Great lokacion, few meters from the beach, nearby bus stop (1,12 to historical city and bus station Santa Catalina with other intercity buses). Great rooftop with swiming pool’s and beautiful View of the port and beach. Clean room every day, big bathroom with every kozmetics (kondicioner, body cream:). Friendly staff.

View from the room was no very beautiful(roof of the ugly building), but behind her was port;) Rooftop terrace was open only to 20.00, It could be longer;) In the night was street under the room noisy. Maybe, It could be 2 chairs in the room. Internet was weak.

The hotel is not on the front line of the beach - Playa de las Canteras, but is literally there. The room was comfortable and clean. It is located within walking distance of Castillo de Luz, the aquarium, and bus stops for multiple lines to take to the historic center of Las Palmas. I believe the hotel offers great value for the money.

It is a little bit worn out, and perhaps renovations could gradually start to refresh the rooms. I had an incident where all three of my key access cards were wiped out. I had to wait in line until visitors who were at a party and had two rooms to check in were serviced, which took more than 20 minutes, while I needed a service, which literally took 30 seconds on a different terminal. There was only one lady manning the reception counter. This was not a very pleasant experience and left me with a negative impression.

My recent three-night stay at Exe Las Palmas in Gran Canaria was nothing short of fantastic. From the outset, Natalia at the front desk made a remarkable impression. Her attentiveness and dedication to service greatly enhanced our experience, addressing every need with efficiency and a smile. The hotel itself boasts commendable facilities. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices, all fresh and deliciously prepared—truly a delightful way to start the day. Additionally, the rooftop pool and bar provided an exquisite escape with stunning views over the city, making our evenings relaxing and memorable. Located in the heart of Gran Canaria, Exe Las Palmas is perfectly positioned for exploring the island’s vibrant culture and scenic spots. The comfort and convenience of this hotel, combined with the outstanding service, assure it as my top recommendation for anyone visiting the area. I eagerly look forward to my next stay!

We looooooved our stay here ! Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and the staff super super friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to say

We rated it 10 because it’s a mild inconvenience, but outside of breakfast or the rooftop bar there’s no possibility to have a coffee at the hotel. As breakfast finished at 10:30, the rooftop bar was opening at 12. So we’d have to go outside to get our caffeine needs met (but we do drink more coffee than average). A small kettle in the room would have truly made our stay perfect, as we could have bought some Nescafé to make it ourselves. Or maybe a coffee machine in the lobby or something like that. But as said in the beginning, it was just a small inconvenience, the hotel was wonderful.

excellent swimming pool and very comfortable bed, best ever. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite, very good at their jobs.

Breakfast could have been better. windows are not very well fitted and the sound from outside is very annoying and we were on the 7th floor however it was carnival week so this could have skewed our impressions

We stayed here for 1 night before we flew back to London. Hotel was located in a central location, close to the beach and shops. We were lucky to see a carnival parade pass the hotel, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was tasty and filling. Reception helpful and friendly. We was given a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, which was appreciated after a long day of sight-seeing. We will stay again if we are in visit Gran Canaria in the future.

Would have aporeciated a more comfortable chair in the room, but it's just a minor criticism

We liked the roof top area w pool.The lady on reception was lovely- very friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. The breakfasts were excellent and the free bottle of bubbly on arrival was much appreciated.

The bar on the roof was closed for renovation. Although the hotel is near the beach its location made the room feel a little dark w no view.

I love the location of the hotel, it was close to the beach and the restaurants! The staff were so nice and the breakfast had loads of options!

The fact that the rooftop had limited timings—we weren’t allowed to use it and the jacuzzi and the pool before 12pm and after 6pm… it would have been nice to use the pool at night and watch the sunrise at the rooftop.

Fabulous hotel stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, right beside the beach in las Canteras, beside the no. 12 bus stop to go to Vegueta also, never mind all the great places to eat on the beach promenade close by. Exceptionally friendly & informative staff. Really great choice of breakfast in their buffet offering.

Perfect location, lovely staff. They let me check out late which I really appreciated. Lots of nice resteraunts around. Lovely rooftop area with a pool and jacuzzi. Honestly so fab, would reccomend 👍👍

Shower in bathroom leaked onto the floor and would change temperature.
