Far enough from the action to not be disturbed but close enough to participate if so desired. An Amazing transformation from 2 or 3 older properties. You would struggle to recognise this given the standard of fitout. One or two little quirks from having to compromise with the age of the building.Easiest check-in I have ever had. All Staff friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast. Sets you up well for the day! Checkout was simple, email copy of paid invoice in our inbox as we walked out the door. Location right near the ancient quarter was great. Heaps of restaurants and bars. Every high end retailer you could ever want (or never want!!) were only a couple of blocks away. City bus tours and horse and dray tours very handy

Toilet door in our room was difficult to open and close when in there. Perhaps 2 way bomber hinges so door could swing both ways. Temperature in bar area was set a little low for comfort

The hotel staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly. There is someone at the reception 24 hour. The room was very spacious and clean, there was a cleaning service everyday. The location was perfect, super close to the center and every big attraction was walking distance, but it was on a quiet street. We were two women staying there, and it always felt safe even at late hours. We really recommend this hotel, it’s incredible, and amazing value for money.

The location is nice and safe. Rooms are clean and looks fancy. Breakfast was good.

First, the bed, we were couple and expected a queen size bed, they gave us 2 single beds attached to each other, there was still space in the center which makes it hard for sleeping for a couple. Another things is that every time we need something, the reception ask us to get it down. Even the iron and iron board i was shocked that my partner was the one carrying it to our room.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. They assisted us with taxis, bookings and gave us tips on touring the city. The room was great, the place is very quiet, despite being in the centre of Vienna, the beds were extra comfy and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are cleaned daily and hygiene is excellent. Breakfast was amazing. They have a great assortment of foods and everything was fresh. We've had an overall amazing experience and would gladly book again if we visit Vienna in the future.

The only thing that caught my attention in a negative way was that even though our room was cleaned daily, the floor was not being mopped and a few steps around the room made our socks dusty. Even though the beds were made, the trash was taken out and the counter tops were clean, having dust on the floor meant that in the morning there would be dust everywhere, as visible on the surfaces of our phones and other electronics. This was not a major problem in any way, but still worth noting.

This is a centrally located, attractive hotel. The rooms are large and well-planned. There's lots of storage space, good lighting, and nice touches like bottled water and wafer biscuits. The lobby has drinks and snacks. The breakfast was exceptional with many options for different tastes and staff, making sure everything was immaculate. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location waa good, staff were friendly esp those two Iranian guys who were speaking Farsi,, excellent breakfast, my wife loved the hair dryer in the room! She said it was a professional one!

The lift was very small and the rooms facing to street had so much noise at night ( from the bars nearby)

Location was excellent, our room was clean and very comfortable, excellent mattress. The staff on the whole were very good, the bartender in the evening was especially lovely.

The staff at breakfast could do with improvement, some were exceptionally slow in bringing milk or coffees. I totally appreciate that when the area is busy they cannot see to everything at once but at times we were the only ones in that part of the breakfast room. Drinks etc were also cleared away before we were finished. There also seemed to be an issue providing enough spoons and scrambled eggs which we had to ask repeatedly for. The breakfast area didn’t lend itself to the amount of people using it, it was very cramped.

The hotel's location in the first district of Vienna is excellent and close to the Herrengasse underground station. There are also bus lines near the hotel. The hotel was 300 meters from 2 Christmas markets (am Hof ​​+ Freyung). And a short 5-minute walk from the famous Central cafe. A 10-minute walk brought us to the large and famous city market The breakfast was excellent, a selection of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and donuts in different flavors. Cheeses, sausages, fish, vegetables and fruits. All types of breakfast cereals + various delicacies are also available. All types of hot drinks are also offered. The staff is amazing and always offers a service of guidance, help and recommendations. Perfect hotel!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Vienna. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to the city center and two metro stations. The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and relaxed, with a nice vibe that makes you feel at ease right away. My room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, especially the desk, which I really appreciated as I always like to have a proper workspace when traveling for work (even if I'm technically on holiday — but that's another story! 😄). A lovely touch was the fresh fruit and naturally flavoured cool water available in the entrance — perfect for a quick refresh after coming back from a walk. All in all, a great choice for both business and leisure stays in Vienna!

Excellent location in a quiet side street in walking distance of many of the main sights. The metro station was also close by, making it super easy to get around. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely staff who were polite, attentive and helpful.

We found the duvet on the bed to be heavy for the summer heat and didn’t want to sleep with the air conditioning on. The reception staff were great at trying to resolve the issue with a lighter duvet, but I think the option of a light cover and bedsheet would be a good idea for those hot nights! We still very much enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
