hot tea after a long trip, so have to ask at the reception and they provide some hot water from the restaurant. Nothing bad happened, but if to add kettle to the room would be great.

Super friendly, professional and helpful receptionist. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient. Clearness. View from my room on the top floor. Easy to reach from the central train station. Lifehacks: if you arrive late evening, get meal from a foodcourt at the station. You'll find Indian cuisine, pizza, falafel and many other stuff there. Buy water, as there isn't in the hotel. I mean 0.5L for 2.5 euro is ridiculous.

Annoying constant noise in the room as if a ventilator was working. I was sleeping with my earplugs in. No kettle in the room (it's issue for me) , though receptionist can give you a cup of hot water from the kitchen.
