We enjoyed our stay in Holiday Inn very much! A cozy, well designed hotel. We were welcomed very warmly upon our arrival after 10 pm by a young guy (I am sorry I did not remember his name) and he was very polite and hearty. He gave us a precious piece of advice about the pubs nearby. The room was big enough, very clean, very quiet and surprisingly cool when it was about 35 degrees outside even though we did not use the air conditioning. We highly appreciated their green policy regarding room cleaning! Plus fresh tap water from the Alps and morning coffee. It is very close to the city centre and all the major museums and sights to visit, we only walked on foot (about 20 minutes to the Opera). This is the place where we will stay next time when we go to Vienna :)

Everything was perfect!

Quiet position very close to the center of the city (by walk), very welcoming and nice staff that helped me with every details with kindness and a smile. My room booked online was close to the inner garden (beautiful and chilling space inside the hotel) very nice, but I was looking for something quieter, and they arrange me on a same category, a beautiful 7th-floor single cozy room with stunning view over the neighbourhood roofs. All the staff and especially Elisabeth, Scarlet and Robin at front reception, made my stay excellent with an outstanding hospitality. The breakfast was not included, but when I saw the delicious, fresh and quality food they were serving for just €17 (29-07-20025), I decided to have it every day since. That was a huge deal, compared with the prices you can find around the city (random bar Cappuccino + plain croissant = around €6). A huge deal if you consider the comfort and the excellent staff attending your stay and needs.

I had a garden view room, it was clean and comfortable. There is a good sofa, a comfortable table, an iron, and also everything you need in the bathroom. I liked that you can have breakfast on the terrace. The breakfast itself was normal, there were some vegetables, which is a plus for me. Small garage, but it was a slot for me when I came.

According to the location of my room (garden, 1st floor), I found an ant on the table. Maybe it could be problem for someone, also should be careful to open window at night:) different “residents” of the garden can visit your room. But it's not a big concern.

The room was air conditioned and spacious, the staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining and what there is to see in the area. After check out we could put our luggage in storage and go rent a car. There is a short term parking bay right at the door, which makes for easy loading and unloading, very helpful.

The location is not very central, most restaurants and cafes close early in the evening, so there aren't many options for going out at night. There's an electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room, but no milk pods, so we had to get our coffee outside. One of the beds had a somewhat lopsided mattress, not so comfortable.

Very nice hotel, I'll say in good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, silent, nice and clean garden room with all the facilities. Rich European breakfast, wide choice of dishes and drinks.

All was great instead of one thing: the garden room with the windows to the garden is very nice, but in the evening people sitting and smoke there, close to the windows, so the room is full of the smell of cigarettes. Morning is also not so quite - the staff is cleaning the outside tables...near the windows. I understand, that's the necessary procedure and it's just OK. But a little noisy. :)

Top-quality hotel, as Holiday Inn hotels usually are. Easy to reach from airport and railway station with bus or metro. The area is quite local and quiet, but Naschmarkt and many options for eating and drinking are nearby. The hotel builiding itself is modern and clean and room sizes are OK. Beds are comfy, bathroom spacious, minisafe in room. Very good breakfast with cold and hot food was included in the room price. Very friendly receptionist welcomed us and was able to check us in early, she also gave good suggestions regarding local transport and activities in the fabulous city of Vienna. Hotel gifted us famous Austrian vafels when we check-out. A very nice and lovely gesture :)

There is some noise coming from the bars outside if you have a room facing the street and open window. You can close the window, if it disturbs you.

Amazing front desk staff. Made us feel very welcomed and arranged early check in aswell. Welcome drinks, coffee & hot chocolate was arranged as well while waiting to check in. Great location, roughly 15-20mins taxi ride to any attractions. Rooms were kept very clean with most amenities available. Although hotel seems outdated but functions well.

Breakfast was limited and repetitive as expected by any hotels. Only 1 operational elevator but waiting time was not too long. Max 3 mins. There is no ramp to cater for baby strollers, so will need to carry strollers up and down stairs.

This hotel was wonderful, it had cozy rooms, plentiful breakfast, friendly accommodating and approachable staff, and an incredible location that was within pleasant walking distance to most sights. We walked both to the Hofburg and the Belvedere, no problem. The hotel was right beside wonderful restaurants (Bamboo Chinese AYCE restaurant, Spice of India, traditional Austrian restaurants) which made such a difference in giving us a great experience in Vienna-- there was no struggle finding places to eat.

Front Office staff is very polite and helpful

Waiter in restaurant/bar first told us that we will need to wait for food since kitchen is busy, and after a while told us that the kitchen is closed. I ended up waiting around 30-40 mins to make an order and then had to accept that the kitchen is closed, it was upsetting since I was there waiting with kids. It was late evening, but waiter should have told us that they are not taking any more orders rather than keeping us waiting.
